I got home to Rosie's he jouse aroind 1:30am and took a sleeping pill to sleep in which worked. Tonight will Be going out and I'm just mostly relaxing now a tad her place. I'll shower soon tonsit by pool. Lazy day especially after going to been at 2am and taking a sleeping pill Bc I was not sleeping so much the couple days before bc everyone stays up pretty late and I was waking up from Rosie's alarms in am and getting up earliest making her breakfast and being productive! Today I have the house to myself bc her sister webt to gym and rosie and her hubby at working so I'm enjoying that alone time ! And I have all new groceries and some veggies so I am happy and content ! Things will start moving fast tomorrow as mundane friend Jen flies in at 9:30am! Plans are possibly a nude beach and another beach tomorrow as well as party out at night!

I said I was wondering where the third bar went and she replied she wouldn't know she didn't not eat any - right ! She also left me a slice of salami in the whole package lol what a moron ! So I will def stay here watching her
her aunt left - also texted rosie early that I was being mean to her daughter ! Not at all- daughter was sleeping ! So sad that people are so evil.
I wished aunt / her daughter a safe flight and said bye - she ignored me. She is a disgrace to humanity

I'm having trouble with the story I'm telling as I can't write on my cell phone so after I noticed the mushroom container washed that I just put the cooked food in, I asked where the food was and the aunt says she re salvaged the mushrooms into the pasta dish she made on the stove ! So thank gosh I took some of what I made to the pool with me Bc she used the entire thing I made to mix with pasta, tomato sauce and some cheese!!!!
i was shocked and frustrated she used the full thing and didn't leave me any. But this is the aunt - very mean and angry human being also on vaca and Rosie's house with her daughter till sometime Thursday it seems.
shes just thoughtless...and I am starting to not give a F about even talking to her. I am nice to her and it causes her to be more rude and step over bounds.
i refuse to buy more food till she leaves.

like you all know, i don't list pasta or even a pasta with veggies as a usual thing i eat so I was just shock when I saw what she turned my food into. And how it's not a low calorie option now.
But I didn't actually buy the veggies - for the particular mushroom dish I made. I made it to use the ingredients specifically Bc they have been in the fridge the whole time and I didnt want them to spoil. So I made what I like and to share only with the nice people - I said nothing to the aunt about it - she watched me slicing a thousand mushrooms though.
I am not angry as I didn't but buy the veggies and it was creative to see how she totally took my stuff and out it it into hers.
the annoying thing is she just assumed it'd be ok to use my work for hers.

In morning I washed towels and cooked up some veggies rosie had in her fridge before they went to waste. I used garlic which I individually sliced up and then a huge amount of mushrooms that I washed and cut and decided to use the remainder of the spinach before it went bad.
I finished it around 11am and was super happy. I took a little bit to the pool with me around noon to have with a sandwich I made of food I bought.
i sat at pool from 12-1:30.
i came back to check on towels which someone took outta dryer and put away.
i noticed that my veggie container of all the mushrooms was washed and dried.

My opinion is: You're on vacation. Don't give it another thought. Go out and enjoy the weather and the different surroundings. No good can come of any mention of the veggies / aunt to your friends. I'm sure the number of guests at one time has been a bit of a burden on them, but they've been gracious enough to house everyone. In that type of situation, the most thoughtful thing for a guest to do would be to not add any additional stress to the hosts.
Just my opinion.....
As you mentioned, it could have been worse, as she could have used food that you bought for yourself! But this was not the case, so there's one reason to let this go.
In addition to what Gains and Bear said - relax, you're on vacation - crowd dynamics, etc. - I would say to keep in mind that you are not co-existing with a woman who is on the same level as you. Not that she's irrational, but I have this quite a few times with clients who are either perpetually dissatisfied or worried or antagonistic. I have to realize that these people are limited in how they can interact in the world, and so I treat them differently - perhaps more cheerfully or gently -- than I would someone who is polite and is able to understand where I'm coming from.
I think that this crazy aunt would fall into the "difficult client" category, too.
I don't think it ever occurred to her to take your feelings into consideration or save some of what you made aside -- none of that. She is angry, hurtful, and self-centered. You're not going to change that in 3 days. Don't let her toxic personality poison your vacation. You yourself said you were going to keep your distance and keep the food that YOU buy separate from what she has access to. Do this for your friend; do this for yourself.
I might add though, that any jury of 12 people working a keto diet would have your back and acquit. Just sayin'.... Mixing those delicious vegetables with pasta?!? UGH!
PS Is anyone eating her pasta dish? It would be hilarious if she made that and nobody ate any of it. Of course, that's not good either because it's a waste of food, which is exactly what you were trying to avoid. If you're faced with having to eat it, I'd make a point of picking out all the pasta -- but that's me. Sometimes this Donkey can be a real B****.

Sounds like your vacation is actually going to be relaxing for you. Our little vacation getaways are rarely relaxing. I usually treat vacation time as time to cram as much fun stuff into as possible. Although the cruise this past Summer was pretty low-key with no real set schedules.
Good job on maintaining and enjoy the warmth, while the rest of us are freezing our butts off!
Found tons of different sea shells and I found a black colored sand dollar (have only seen gray before).
Got within about 30 feet of a large mature bald eagle that was just walking around looking in the tide pools. Got lots of photos and video since he didn't appear worried about us being relatively close to him for 2 or 3 minutes.
Walked through lots of clam fields where they were shooting up 3' tall fountains of water (reminded me of Vegas fountains).
Almost got hit by a falling clam shell (seagulls fly them up and drop them trying to break them open).
And some of the best fish & chips I can remember.
Hoping to get to another beach this summer. Hoping to take the wife to Hawaii for our 20th anniversary, but haven't finalized plans yet (should really get that done soon).
He lives 3 hours away - this just came up and weird....
Now 6 tonight until Thursday night 4 left...
Then 5 folks saturday thru Tuesday !

The protein cookies I found are good and I want to take photos and see what brand they were ! I'll walk again to 7-11 to check...I think they are there!

It's 10:35am and i'm just finishing a tasty breakfast and relaxing on the couch! cheers to a nice, later flight! I am leaving my apt at 12:30, getting there around 1pm for a 2:45pm flight! Getting to Fort Lauderdale at 6pm tonight. Once there, my friends Rosie and her hubby Kareem will pick me up and i plan to directly take them to dinner, followed then hopefully by a supermarket food shopping for me to pick up some basics to have for the morning and days we're staying at home at her condo.
For now, i have to finish packing...then shower. haha...
....will try not to blow up facebook with too many vacation posts all day, everyday for 14 days...but, will def post some...

Shots and fries...... sounds like a bit of a weird combination. Only thing I remember eating while drinking back in the day was pizza. But it's been a long time, so maybe my memory is fuzzy.
Enjoy the warm weather while you can. Will probably be another couple months before NYC warms up that much.
