so my life is a little bit out of wack. not eating right. sleeping a little better but not great. and talking to people in florida that i shouldn't be. haha.

exercise: ended with 5 miles, walking.

1st breakfast: peach, coffee w. soy milk.sweet and low 120

2nd breakfast: not satisfying. dunkin donuts grilled cheese flatbread, tea: 420

lunch: cottage cheese flavored lightly 130, dunkin donuts egg white sausage flatbread 290: 420

4:30-5pmsnack turned into dinner:  grapes, cup strawberries, diet soda, fiber one and soy milk 300, large peach 90, three english muffins (luckily with lots of fiber) 300 and fried tofu 200....and popcorn 250 more.

2200 total.  fine with this for sure.

ok, i binged.  500 on ice cream, 500 on fried rice.

total: 3200....

calorie average: 2228, 32 day average....now 2259.

i wasn't going to exercise. but now i think i must.

breakfast: fruit and coffee w. soy milk/sweet and low: 250 total. yeah, lots of fruit.

lunch that i will bring to the beach: egg sandwich on engish muffin, 1/2 avocado or so: and diet soda.

snack: 1.5 servings almonds: 300

total before 4:30: 1,000 cal...

snack before a walk/dinner: yogurt and cereal 300, 2 eng muffins high fiber w. butter spray 230, tofu/broccoli rab sauteed: 300 total: 830...ice cream 250

total cal: 2070. good.

 

saturday entry:

so i'm up and ready to start this day. first a little internet searching. then, the gym! :)

i weigh around 134 i think, so up a couple pounds.

breakfast: coffee 50, 2 cups strawberries 100. = 150.

snack: granola bar dark chocolate flavor 140

snack: granola bar, dark chocolate flavor 140

Late lunch/early dinner at 3pm: 1100 calories but they were surprisingly healthy?

total cal today: 1550...nice one to me!

exercise: 5 miles, weights, back, abs.

30 day calorie average: 2234 per day. approx 2 lb gain over one month. Will be trying to rid myself of it. no rush. eating has been pretty good in these past few days and i've allowed some tasty indulgences every day.

visiting grandma today. maybe a movie tonight. tomorrow the beach. good weekend ahead. feeling good. making sure i have MORE carbs (probably in the form of extra fruit) so i don't binge on them.

breakfast: coffee and peach 150 approx.

snack: tea w. milk: 50?

late breakfast: dunkin donuts grilled cheese flatbread and tea w. milk 410

healthy lunch: 2 eggs 150, salad50, beans100, balsamic prepared portabella mushrooms and asparagus dish100. total: 400 approx.

total so far: 1010. fine by me. :)

dinner: dinner was orgasmic. sweet potato fries and cottage cheese...some sf jello and yogurt were added in as well. and a few celery sticks. just what the doctor ordered. around 1,000

exercise: NONE. body needs rest tonight. weights in the morning.

total calories today: a number i am happy and pleased with: 2,000 :) not a binge, carefully chose the foods i would be eating, especially at dinner.

avg 29 day calories: 2258 cal per day. I am start doing a new count. the purpose: to take off the 2 lbs i've gained with the high calorie counts over about a month's time. 

 

i will probably keep exercise light.  probably do weights at the gym as well. haven't done any upper body weights in probably 2 weeks or so. i knew it would be hard to keep up the weight routine...

i'm in need of a good nap.

8am breakfast: dunkin donuts grilled cheese flatbread, tea w. milk/equal: 440

11am snack: pretzels 110

1pm lunch: subway flatbread w. veggie patty 440 and sour cream and onion chips 140 = 580

total so far: 1130

snack at 4:45-5pm: ices 100

total so far: 1230.  :) or probably more like 1250.

dinner:  720ok.

i am ok with the whole day.  it was absolutely fine.

total cal: 1970....and grapes: 2050.

28 day average: 2267, can equal up to a 2 lb gain assuming i burn approx 2,000 cal per day...

