10am breakfast: oats flavored 170 with almond milk 30, raisins, 150, kombucha 50...later on jelly beans 70..470....

1:45pm healthy lunch rataouille 150, leftover indian rice not much 50?, leftover indian black beans/sauces 200. 400. cookies 120, coffee 30.

4:30pm pm few jelly beans 70

6pm dinner: half a large roll 200, some deli chicken 100 (free food from pantry to all who work there), my pumpkin pie healthy filling 150 with pb on top 150...600, good, healthy.

it's been a really, really relaxed day...reading this new romance novel which is quite good...and very risque. the novel was set to take place in the UK in 2019 or something. very modern.  It's called "The Mister," by the same author who wrote Fifty Shades of Gray (which i might have to get around to reading now!)...the author is EL James


 Did stepper in early evening for 45 minutes (was on phone for a lot of it so the time passed faster).

i should do weights tonight but might just lay around and do them tomorrow morning, YES, will most probably be the case but i may change my mind once i digest my dinner, LOL.


 

Because I am not as worried about the job as i should be (because i feel it is going to work out eventually), I have a few other plans I have made for this month.  If you look closely, most events are on the weekends, aside from a few activities next week.  I only sign up for weekday activities once I can see that I will prob not be working yet...but i can always cancel volunteering activities during the week if i have to!

  • Saturday, Dec 5 10am-2pm? (but probably will not attend due to rain): volunteering to plant flowers (tulip bulbs) at a park in Brooklyn...and i am not sure of the meeting spot at that park...will maybe  need to email them tomorrow about if i'm even attending (based on weather).  I am not going to volunteer in the rain & cold.
  • Sunday, Dec 6 plans made today with good friend and her teenage daughter for a spontaneous road trip to New Hope, PA. it's a historic, artsy, touristy town which will prob not appear anything like those things when we go...but have always wanted to go. We'll walk around the town and the Delaware River / possibly over a bridge also from that town into the connecting town on the other side of the river! :) 
  • Tuesday, Dec 8, 10am-3pm (but will prob not stay the whole 5 hours because that's a bit much for me), Astoria, NY, Volunteer at Pantry organized at Salvation Army
  • Wed, Dec 9, 8:30am-1pm, outdoor pantry, Richmond Hill, NY, give out food for the River Fund
  • Saturday, Dec 12, 10-12pm, Park Cleanup in Brooklyn, NY
  • Saturday, Dec 19, 10:30am-11:45am, organized outdoor tour / walk thru a beautiful wooded park in the area that's best to go thru as a group, my friend and her daughter will also attend!

The husband has oatmeal 5 days a week, Then on the weekends he cooks 1 measly egg and microwaves 1 pancake. His only indulgence is some good maple syrup. We gave up big breakfasts at IHOP and the like years ago. Still miss the apricot syrup!

How’s the unemployment situation there, HOP?. Not following the stimulus deal, but someone said $300 may be added to state unemployment. The husband did ok when he was laid off earlier this year. The state paid $600 and the feds another $600, so he pretty much made his take home pay. He pays big taxes & puts the max in the 401K. He was hoping they’d extend the furlough, but didn’t happen.

my unemployment situation is pretty cruddy...a lot of my friends have jobs that are quite "essential" compared to mine...i have a few high-end nurse friends who have moved thru the ranks to pretty specialized positions, i also have a few friends working in IT, former friends are mostly teachers (they do NOT lose their jobs after a few years they lock them in)...and other people that are my friends have been sorta lucky. seems i'm in the crowd of the few that haven't been as lucky. still, many are suffering much more than me in nyc. it's not a good situation here...we'll see what happens comes January. i was thinking that unemployment will have to be continued with so many still not working overall...

The NYT had an awesome walking tour of the city’s Chinatown. Reminded me of the one in SF. Also clicked on a previously published tour of Jackson Heights in Queens. It looked kinda rundown & schlocky

yeah, i wouldn't be very interested in a walking tour of jackson heights. there's nothing of class there and it is not a place i'd go, especially now during quarantine...it's packed like sardines there with no parking. apts are prob crowded in some areas with large families under one roof. it's a big spanish/black area now and the place is known as having a large subway stop that is very busy as it's a hub for many people who live there as essential for their daily travel. it's not a particularly historical place, and i would love to see what they are actually taking people to see. people are hustling and bustling and on the go...i wonder what there is to see over there!?

