once again, up too late for any situps in the AM, so i'll do them in the PM tonight along with the bike. 

I have a LATE New Years resoultion which is to END my laying in bed habit listening to the radio during the weekdays.  I do like listening to the radio, but, it's screwing with my morning routine and fitness commitment.

kombucha 50

8:30AM breakfast: greek yogurt stevia 140 with blended (can) pumpkin with extra stevia 60, coffee 50..300..

10AM snack: GRANOLA BAR 110 sunbelt banana oat so good!; almonds 100

12:30 lunch: portabella burger with a lot of goat cheese 500, small salad 50, coffee 50. 650 tops

3:45pm snack clementine, baby apple 50

dinner veggies 50, small amount brown rice and black beans from ricky 200, crackers horseradish flavor so cool 200...450, kombucha 50

1750, good end to the week I'm glad !

going out to lunch for college helper's last day here (he was off during January from college so he came and worked with us like he did this past summer...and he actually was assigned to ME! surprisingly, i have enough work to give him the whole time he was here!! and the work was very simple, but, it was nice to be the one to explain to him how to do it and for him to do it RIGHT. :) He was a good worker and did the work well, not with any crazy mistakes or anything, so it worked out very well.

snack: tbd

dinner: maybe tofu/brussel sprouts....and cranberries/whipped cream (couldn't find sugar free whipped cream since we are off season with it...but i got the light one, def not as good as the sugar free...it's even more airy and not as rich tasting - it has half the fat of regular).

I do plan to sleep in tomorrow as long as i want to, no therapist this weekend and starting next week i'll be coming DURING THE WEEK which will be....interesting to say the least....and a little tiring....but i feel it's better for me than such a cut into the weekend every week and sleeping over parents every weekend bc it felt like i was wasting my time and being even lazier at my folks.

I might do some baking with my coworker Linda this weekend on Sunday, but not sure. We'd be doing both the black bean brownies and the snickerdoodles, both sugar free.

yeah, seems i am sorta doing just that...but not a deep sleep, it's so wasteful and when i rush and don't take the time to wake up and stay home for a little with exercise i find myself half asleep on the bus and train compared to when i wake up with extra time in the mornings out of bed, if that makes sense.

yes, i hate leaving the pushups to before the rest of my arms workout...makes it longer when i can get the pushups done in less than 10 min or so in the mornings. Same with situps that i do on other mornings. It's def better to separate, making the workouts all shorter....when i do less at a time. seems to work best, for now.

it's the complete opposite of when i did a full workout for all of my body, at the gym, taking around 2 hours with multiple breaks but a long workout and driving out. now, for now, it's about being concise and to the point.

supposedly out to eat with Ricky where we get off the train in Queens before we drive the rest of the way home (15min) in his car. I may get a diet coke to enjoy with maybe sushi or something...i may keep the volume of the meal smaller which would help my stomach as i'm eating very large volumes of food lately. and maybe i'll drive a little bit tonight, since i'm going to get home after i eat i can go straight to my car from Ricky after he drops me at home which also means skipping some of rush hour when i drive on the roads (it'll be after 6, maybe closer to 7 when i get home).

Up late after laying in bed almost an HOUR! what!? lol...gotta work on my habits in the morning, i guess.

lunch: cabbage meat soup 250, chips and guac 250, clementine 50. 550

Good Morning! I'm home for Martin Luther King Day :) I slept in, had a nice breakfast...

9:30 - 2 cups onyxorgum with almond milk, cinnamon, stevia 300, choc 100, hot coffee and new Silk unsweetened coconut milk, stevia 50. 450.caramel mocha on the bottom yogurt! 150...600.

12pm kombucha and orange 110

2pm pumpkin bread with craisins 400, beef veggie soup 150, chips 150

kiwis and chocolate 100

late snack: granola bar, peanut butter 200

1800-1850 total...success, prob because i also stayed busy this afternoon :)

Plan today is:

- to make Pumpkin Bread or cupcakes, done 

- also clean piggie cage/wash the fleece, done 

- do leg strength workouts, ride indoor bike and do 5 min stepper...soon DONE

- MAYBE do a short drive DONE

- bring ricky the soup i made and watch a movie with him again, just like yesterday :) DONE....though he hated both the soup and my dessert LOL we have VERY different tastes.

You had a very productive day on your day off! Me, on the other hand, went thi within, and didn't accomplish much of anything (lol).

Lately, I haven't been able to tolerate the xylitol and erythritol sweeteners. I have a batch of jellied cranberries that I can only eat in small bites before the sweetener becomes overwhelming. I thought adding ricotta cheese would help cut the taste but all I want thi eat is the ricotta.

but ricotta isn't so bad for you ...that sounds interesting...instead of cottage cheese..

also, i'm soooo sorry that the sweeteners are having that effect on you...i seem to crave them lately. i sweeten things so much...from all yogurts, oatmeal, coffee...i love it...the cranberries.

bowl of soup i'm cooking to taste though it needs an hour longer still, ice cream 350

then home a beef/cabbage slow cooker soup, pumpkin lower sugar bread, to cook and exercise - legs/and upper :)

also, i did stay at parents as the weather was a slight snow storm...just a few inches and it melted by morning but was snowing all night! not a heavy snow and then it rained. so i was glad to sleep over parents.

We're getting like 5 inches of snow overnight. The drive home was not fun but either I've gotten better or it wasn't that bad because it was NOT white knuckles on the steering wheel.

I did a little better getting out of bed this AM and did my ab work quickly before a fast shower :)  Glad it's out of the way for today :)

snack: almonds, maybe another chocolate     protein bar small 150

lunch: soup with lots of veggies 150, some chicken150, crackers300, 500

I have a EPILSLIM.... (menopause comes with chin hair that I swear if you do not get rid of they will get long enough to braid...LOL)...and it can hurt sometimes...is the one you have painful? A daughter in law asked us for one for christmas once and she was excited to try it.....it didn't take her long to let me know that she wanted me to take it back to the store....I gave her the $50 and I returned it.....of course that is the same gal that bent her wedding ring and couldn't get it off her finger...so stupid me...got out the dish soap and I got that ring off...with her howling all through the process....( I don't think she ever forgave me...)...but it had to be done...my Dad was waiting there with the ring sizer to round it out again. Some people can take some pain and others can't I guess.