Wow...a menu that includes Dunkin Donuts! I'm impressed! Good job losing the 8 lbs; keep up the good work. What is your calorie limit per day?

i have diarrhea and i feel horrible. my stomach is a TOTAL MESS right now.

got out early from school and i'm exhausted. woke up early to study since i didn't all week for my test this morning. went ok. not great, but ok. and you know what, that is fine with me right now. i just can't stress a bit more over school right now.  i did last year and gained weight bc of it.

breakfast: ices, coffee: 140

late breakfast: oatmeal w. egg/ little butter/nutmeg 260 and tea w. milk 

snack: 2 packages of drink mix 20

early lunch: lite fruit smoothie from cafeteria 300? no clue. but it was just like strawberries, some healthy powder vitamin, sugar free juice....

so far 720

late lunch: tofu and grapes w. dunkin donuts sandwich 525....cake and yogurt 410, ice crean 250: 1185

total so far: 1905...i'll eat around 2200 today.

crackers: 260 more. so, 2165. more cookies, crackers: 720 more....2885....2950...

3500, total.

nap, therapist, long 6 mile walk?

damn, hungry day today!

lousy breakfast/snacks: high in carbs, some fiber 400 (but i had two servings pretzels and each serving had a surprising 4 grams of fiber, for a total of 8 grams or 28% of my daily intake, almost 1/3 of the fiber we need-------> that's good.)

lunch: huge huge salad, healthy. some salt, decaf coffee 600 probably. my guess. some marinated veggies in salad.

snack 1: piece of mini hershey's chocolate 100

snack 2: STARVING.  2 pcs  toast 220 w. spray butter 50, massive amount of heated up tofu that i put on bread 200, yogurt 80: total around 550. fine.

1650....will eat up to 1950...oh, and some grapes. so like 50 cal more.

26 day avg calories: 2222....after grapes, 2224.

dinner: oatmeal 80, with egg whites90 , and chocolate 140.  total 310 still hungry, may have ice cream or something for dessert. i am not satisfied one bit (even though dinner should have been enough for sure.)

exercise: the park, for sure, 4 miles. very tired during walk.

i didn't get in any walking yesterday, partly the rain to blame but 90% blame on myself...for spending my day 100% in a lousy way.   :(   i should NEVER have cancelled beach plans...everyone was talking about how the waves were huge to watch, quite a sight after the storms.

i've said this 2 weekends in a row...i think i need more faith in myself and my ability to do more with my time, and realize i do NOT need so much time to "rest up" or "prepare" for the week ahead when it's still the weekend! the end!!!!

i am not attracted to the guy i went out with this weekend, but i am very optimistic about dating other guys in the near future....i just need to date MORE.

so yesterday sucked. this morning i took a short 15 min walk before breakfast. felt really good!

breakfast: 100 fruit.

snack: 100 fruit, drinks

lunch: 500. really healthy veggies/salad/egg. coffee. i was freezing (partially due to not eating much this morning)

snack: strawberries 120

total before dinner: 820...

i will MOST definitely be having oatmeal/egg mixture later. probably with chocolate in it too....

dinner change of plans: large tofu lite 200, celery 20 :) 220 total :)

total 1050 wahoo. approx.

exercise: so far, 35 min walking today....i will aim for 3-5 miles at the park, whatever i can handle today.

total calories: 1220.

average calories: 2233 over 25 days

2900 calories.  i can't even say i regret it. good food. lots of salty, greasy potato chips, pound cake cake, milano cookies, blueberry yogurt, klondike dark chocolate ice cream, the works....3150, final count afer more klondike ice cream...120 more in rod pretzels: 3270... + 325 biscotti and 5 sunket gels: 200 = 3770.and cherries, 150 more.

***do NOT stay home to try to do work on weekends...***

24 day average: 2281 cal per day blah.