No idea why the Times selected that area for the “ walking tour.” They really embed nice videos and photos in the newspaper stories. The one on Chinatown included pics of the same scenes from days gone by

Chinatown is a much better destination and very popular for tourists. they restaurants have lost TONS of business due to covid, especially in Chinatown area. it was on the news several months ago, i remember.

there could be some historial areas of jackson heights or a park or so...but it's not known as a touristy place, at all.

and, as far as my nurse friends go, i think they are wonderful people, to boot! they are good at what they do and highly knowlegable. i think so highly of them! (i'm lucky, i have great friends that are nurses what can i say!)

Many RNs in my family. Only one cop, works in SF. This is my nephew, wanted to be a firefighter, but job highly competitive in California & he didn’t want to relocate. Last I heard this kid was making 167k a year, including OT. Young guy! In his 30s

8am quick breakfast sweetened oats and raisins 320, almond milk 30..350

11am snack granola bar 100 during volunteering which was very cold, but GOOD for me!!!!, but i was dressed pretty well and brought some of my handwarmers to insert in my gloves!  There's a man that works there of Indian / South Asian decent (i don't know exactly his cultural background), but i guessed RIGHT today that he's also a NYC cop! he goes:"how'd you know!?"...i told him he looks like one (extremely FIT!) and that he acts like one (based on how he reacted / treated me the past few times i've volunteered there!)....haha, i was right! that was cool that i guessed right on his occupation based on his actions/mannerisms! Jackie just knows! lol so as far as the cop there, he must work nights or other off-hours on his police work...and this pantry thing is just something else he's part of...he's very busy and you can tell by his physique that he move around a LOT! His legs are like pure muscle....i saw them in the warmer part of early fall! hahaha..he's very, very handsome just for looking at! (nothing else!)

1pm lunch: mc donalds 2 for $3 combo: small fries, around 300, 6 nuggets 300, bbq sauce, half a pumpkin filling slice 70 plus part of a drink (caffeine) 30. food was cold by the time i got home, how sad! but still tasted good...i'm just freezing...shower to warm up soon, i think! 700...and then deciding i will read once i am warmer and cozy! lol.

3:30 low sugar gummies 100, iced coffee at home, kombucha 50

6:30pmdinner: sips of a drink 50, threw the rest out as it was opened and lost its flavor days ago, half a naan bread 150, rice 150, small amount chicken tikka masala in some sauce 350 tops 700. Healthy.

i just want to tell all of you - i am very thankful for all of your support during the time i haven't been working, as well as all the other times i have posted here.  it's special to have this site and people that support me...it's a special group of friends that are completely unique and wonderful to have in addition to the friends i have off the 'net! So Thankful for all of you!


 exercise other than volunteering: leg exercises. only takes me around 20 min or so.

My husband has some cycling gloves that have batteries to keep them warm.

VERY VERY interesting on those gloves! i may have to look into that / keep it in mind for future endeavors once i'm back to working those would be GREAT to have for commuting / walks.

next, a handsome man - this handsome man - is gorgeous to look at...he still wears a mask but his body...lower body...is incredible...even in pants you can see that he's extremely fit. so i'll enjoy going there to sneak some looks at him! haha

Thank you, I’m def keeping this in mind as I am one of those people who gets VERY cold and easily. Poor circulation, but not enough to be worried. Also, did he have anything to warm his feet? Or just wool socks or something ?

HOP, I once had adventures with the NYPD. I wrote a novel for harlequin romances. This was not the skimpy kind. It was a special line of longer books & they asked me to do it. My first shorter novel for them focused on marine biologists because it’s what the husband & I did, so no background research on that one.

Since I’ve always been a huge true crime fan, I chose cops & detectives for the big book. I had others set in SF & LA and decided upon NYC. Read all the nonfiction I could find on the NYPD. Wrote to former cops and detective and journalists who did the books. Many, but not all, replied. We had fun. Later sent books to those who requested one. Some of the guys said: I’m the hero with the big throbbing manhood. Lol

That is also really awesome. I have a secret love and admiration for law enforcement and those related uniformed men!

This is a very special group........from all over the world and so many different walks of life, ages and experiences. If we met each other on the street...we probably wouldn't know each other...yet we are closer than many family members. I love how this group is so supportive and helpful.......So unique!!!! Yhe BIG question is...WAS HE WEARING A RING?????

Omg Bear! I’ll have to check the ring situation next time. But like this other man, that I met at a different volunteer experience, this guy also is from a very different culture and it seems that he is VERY connected to his own culture. He’s well to do as a cop, seems he’s been one for a long time, and I am sure his interest is in the women that are educated and smart from his culture.....but I’ll check that ring situation and keep admiring is butt - hopefully nobody notices too much :) hahahahaha he is so hot!

