snack 2 eggs and egg white 180 and chips 120 with  the above ? Seltzer ? Bring seltzer !!!!! With stevia :) and tea 

2 chocolates at 4pm

Turkey burger on bun 300, chips 150, huge tasty oversized salad with dressing 300 total here 750

been at appt waiting to be seen for 2 hours and afterwards going back to my appt to check mail and buy cards .... with mom as she drove bc she didn't want me to...moving on with this day...

thinking for dinner to have a protein muffin in micro with yogurt and cranberries  instead of something else with my mom bc my dad will not be home for dinner ..... we'll see. I want a day of lower cals which could be today ;) mom wants falafels I guess that's fine too but I prefer a lot of volume - I guess I could do the falafel with a large salad

 AM pushups, afternoon 3 mi walk with mom, PM arm weights hopefully tonight 

600 cals good.

big salad with a little dressing at the group 200, egg salad very tasty with mayo 350, bread 100.  650 total

snacks: sf gummies called smart sweets 80 and small orange 150 total.

i really enjoy these smart sweets abs bought several so it'll be on my menu a bit these next few days. Pb chocolate 50

dinner ended with chicken thigh 150, olive oil 100, beans 100, potatoes 250. 600?

1450-1500

2100 total

I'm still in this group therapy .... Friday last day ....the hours are 8am- 2pm each day which goes pretty fast and is obviously easier hours than my regular work hours !

planning to go back to work after the thanksgiving holiday for the full week.

Sounds like a lovely food day if I may say so. Will you return to your apartment (to stay) over the weekend? Or will you stay at your folks' for another week(with the holiday and all)? Just curious, no judgment here.

I did group therapy at one time, but we were all consumed with our own internal storms that we just sat there, in a group, looking angry at each other.

I def prefer to go home till Tuesday since I have an appointment on Tuesday morning with. Dermatologist for sweating that I go to every few months and also I have a bday party on Saturday in nyc so I really want to stay and relax at my apt and exercise

breakfast tofu 150, avo 150, wrap 100, coffee 100 all this split into two breakfasts / snack 

lunch tbd healthy chicken salad with the dressing in it but healthy and tasty from program 300?, bread 100, salad and dressing 100. 550 tops

snack fruit / gummies /  150 / hot tea with milk 100

dinner tbd thinking a snack and not big dinner tonight - I want yogurt and protein muffin and cooked cranberries 500 tops 

instead of that dinner we had salad 100, spaghetti squash 200, meatballs and sauce 350, chips 120, chocolates 100. Total here 850-900

2250 ouch !!!!! But obviously very filling and tasty.

i cooked the squash for everyone.

Tomorrow: abs and pushups in morning, legs in afternoon

 AM Arms , later i did 2 miles (one mile around 4pm and the other around 7pm on the treadmill at parent's house)

7:30am KOMBUCHA 50

9am bigger breakfast: toast 150, cream cheese 100, smoked salmon huge portion (parents have large package lol to be eaten and it's great!) 200, small coffee 50, chocolate 50. total here: 550

11:45 am snack: sour gummies :-) 

Late lunch: leftovers i think - salmon on toast and extra veggies 550

Snack orange 100, chocolate 50

 Dinner: large but totally very healthy. 700 approx

total today around 2100, decent.

I'm still at parents, they've got a bunch of good exercise equipment downstairs, so i can still exercise. not joining a gym at all, it's much more convenient doing it at their house, don't need special exercise clothes or anything either....that part of this works out, but, still better for me to be at my apt, with my food, i'd be eating a bit lower calories if i wasn't in hospital or at parent's house. but i do admit the food is overall healthy indeed anyway, despite higher cals. I haven't gained too much weight because i lost a couple lbs right before hospital, but now i'm borderline gaining again because i've had extended higher cals for around one month now....happy to be back at my apt soon, probably by next weekend.

i have an "online" friend from here originally, GG, but now she is online and has a "food network" online called GG Eats Celebrities. she has an air fryer and now lives in LA. She eats salmon like multiple times a week and also she air fries it at home and says it comes out great - from her photos it does come out great....the air fryer seems to not need a lot of fat to fry things, and the salmon looks in her photos to cook perfectly with its natural fats in her air fryer. i told my parents about it, not sure they'll buy one, but i had thought of her!

was your salmon frozen!?

