Glad i took a sleeping pill last night - i was practically asleep by 7pm & up today at 3am.
900 thru airplane flights had alcohol miles drink on plane, chips betweeen flights, more chips....lol great eating.

Dinner: satisfying 700.

Left work at 1:30pm...picked up food that'll be for when I return after the trip for Monday's lunch and it'll prob even last till Wednesday when I return.
Also went to library to check in for tomorrow's flight and print boarding pass since my computer at home hasn't been hooked up to the printer and printer may not work...so did this at library. I would have done it at work but I didn't have my passport with me & I needed it to check in.
Now going home to pack and hopefully relax. I don't want to be up late tonight as I'll be getting up around 2:30am to get ready for leaving my apt for this trip. I'll get picked up at 4:30, so maybe i'll get up more like 3am. :)

I was going to have to be really busy, driving to my parents and all...but my mom didn't want to celebrate tonight (she is tomorrow) so I am really thankful for some time at home now before the trip!

A bit stressed out bc going from work directly to trip and needing to skip jog tonight to rest my slightly sore ankle so it'll be good on the trip. Just feeling like i'd rather be home around NOBODY. but either way, plans are good and giving hamster to my friend who will watch it tonight, very local a few blocks away from me. and just resting up. no more exercise needed!
Falling asleep at work.
Even cleaned hamster cage this AM before work thinking i was jogging after work. I do not have the energy or desire to jog today after work. Need to rest my ankle and body tonight.
Skipping the jog tonight bc ankle still slightly sore & I'll be walking tons in Colombia.
Cheers to last night being my last gym workout until I get back.
No more planned exercise till my return. If i need to take an extra week off of everything, i will, once i return. No more pushing right now.

Few days left (3 to be EXACT!) before Colombia. Getting last workouts in and work done. Packing the night before, WEDNESDAY night, since i get outta work early at 2pm for holiday although not going to parents, it's great to get out early before a trip like this one.

2 plums 100. kombucha 30. wrap 100 with pb 100 and honey 50 along with sf jelly. 400 approx :) and drinking seltzer with stevia.
Half banana 100 Cookie 250, coffee with milk 100. 350. 850. Sangria 150 1000.
wrap 100, 1/2 burger 100 tops, spread 100, some chips i think. yeah, 250 in really tasted almond flour crackers! yum. nice and salty!
1550 total :)wow. needed a low cal day! wonderful!

Ricky joined me in errands and the street fair. turned out a perfect and fun day. amazing.
fell back to sleep after breakfast for another 2 whole hours. got like 10 hours sleep. felt great.
got a ton done. feeling good heading into the week before the trip.
got plans to exercise tomorrow night and run Tuesday. and feeling happy. and glad to have Ricky to help me today and all the time. He's so good to me.

yup. i want it so bad not to skip out on a jog that i woke up early, without alarm, for it. but today will be an "easy" jogging day. no miles at once without some walking involved.
Today i'll actually walk 1/4 mi and jog 1/4 mi until i reach only 1.5 2.25 miles, i think i'll prob stop after 1.5. 2.25mi today will be an "easy day".
I might even come home and do laundry or clean the hamster cage.

(Feeling very hungry so took a 12pm lunch even though i ate a lot thru the morning.)
snack 2: some kinda bar or the cookies 130 and water with stevia before GYM WORKOUT yay (tomorrow morning will be a short jog session so that i can say i jogged 2x this week and not skip again and so that i do not have to do any exercise sunday). 150 approx for snack....

Feeling wayyyy better than i was the past couple days. I think I was anxious to not fit in my exercise goals. Now that I know tonight is the gym and i have enough food for all the days until my trip, i feel a lot better it seems. I feel better as I get more organized with my plans and goals for before the trip and including the trip.
I was feeling bad i know bc my routine was breaking up. So i vow to not break up my routine any more. and stick to the schedule 100% so that i do not get off track again.

at least this am i figured out the route from apt to the train where we are staying in colombia. only 2 blocks (but longer blocks) away. should take only like somewhere between 5-15 minutes to walk from apt to train! wahoo.
love that we are by a train and not a bus...sorta cool!
we'll mostly travel by trains while in Colombia. it's weird it's not first on my mind and that exercise has proven to be mostly more important still at this time.
there - i am fully content only walking is definitely more than enough lol. yeah.

i am so anxious for my trip to Medellin, Colombia it's pathetic how i feel but i always get this way. last trip was around 1 year ago - last October to San Antonio / Austin Texas. just nervous to pack even though it's so short. ugh.
Dinner was so good: chicken burger 180, 2 tortillas 180, spread 150, blueberries 200
710 cals of goodies and to my friend BCGG - I had double servings of everything except the chicken haha !!!!

No exercise bc I didn't feel up to it after last nights jog I wanted today off.

I fear not getting everything done like jogging and gym and getting too run down.
I fear not having enough time to myself to relax leading into the trip and after.
And lastly i fear the travel bathroom problems that are very typical for me...and i want to be able to poop (yes, really) one last and final time before the trip around 3am on Thursday morning next week.
I just fear the change in routine i guess....and not being able to fulfill my own requirements of keeping my routine while i am home.
traveling also means being able to deal with the changes and that has always been hard for me to do....
i don't want to skip out on gym and stuff and also don't want to overdo any running and stuff but at the same time, it's hard when my mind is focused on my trip.
i know my mind is messing with me and that i don't have a good reason for all my fears....i am not sure why i always get so up tight.
friends have said, close friends, that any change or fun things...usually involves the typical "butterflies in stomach / anxious feelings" and that i should of course take the plunge and go with it. i just wish i didn't feel so out of my own head.

jogging was good and bad. i ran 2 mi and walked 1/4 mile and that got really hungry and wanted to leave right away and that's what i did!

I also bought some vitamins on amazon that i do add to its water. I do feel they might help. It's vitamin drops. just a daily type.

Little bites....I'm guessing the food there is VERY DIFFERENT!
Outdoor vendors and lots of cheaper restaurants have everything fried !
Nicer places only in expensive areas have healthy and tasty options

Seeing as you're on vacation, tracking calories is probably not on the first list of exciting things to do. Have fun! Soak in the culture, the food, the society!
I promise it's just an automatic habit - jdonk I have been doing it for 15 years so hard to break the habit it sorta relaxes me to do. Haha it's been really really exciting :-)