I think this guys hear and mind are made of gold and that he’s a loyal one if he were married ....oh.... I just realized we all wear gloves ! I may not be able to check! We are outside wearing warm gloves now ! Ugh ! I’ll try my best hahaha to see! And he did show me his badge ! I couldn’t see his bday or anything bc I was just in shock that he was a cop after all and his medal badge was shining in the sun!

Never read fiction, only the classics in college. Read the romance book ones for research.

Read nonfiction now. Mostly free ebooks from the Brooklyn Library

Yes! Far better collection at Brooklyn. Have to pay $50 out of state fee but well worth it. So glad I heard about this in newspaper story on popularity of ebooks. Brooklyn can get up to 50 copies of a bestseller, so the wait time is never long. Same book could take months to get locally.

My husband sometimes gets cold hands while he’s working at the computer. He has a battery operated warmer, looks like, a mouse. (Computer). This probably has to do with his athleticism: heart rate at 50 or below and low pulse.

like your hubby, my pulse and heart rate are regularly quite low. i was in the hospital for a surgery last year and they would constantly check and recheck my pulse because of that...and it's why i'm constantly cold too.

6:45 light dinner: pumpkin pie filling, healthier version - def needs another egg when i make it again! - 1.5 pieces so 220 cal and a coconut chobani blended yogurt 140. 360.

today I will find a book to read - I have a few I haven't read in my apt :-)

cardio outdoors - driving to a very local park...to walk in the sun, as it's mostly open without forestry there...sorta up on a hill, sometimes windy. but the sun is out and that makes it all bearable!

Tomorrow i'm signed up to volunteer and hopefully i can take a few of the goods home, as i do not have a large income now and it's nice to receive what we are giving out as a volunteering thank you...it's good for me to get up early and volunteer for the entire morning, just need to dress warmly. i'll bring some hand warmers and take a shower tonight so i can just get up and go relatively easily tomorrow morning.

might be because they are also rather...OLD. lol, i just checked the expiration: October 2019! ha ha ha!

i used to eat them often at work...nothing seemed wrong with this old bar, but, i'm sure a fresher one would be better. and our tastes just change over time...

i used to rely on these at work / home for satisfaction and when i was hungry.

I bet you feel quite relieved today. I'm proud of you for taking the test. That in itself is an accomplishment. I'm also glad that it helped you make some decisions, and that in itself is quite valuable.

The estate gave her biographer access to all her psychiatric records and letters, so it’s a meaty bio. Plus she interviewed hundreds. Plath turned on the gas and stuck her head in the oven.

EVENING EDIT:

Very, very difficult test.  I did not pass and will NOT be studying anymore for it.  It's not mandatory test for me to have on a resume and I don't think I could study a little bit more and pass.  The questions are VERY hard.  I do not need this test and will not spend more money trying to pass it. It was an experience, let me tell you, spending 4 hours answer 200 wordy questions.  VERY VERY tough test. done with it...prob would have been better if i never took it, wasted the time studying, and was applying to more jobs. But, i'm just SO GRATEFUL that it's over! :)  That's right, it was so hard and confusing that i will not spend another $500 or torment myself with taking 200 questions in 4 hours again!


Today is the test, this afternoon, approx from the hours of 3:30-8pm with a 10 minute break once half the exam is over and cannot go over that part after the break :)   

I have an interview for an office manager / assistant proj manager job in Queens tomorrow.  I am not sure if it's a job i'm seriously considering, but an interview cannot hurt...I'll review that  tomorrow because the interview is at 12:30 and not directly in the morning.


Filling breakfast that i do have leftovers for: piece of the pumpkin pie healthy filling 150, flavored oats with raisins added 320 and almond milk 30. 

1:30 - some leftovers of the breakfast above, 3 butter cookies 120, pb 100...coffee 30...and still nauseous like i've been for a week already...it's either due to poor diet, nerves, or laying on my back on the couch too much and not sitting up causing some kind of acid reflux..

6pm candy 400...later blueberries 120...550.

8pm 2 small bowls of ratatouille all veggies 300? And this light spiked cider - very nice and low calorie 100 cals!

1800-1900, good.