I think that the salmon was fresh, but being from a restaurant, who really knows? My taste is not discerning enough to tell the difference, to be honest.

That's so cool about your online friend. I think I remember GG on here. Anyway, I've been thinking about getting a Ninja Foodie for my husband. It's an air fryer but it also can work as an InstaPot. (In my day, we called InstaPots pressure-cookers.) Quick and healthy cooking - can't go wrong with that. I love my crockpot, but you have to plan in advance with that, hence the Foodie.

1st day to sleep in in about a month so slept like 10.5-11 hours :) was great.

8am Kombucha 50

9am At parents big breakfast toast 150 with cream cheese 200, lox 200 coffee 50, chocolate 50. Total here 650 

11am chocolate 50

12:30 granola bar 100

2:30 lunch wrap 100 avo 150 turkey 50 seasonings and chips 150 

5:30 big orange 100

prob salmon 350? cooked for dinner as I am still with parents - yes, with a large salad 150, very big but thinking as low as i can for calories, then a slice of CHOCOLATE CAKE with fudge....very fancy for mom's bday. at least 400 cals for an indulgent cake. 900?

2350 today. UGH!!!!!! it won't get much better until i stay at my own apt.

 Thanks to everyone here for your kind words. It's nice to be on the receiving end and I am so glad to see you all still here posting. I have my phone but not laptop and hope to start commenting back very soon.

It's 7:51am and I'm sitting in the waiting room to go into this partial program I have to do for a month I think - more details to follow as I don't really know what it's about. Not glad to do it but realize I have to do it to go to work so I just have to go with the flow as I have already done for 3 weeks now in a hospital and oh, the stories. Better left unsaid.

7:30an breakfast wrap 100 with turkey and cheddar 150, coffee with some cream and milk from 7-11 100. 

Snack only if necessary- maybe a protein bar or Rice Krispie treat - have both with me pretzels 200

lunch - same as breakfast - I did limited shopping and living with parents - glad their house is not too tiny - 4 bedrooms so one for parents, one for sister who comes frequently with her baby who is almost a year and he gets his own room too..... 550 so healthy wrap, salad and light dressing and small popcorn 

Chocolate 100, apples 200, drink aminos - trying to exercise but home with parents and a baby and sister so bored and frustrated as I've been around so many people for around a month and want to exercise abs be alone , chips 50, aminos 50

dinner meatballs not too much 300, 200 noodles, salad 150. 650

2100 ugh. Frustrating eating with parents bc It's harder to eat lower cals bc of different rating times and no privacy / independence but food is good just no schedule right now

That IS nice that your folks (still) have a large enough house to accommodate an expanded family or guests. I think that's a lovely thing. A warm cozy feeling when I read that.

On the other hand, I completely understand the desire to want to be alone. Not sure if you consider yourself to be introverted, but I am definitely introverted, and need my alone time to recharge. I guess that's what sleep is for?

Hi all! Took a longer than normal break bc I had to. Didn't have internet access where I was. Talk about it another time as it's draining to discuss. It was quite nuts what happened and i was in hospital and I am now in a month long I think day program starting tomorrow...then going back to work in around one month or a bit more I believe- don't have full details actually as it starts tomorrow.

breakfast 700

snack Apple 100, candies and veg chips 50

Late 3:30pm lunch chips 200, wrap with turkey 200, Israeli salad with dressing 200. 600.

1450....

 

Progress as of today: -2.2 lbs lost so far, only 3.2 lbs to go!
