overall sad day and not feeling loved or anything. Feel disconnected to the world and feel lately that more people than not are biased and cruel. I'll feel better soon. Just an emotional whirlwind couple of days.

 Kombucha 60

late breakfast oatmeal with almond milk peach 150, cookies 120, coffee 50.

1:30pm Sour gummies 100 (lol) 

4:20 filling meal wrap 150, 2 fried eggs 200, veggies fried onions and tomato 100 450-500 chips 250, gummies 100

1600 and good exercise. Along with some studying of the stock book now at 68% read

will do a short chair yoga 12-12:30 and weight lifting today and tan a little in bathing suit on balcony - maybe weightlifting on balcony as well, actually bc today's high is 88 and that feels like a nice 75-80 on balcony with breeze. - def will do at least pushups and abs outside on my yoga mat on the terrace.

prob cook later some food too.

Yeah as long as the weather is not too windy and around 75f or higher, it’s nice to be out there on the terrace ! It’s great in the summer !

Nice to see you are doing the chair yoga again - must have been successful! I have yet to try a chair yoga class, but I did save a video of my yoga friend leading a chair yoga class, so at some point I can set aside some time to try it out!

Sunning on the balcony sounds lovely!

Balcony gets the sun in afternoon - lucky for that bc that means it’s even nice when I go back to work and can hang there in the evening !

I like the chair yoga bc it’s relaxing yet structured

WE LOVE YOU HERE HOP!!!! Lots going on in the world and particularly this country. I guess our life experiences tend to make us feel different in ways that come out at times like this. BUT......We will get through this and hopefully we will all learn something from these times. Some days are just tougher than others....but the do move along to better days.

1500....light eating day .....but an incredibly emotionally exhausting one.

i am watching 1x per week a 10 yr old who says NO to EVERYTHING. It's frustrating and tiring and not easy. Lol. I am grateful to sleep in and RELAX most of tomorrow FOR SURE! I will study my stock book and lift weights tomorrow and most importantly not have to nag a 10 yr old. If i watch her next week, I certainly will NOT ask her to do her hw ! That's over - since it hasn't worked for two weeks, I'm not going to struggle this coming week again !

Watching my friend's daughter today ....

then dropping off the trash can that I sold someone yesterday but If it pours I may just go straight home and drop off trash can tomorrow when weather clears. Then I hope to exercise at home tonight on my bike - will be an easy night :) May call friend to catch up as she has a job interview Thursday morning - via online platform - for a new teaching position better neighborhood than her current job.

Yeah :) that’s right I was giving a couple trumpet lessons to her in the fall I think ?

Same girl. The lessons I did give we’re just two total I think ? She has since quit the trumpet (not bc of me thank gosh!)

She’s going Thru somethings and it’s not going well. She’s 10 and says NO to literally everything. Next week I will certainly not even try to ask her to do hw (I only come once a week anyways so it’s not the end all be all)...and I plan to let her do what she wants and suggest to her to bake cookies - she has said she would want to - and maybe see if she has board games and/or wants to do art.

She doesn’t know how to ride a bike and I think her mom wants to help her with it first and she doesn’t even want to go outside for walks ! Nothing ! Oh well. I’ll try a slightly different approach next week and no hw ! No hw bc she said no all day long and it’s draining to even ask anymore ! It’s not worth it for me to drain myself or ask her if she says no - I’m not her parent :)

after dinner - outdoors walk with Ricky around 6pm

earlyish to bed I'm thinking bc tomorrow I will be arriving to my friends house by 9am.

Do you have the traditional Fiber One or the flakes? A few years ago, I determined that the traditional kind didn't taste the same, so I stopped eating it. I think that's more to me changing, but maybe it was the cereal formula.

It's definitely a cure for any bathroom issues. It's very good in yogurt too.

Did you do weights? I hope to do a little tonight.

Yes I did weights fast from 3pm-4pm :-)

I don't think I've had Fiber One either. I think of cereal as a snack food so don't normally have it around.

I have skipped 1 or two days during this pandemic but usually I get my 3 weights sessions in a week - it’s bc I have mostly been doing the weights for years and years - almost 10 years mostly without missing it except during a couple times I injured myself on legs and needed total rest - it’s hard for me to give up on my upper body when I have come so far :)

 2pm McDonald's McNuggets 200 and fries 350 before driving into city with ricky to take a look at his job site and then walk around nyc - shouldn't be a busy area on a Sunday.

I'm surprised you went into the city, with all the aftermath and current protesting. I hope it was a pleasant trip. Sounds like a nice diversion from everything, actually.

Yes we didn’t end up getting into any complications to the part of the city we went to.

On the way home we were held at a light for around 10 minutes while a protest parade went by, but then It was light traffic as usual.

Ricky wanted to go to his work office which we did bc he wanted to go in when it was very quiet and not busy with a lot of people.

out slow walking with my sister and mom and baby with masks - very slow mostly standing around an hour :)

later is chair yoga 4:30-5:30...

maybe some more exercise in apt later - using the stepper or doing leg work for strength which I really want to do since I skipped it a bit recently

How are your legs and ankles after your long, slow walk? Sometimes, the slower walks can be harder. Standing is exhausting! But how nice that you got to visit with your family! And I feel that it's so important to take advantage of lovely weather.

That's so cute though that the baby is 18 months old. Not much longer a baby! I loved the 2-3 years old stage. Oh yes, there were difficult days, but overall, what a wonderful age.

Hope you had a lovely chair yoga session!

Chair yoga was a private session ....she started to chit chat and I was like.....no!!!!! Luckily she got back to the yoga around 5 mi. Later :)

6pm big dinner small amount fries 150, chicken 250, artichoke olive  spread  150?, pesto sauce on romaine 200. 750. Healthy. 

After dinner - I went for an hour walk with Ricky !

will be lifting weights this morning then cooking a meal. Ricky is here doing work bc I have better WiFi and he doesn't even pay for a service as his apt. So he's been working here the past few days.

She is being quiet on her I pad .....I just hope she is doing the hw lol I am having a snack... will also cut strawberries and make chicken at my friend's house now ....I will remind her daughter when to go on zoom class meeting then we eat then I'll let her finish her hw if she's not done before we go outside for a walk ....then back to my apt to play with piggies ....lol different kind of day over here :)