 It's a very dark, gloomy, 100%rainy day all day...i even went back to sleep in the late morning into afternoon....

now it's afternoon, 1:30pm, i'm cooking up a huge pot of ratatouille.  something good to eat for the rest of the week.

 been feeling on and off naseous for a week....def not pregnant, LOL!


 PMP STUDY GUIDE: until end of November for Monday's afternoon online test (Execute, Monitor & Control!) <---- haha, those are PM terms.

  • Monday review the formulas,review formulas section and questions on the app...in progress
  • Monday review the 10 knowledge area / 5 process CHART ..use the app to review these areas  & review the 50 question practice test answers for what i got wrong, again..in progress
  • Review CLOSING process ...in progress
  • apply to some paralegal jobs from Tuesday & onwards, also Asst PM jobs.

Just read your update. Well, at least you don't have to wait for your results. So that's good. Also, I agree that once was enough. I see some drawbacks to having the certification, and so I have to think that your future lies in a different path.

Sorry to hear about the test... but glad that it wasn't necessary and so doesn't need to be attempted again!

This isn't a failure either, you've learned so much through taking the course that you may be able to apply in the future in certain ways. almost 7pm during weights workout: large piece of healtier pumpkin pie filling 150 

7:45 light dinner: good size piece of brisket and a small apple 450.

below is what I have been memorizing and it's one of almost 3 pages of formula notes. If you look, most of the formulas are very, very similar. For example, there's a formula for estimate to complete and another formula for estimate at completion! So easy to confuse the two. Been trying to get them straight right now. I have trouble with those two. But I just figured it out : estimate TO complete includes only TWO pieces of data in the formula ! There you go!

 


 Do stepper for 30 min in morning: in progress..didiit for 45 min with a few minutes break every 15 min or so. was good DONE!

Upper body weights: 

Later today, maybe (or Tuesday): Go out to get some veggies, drive to store to make ratatoille....i did pick them up, but didn't cook it.

your flash cards are great. i would do it but it's too close to the test for me to do it.

i did write them all on one paper...and i do say them over and over to myself...i keep saying the say one, till it makes sense and i can remember it. that's what i've been doing.

but some of the formulas have almost the same names and symbols and it is just too repetitive. of course, if i had more time, i could learn them, but i'm not going to do anything more regarding them the day before the test.

i will say that flash cards are probably the best technique though. totally in agreement.

Sorry...had to leave the site for a moment....I'm thinking maybe 1 card per formula.....since we all have different ways of learning...possibly say them out loud. Sing them???? Copy them over several times....etc..... Make up a story to go with each one....anything to make them clearer.

i am trying to "understand" the formulas and not just "memorize" what they are. trying to understand the bigger picture.

today, on the harder ones, i'll take your advice, talk out the formulas to myself and WHY they are that way...i will work on the logical reasoning for why those specific items are part of the formula. that will help, i do appreciate your words. you gave me the idea to spend time looking and understanding further the formulas. you've given me the idea to spend extra time on them today, focusing on them and talking them out.

Back when my kids had to learn the signs (?) for metals....we made up silly stories that while they were taking the tests...helped them remember what letters stood for which metals.....and they both did great on their tests and the funny thing is they still rely on that technique when they need to remember something.

so close to the test, one day, i will be reviewing all old things i have studied, but not add too much new...

that being that, i'll be reviewing the formulas, etc.

Bear, I appreciate your tips and advice, even if it seems i'm fighting it, i'm not. I appreciate you telling me about flash cards and reminding me....

....the reason i appreciate this advice so much is that i will have MORE tests to take in the future, the future that involves the NYS courts and other jobs...and, i will need those flash cards in the future, for the next tests i take towards my "career path." i have used them for other tests, not enough as i should...flash cards are the best because you can take out the ones you know and concentrate on the cards you do not know as well. your comments are a reminder that flash cards are the way to go, if not now, in the future.

In a way, I think it's a good approach to have a sporadic studying day - it will help you relax and such.

No judgment on Thigh-Gate, but I have found that whenever I have had such an advantage in my math classes, that they were completely unnecessary. For example, I once had the answers, inadvertently, in advance of the test, to 4 math questions on a test. It didn't matter, though, because when I looked at the questions (to which I had the answers), I already could figure out the answers - didn't need them in advance. Felt kind of hollow about it, afterwards. Alls I would ask you is would it be worth the risk, to take? I'm a bit of a chicken-butt, though, so you can't go by me.

IDK, do what you have to do to get through it. I think that's all we can ask of ourselves.

i am not saying it's right, it's not. but i also want the test behind me as fast as i can make that happen.

