total average calories for the past 7 days = 2300 per day. and not fun to have to calculate it or think about it....will be trying to control myself more and stay in line so I don't have to have a stressful week again thinking about how to lower my calories! ugh, the worst!  glad this week is over.  this will not happen again for a long time!

1100 after lunch calories, good.

walk at lunch, slow.

30 min swim tonight..mostly paddleboard.

1250 till end of work gonna blow up i ****in swear. still at work G-D DMMIT.

okay so chilling out before heading to the pool. i'll probably get there around 7:30pm and stay till around 8pm...today is paddleboard day...legs! not in the mood to practice the other...maybe tomorrow i'll do the freestyle stroke....or Sunday :-p

calories after work: small sandwich, lots of tomato juice, a tomato 550 and then pickled cabbage, a lot of course!, 100  more. good.

1250+650 = a cool 1900...snack after pool...maybe fruit? or a bar.

2100 or so today, good. 2250..decided on some cooked veggies, a lot of course, after the protein bar, when I got home. at least it's not a ton of calories!

today i have some allergies and my left eyelid is very puffy & swollen. i took allergy medicine & allergy eyedrops. hopefully swelling will go down...

calories before lunch: 750, good.

LUNCH: 600 HEALTHY..

SO FAR: 1350, GREAT..

STILL CAN'T LOG IN AND TYPE AN ENTRY AT HOME!

computer wont let me enter anything on my entry! anyone else have this problem? good morning anyways. breakfast:250 calories. all healthy, shake & a yogurt after. shake was almond milk and spinach with stevia and yogurt was a greek 2% with cinnamon & stevia.

went to bed late around 11:30pm, but happy that i accomplished many things today. many phone calls at lunch, good swimming in the evening. i did what i could. tomorrow's another day to finish up most of the application for the NYPD...! i will send it in this weekend as i don't think i can handle thinking about it another weeK!.  maybe i will have to leave work early to finish...ugh! or maybe i take a vacation day this week to handle it if i have to...don't want that though. gotta save my days!

NOT feeling good about the day, but getting on with it...

Breakfast: protein shake 210

snack: slimfast shake 190

snack: protein bar: 210

lunch: yogurt and sauce ... 200-250

snack: snackwells bar or somehting 150

snack: apple

dinner:

overall, 1850, good. can't really get lower calories than this...even today was difficult.

avg 3 day total: 2620, not good....but lower. i hate when i start doing this, but i need to lower the average in order not to continue gaining weight. so i need to keep a record over the next few days...

8am-11am big breakfast/snacking throughout AM: 1020 cal.

1pm tasty lunch: banana 150, sunflower seed butter 100, small ice cream 150, greens salad with dressing 100, tofu 100, microwave noodles 200 = 800, good.

total so far: 1820, good.

filling out paperwork sucks!!! wow. been doing it all day long, seriously, and eating also.

snacking, bad, snacking: 600, 100, 350  = 1050, yes, really.

so far: 2870...ugh...add 300 more..

3200 or so...ugh kill me!

8:30pm dinner: strawberries 50, two slices mozzerella cheese 120, bread 150, veggie burger 140: 460, fine.

total: 3660. not good if the plan is to lose weight. i don't wanna give up, even though it looks like i am.

past two days calorie avg  = 3000.

how to balance it = maybe try for 2 days of 1600???

tomorrow: protein shake? 200

breakfast: yogurt 150 with cinnamon & stevia

snack: bar, tea 210

lunch: veggie burger, pita, cheese: 420

snack: apple? 1080

dinner: cheese/tofu/spinach/matza? 360 or so..400.

exercise: swimming...ugh.

snack: apple

big, satisfying breakfast.  mostly driving around a lil bit too much today but the day is mine to spend basically as i please. no major commitments.

breakfast: high fiber hot cereal 150, with almond milk 30, smallish banana 120, butternut canned squash 1/2 cup 50, (this all had a lot stevia packets - 4 i think - to sweeten it) almonds 170, 2% greek yogurt after with cinnamon & chocolate stevia 150 = 670 & well worth the calories!

ate a little much at all meals & snacks, so overdid calories a hair, nothing i can do now.

2250 before pool...

will have food after as well....

pool: at least 1/2 hour. probably that'll be it. mostly paddleboard i think.

feeling very tired...almost like i wanna skip the pool and just do weights tonight???

ended up doing full weights routine, much better than having to go to the pool, for sure!

calories were a little over, but not by much thank god. total: 2380, ok.

Dandelions are good. The leaves in salad with spinach. And the flowers in my weekly soup. The flower stems are only a little bitter do I leave them out. I want to try kale too.

calories before leaving work: 1350, great.

calories on way home: light, 150 cal snack.

dinner: very healthy, lots of volume: 2 peppers 100 with dressing 50 , tomato juice around 50, mozzerella cheese on a wrap 200, strawberries 50. total: 450

total so far: 1950, great!

 around 2200 total cal today, good. half hour swimming. good! some ab work at lunch.

hey all. i got ready for work in about 15 minutes today...and looked it! LOL

anyways, all is good. i am more motivated and inspired once again to get to the gym and pool.  i have been notified from a letter by the NYPD that my process is STARTING! wahoooo. this is the year, for sure. i think i may be in the January academy after all!

so...glad i stopped home for dinner before heading to the gym. hoping they haven't towed my car lol! i parked in the 15 minute spot, but for probably more like a half hour. lol. once i get home, it's hard for me to leave ;-) to get back out to exercise.

good thing is, i had something healthier than another shake for dinner: instead, cooked turkey (not deli) on a thicker slice of bread with mustard and two yellow peppers dipped in dressing. overall, a nice light meal at around 350 calories. and we all know i like to eat....so probably a shake or something after working out, maybe lowfat frozen yogurt instead.

so far, 1850 healthy calories. i've had veggies since breakfast :-) all week this week by making shakes that include greens. i feel better about this, and will continue to try to eat more vegetables (really, i am trying to make sure i have greens everyday is what i mean for now. i think it'll improve my skin and healing process)

i will end the day at 2050-2100 cal. good.

maybe another update tonight...gotta change my address with the DMV later before bed....!

I GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL FROM THE NYPD!!! WAHOO! THEY KNOW I EXIST...ON TO THE NEXT STAGE, FILLING OUT SOME PAPERWORK & GETTING IT IN! WAHOOOOOOOOOOO! MOVING ON, STILL HAVE AT LEAST 6MOS-1YR TILL I GET IN, BUT YES, YES, YES!!!!

TOTAL CALORIES AROUND 2250. EXERCISE: SWIMMING WITH PADDLEBOARD.

Wednesdays for the next month will be packed with action after work....I have physical therapy at 6/6:30-about 7.  then, dinner of course. then, driving to the pool to swim myself for about an hour followed by swim instruction at 9pm.  I am in the beginner class, which I don't mind - i do have some swimming experience though! - so there isn't a lot of exercise going on yet which is why i exercise beforehand to get cardio in, mostly with the kickboard for my legs.

breakfast: tasty shake! fat free greek yogurt 100, avocado 80, almond milk 20, little blueberries 20?, tons of spinach 50, lots - 4 packets of powder stevia: 270 - great...definitely not acidic in my mind - the spinach and stevia is very alkalizing to the body.  i am working on decreasing artificial/acids a little bit - especially for breakfast. and TEA with some stevia. ohh, a few almond earlier. 300 total.

snack: almonds 200

snack: source of life chocolate macadamia nut protein bar, tea 200

lunch: turkey, spinach, cooked carrots, chips?, light bagel 500

snack: plum: 50

snack  2 big peppers, water, fiber one bar if i want it.
