10 breakfast: life cereal one cup 160 with coconut milk 50. 210. stomach is still upset from the allulose in the low cal ice cream. will be throwing them all out because the ice cream i tried really upset my stomach all night and that isn't healthy for digestion. The ice cream was called "z0cal" meaning like zero calories!
12:30 lunch: salad 50, over a cup of stewed eggplant, lots of sauce 300? very tasty, chips 150, kombucha!! 60 560 finally im eating some more veggies!!!!!!

2. delve into ch 8 & 9 of Statsky - possibly start week 4 assignments

I actually quite quickly did a scrubbing of my shower today because boy did it need it! other than that, i'm staying home, skipping leg strength exercises due to the ankle and toe issues of wanting to rest them more and not overkill.
I may do another low key bike ride tonight in order to get outside, or, i may just ride my indoor stationary bike 2-3 times today at short intervals, we'll see.
tomorrow ricky and i plan to eat thai food, so, once again, i think my goal today should be the coursework, not going out to get takeout or anything else that is somewhat distracting...so, aside from some internet browsing distractions, i will limit outside errands and stay HOME!

On another note, my hair is growing longer and driving me insane. although i'm not working, i'm thinking to get it semi-permanently straightened by someone who i know who does it by word of mouth from another friend. then, there'll be a break for like a month for paralegal, while i take the union PM course.

the assignments take a VERY long time :( .... and i'm nervous because there's another class i need to take for my industry starting in a week. - but good news is this might change / shift.

i am actually trying to finish as much as i can with the paralegal course so perhaps i can just concentrate on the Project management class when it starts in 8 days. i'm actually trying to finish at least two weeks more of work so i can perhaps just do the PM course...or just do little bits of paralegal during the PM course time...
but yes, while not working, it can be done, especially because i know the first 7 weeks of the paralegal assignments and i'm trying my best to complete them mostly before the Proj man class starts in a week lol lol

First and foremost, i'm dedicating most of the day to studying / reading the chapters of Week 3 assignments. I may even be able to start the assignments either today or def tomorrow :) Week 3 is different, it involves the usual assignments but also the "writing of a memo" or an actual document that paralegals may write.
luckily, weights were done yesterday and i have no intent to do any leg work today either. only some walking / biking should suffice today as my lower body doesn't need to be pushed while toe is healing anyways.
i've decided also to skip laundry (but did wash the fleeces for the guinea pigs today!) for now and there's no cooking or cleaning...concentration is on the week 3 assignments so i can finish it sort of rapidly...rapidly means in 3 days :) therefore, my goal for week 3 is to finish the assignments by TUESDAY night.

hardly any teacher instruction, it is mostly a self-paced and reading on your own type of class. no mandatory sessions with teacher. i missed a zoom the other night, no worries though - not mandatory.

i had a phone sorta pre interview with another company that looks ok....but they said they will not be hiring at this moment, which i consider fine as i'm doing the course which is much more time consuming than i thought...if i have to sit out and not get the large unemployment i was getting, well, i'll have to spend some of what i was getting previously then!...
if i don't have to go back to work for another month, i won't be upset...

That ice cream sounds horrible; i'm sorry you had such trouble after eating it.
I don't know if there are any gravel roads near you :) but gravel riding is a lot of fun - though much more difficult as compared to riding on the road or pathways. If you have a mountain bike or a bike with fatter tires, you've got the perfect vehicle for gravel!

^ what Bear said. Those artificial sweeteners can wreck havoc. I kind of wish I had that issue... only recently has malitol in the protein shakes cause me bloating and discomfort. But that's it.