NOPE....to many breaks, that is.

there is ONE!!! One, 10 minute break for the entire 4 hours. it is after two hours. that part of the test cannot be looked back at after the break, the part of the test that i finished.

yes, i'll put my notes in the bathroom anyways, just to have them by my side during the 10 minute break! :)

have to use whatever the test platform has included online...they will have probably a calculator as part of the online test...a calculator on the test, i'm sure you know what i mean.

That would make sense..that technology would do some of the work for us....I bet there is but would have to research it to be positive. Of course, as you know, there is lots of PM software such as Microsoft project that we spoke of earlier. I am sure some parts of it is computerized or at least on excel files! I’d have to research the names of the actual software aside from Microsoft

I had to review those formulas for a project manager course I had to take for continuing education...No Thank You!! I had to take the test several times before I passed with a 70%. I don't think I could work with them everyday!

Edit: today was SLOW. i sorta have a headache from remaining mostly indoors besides a walk...and just a slow day. not even that much studying, at all.

Tomorrow, i'll call a friend of mine...and also thankfully i have weights tomorrow. i may do some leg exercises tonight, we'll see - my body could def use them, that's for sure...

if i didn't have a test to prepare for, that's a large chance i would have visited parents or asked a friend to get together this weekend, long weekend -  especially my friend who's a teacher. but i wasn't thinking about that, getting together, bc my mind previous to this weekend was focused only on Monday's test.

There's really not much "cramming" i can do that will stick...so i'm just reviewing questions that i got wrong and studying why i got the wrong...most of the answers are logical and if i give thought about when in the Proj Management Process  the scenarios are taking place, i CAN take a MORE logical guess...when taking the test, it will be ULTRA important for me to consider, with all the process/inputs/tools and techniques/outputs sections, WHEN they are taking place in the project: as in: BEG - MIDDLE - OR END!? this will help me lots.

my writing above, i will also read over tomorrow, to remember to consider where i'm at in the project management process on the process questions...it's a MAJOR TIP for this test which can be overlooked after reading too many questions in a row too quickly.!!!

Close to 6pm: leftover salad from parents from Thanksgiving that i added olive oil to 150, topped with leftover somewhat fried chicken but a moderate (not big) piece 300. 450.

8pm snack healthy pumpkin pie 150 - hopefully it will cool more overnight and be a little denser tomorrow. it was slightly too soft in consistency for a pumpkin pie, but was decent, though not as good as regular pumpkin pie. it's a very large slice for very little calories, though!

9:30pm 2/3 of a chocolate coated greens bar 200, so good i should find a bar that is slightly lower calories with same taste and nutrition. love these.

OH, YES, I COULDN'T AGREE MORE....VERY NICE, ANNIE!!!!

At least i still have some income coming in right now, thru unemployment. thankful to have that safety net at the moment, rather than receive nothing...it makes it easier to study more when not completely stressed over that! :)

it will be nice not to study for this particular test more, yes. i have the basics and it's super frustrating knowing i may not know enough detail for it...but we shall see.

anyways, with the job thing, i think i will not be settled for still many years in terms of career, but it was nice to have the break during Covid from it and to get the paralegal certification as well.

also, with the study thing, i may continue to study on my own, some online classes, paralegal related, but have to see when i want to take the classes and if i want a break when i go back to work. and these classes are classes that I CHOSE...rather than this PM test that i am doing for the good of the credential.

to answer your initial question: Yes and Yes.!!!!

yes that pineapple peach one, by Kevita, is amazingly good. and yes, i believe they are very sparkling and possibly more than other brands. very sweet, they add the stevia which i do like.

i've got to hear more about this kombucha process because if it works for you, it could be something i'd follow your lead with, it could be a huge $$$ saver to balance my purchasing of kombucha with making homemade. and calories could obviously be looked up or just estimated, since you can see i am big on calories....

it would be nice to be able to mix & ferment my kombucha and not have to fully rely always on store bought. and i've got stevia to sweeten it, if it's not sweet enough....tell all and take photos, yes.!!!

Happy studying day! Oh I don't think I envy you! To study and learn is one thing, but when you know you have a big test coming, that's a whole different dish. However, with the schedule you've set for yourself, I think you'll be prepared as you possibly can be. All you can do is your best, and we know you'll do that!

i could have studied more in terms of memorizing specifics...my understanding is more broad and if i fail, i will have to delve deeper.