 

3950 calories today. whatev. 2 days should fix it.

i'll be going out for an hour or so late night walk tonight.  hopefully, as usual, i will sweat a lot, to rid my body of at least some of the toxic things i ate today.

i am an idiot with this eating. i don't even feel stressed, at least all my laundry was done yesterday, pants ironed yesterday...

I have to say... if you can still get into size 4/6 and you're around 130-ish, I don't think you have much to be concerned about. I mean, try to make healthy choices, sure, but your metabolism is working wonderfully.

this morning i weighed 132 on both of our old scales. i haven't been using my digital one.  132 is nice.  and i can't weight to be OUT of the 130s. :)

beach tomorrow.

23day average calories: 2208.  getting really nice...

around 2,000 cal today. i'd be pretty taken back if it actually added up to more than that. :)

it is going ok. busy day today. went shopping for a couple quick things at old navy today, as i can't wear the same shirt as last time on my date and i haven't been buying any clothes except when i need them this year. so i have some nice stuff. old navy is actually good, there are many things you'd never tell on a person wearing them that they were bought there. good sales today. bought about 6 things, 70 something dollars.

breakfast: oatmeal/egg whites/butter/chocolate chips mixed all up, chips added after i microwaved, they melt fast, coffee, diet drinks: 350. yum.

snack: plums: 100, diet drinks. yeah, i know, bad bad bad on the drinks. but i'm in the habit and it's helping me lose weight.

lunch: popcorn, LOTS of diet drinks.

snack: lots of healthy things throughout day and at grandmas. only fruit there. :)

total before dinner: 1150. :)  and a yogurt...so 1230

dinner: out on a date....and movie.  . 800 at most i think. no dressing, but lots of crunchy things in my salad like crispy noodles and things. asian chicken salad.

nervous as hell.

exercise: not as much as i want, about an 45 min bike and elliptical, little abs.

the end.

have a wonderful weekend. i am happy. i almost fit VERY snuggly into old navy size 4 jeans, which equals a snugg 6 in the rest of the world.  but it felt nice to buy something in a size 4. i may not wear them tonight....they give a little muffin top...but my shirt will be really loose. but whatever i wear, i promise i'll look presentable.

my eating has been better these past couple days...and i actually FEEL better. i've been sleeping better. things have been in general, better! usually after i write things like this, things go astray. so i am going to really try to not let it happen. like i said, i'll bring loads of diet soda today when i visit my grandma, and popcorn to have with it.

2217 calorie total for the Previous, not including today, 22 day average.

1st breakfast, hour early getting up to study: large plum 60 or so, large coffee, yogurt: 200

later breakfast: oatmeal w. egg mix and butter, tea w. milk 250

lunch: salad w. roasted green beans and other beans 350 and chips too.

snack: oatmeal 80 mixed in with egg whites 90, nutmeg, chocolate chips! 140 yes yes yes!. total: 310 yeah baby. haha. and diet soda.....and 2 plums 100.

dinner:approx 410 cal: lots of warm tofu, rice cakes, and two small apricots :)

exercise: 45 min elliptical, some abs/back. :)

 2217, 22 day average of calories per day. this is pretty good. lowest it's been for awhile :)

tests were easy, thankfully, bc i did not study much. thankfully, i didn't loose too much sleep which is much more important than really anything right now.  it's too easy to become depressed after a lack of sleep.

i'm doing ok.

going to talk to the guy later to make plans for tomorrow night. he called last night but i didn't answer, i was studying....lol. not in the mood to discuss a date.  so i'll talk to him after school today. :)  i texted him to let him know i'd call back later.

Re: Oatmeal Pancakes ~ I found a Quaker Oat Pancake Mix @ Big Lots when we went shopping with my parents a few weeks back...The sodium is a bit higher than I like, but it's o.k. occasionally when the pancake urge comes over me when fixing the kids their stack of regulars ( I have been sneaking a bit of the oatmeal mix in~ shhhh!)....