I have memorized a lot of math formulas, but not every single one bc the test will prob not ask every single one...i know the easier ones but it's hard to memorize the ones that are almost exactly the same and it was starting to confuse me, so close to the test.

so, i'll say i def have the broad, basic, concepts and understanding of PM. and i am crossing my fingers that it is enough to PASS. only what matters is to PASS, not get an A.

and if i don't pass, i'll have to delve a little deeper, like i said.

but i definitely understand and know much more than i did this summer when i was in the 3 week or so review class for this test and we were going thru the questions, which, at the time made very little sense to me.

it's so nice that i have had the time off, to put in this studying. it would have been much, much harder had i been working...to gain the understanding that i have.

going into the test, i'm borderline. and if i have to do more, i can only pick up and continue from there.

just wanted to thank you for your input, i always secretly wish to get feedback from you because it's constructive and helpful.

you are right, the "testing" situation ruins a learning situation, sometimes, in my mind. it takes the fun out of learning, in my opinion. !!!

at least this test is not writing, it's all multiple choice, and it's concepts. after studying, there's hints to find in the questions, etc. i see some of the basic connections that will get me points!

secondlly, i am stressed a little bit over Monday's test...i really hope to NOT have to take this $500 test a second time.  i'm trying my best to remember all the formulas and do MOST of the work that should get me to pass it.

I didn't do weights yesterday bc i wanted to study / relax only after doing deliveries in the afternoon. plus a friend called, then my dad called, and the time flew by.  So, i've decided to do weights this  AM! and i've already starting weights, around 9:15 this morning...i should be done soon, upper body weights are  DONE 

then i'm going to stay home the rest of the morning, mostly reading my PM notes...in progress throughout day - an hour in the morning, and i will study over an hour the afternoon / night...IN PROGRESS

I have another phone interview, not video, at 1:30...so i will have lunch and then review the notes and quickly review the website of this firm.  It's a landlord/tendant paralegal position in NYC...will review later before interview - i'm not going to waste more of the day on it because i need to study and exercise....and i have notes already from the last interview that i can use for this interview, for the most part...MY BEST INTERVIEW YET...but i have no idea how many candidates and who i am up against. DONE

PMP STUDY GUIDE: copy & paste daily until end of November, possibly making changes also.

  • will keep reviewing the formulas, ALMOST daily YES - skipped out on formulas for 2 days but back to it this afternoon 
  • moving today into Cheat Sheet section on app...will review a few times today, at least - in progress - reviewed completely 1x and in progress of finishing its review this morning 
  • need to move back to reviewing the 10 knowledge areas / 5 processes of PM...i'm beginning to realize i do not have a good handle on this and it's been awhile since i studied this section...in progress (i have a one sheet of paper, chart, and it's in the app) - in progress this morning to finish with the app and paper copy 
  • i need to review and compare the formulas (to what i've done on the app) to that of which the teacher provided in the summer on pdf - different formula sheet...this will be done tonight ...didn't get it done Wednesday night so it will be done Thursday morning - review of formulas, long review, then looking at class notes back from the summer on the formulas 

Progress as of today: 2 lbs lost so far, only 1 lbs to go!

Good luck with your interview!! The more the better! New Guy was doing working in this area before he came to our firm, both commercial and residential evictions.

the interview went very well...i was prepared for it and had good things to say. it was the most "conversational" interview i have ever had to date...where it was totally more fluid on both ends with good things and thoughts on both sides...

i'll keep you updated, if i hear anything...

and i look forward to a walk now, before i study anymore...maybe drive myself to the park!

now i get to experiment with a no sugar added recipe...instead of condensed milk, i'm using evaporated milk with monk fruit.

9am-9:30 breakfast pumpkin pie filling that i made, 3 small squares, 300. kombucha 50.

noon lunch, small and quick and healthy, leftovers thai - rice 150, tofu 50, veggies in curry sauce 150..400

4:45 early dinner: same as above lunch 400

sf red bull, another drink 100, jelly beans 100

9:30pm snack tortilla 150, pb 100, pumpkin filling 100...350

1700-1800... good. 

Was gonna exercise but need to study more so skipping exercise until early tomorrow morning for my weights - or tomorrow afternoon - will decide tomorrow ...


 Have a few interesting errands, will write about that later, for this afternoon....just a quick lunch and leaving apt for the afternoon...

basically, i helped a friend i just made last week to drop off many turkeys all around queens, i drove us all around from 1:30-4:30pm...he gave me a $20 for gas which was very nice and my neighbor also will get a turkey with many fixings :)
