breakfast: avocado 80, fiber one and almond milk 240: 320.

i don't know what my problem is, but everything is upsetting me 100-fold lately. i have a chinese immigrant coworker, well, a U.S. citizen for many years now, who is definitely still being abusely treated in the workplace in my opinion. and NO, there's nothing i can do as I work there also... but, he's dreadfully sick as a dog, fever, broken out slightly but i see it all over his forehead with either the flu or bronchitis coughing and miserably sick....and my boss didn't let him go him early one day this week...damn shame there are people in this world who have so little compassion. SO LITTLE COMPASSION.

it is difficult for me to believe that i am going to survive this job for another year. i must ask for the half hour extra lunch on Monday so that I can walk. i am a little upset that i have to ask and know that my chinese coworker will never be able to leave the building during lunch...when i leave, when i get into the academy, i may say something, i am not sure. my boss is silently killing this chinese man. he is not healthy....and there is no break for him.  he will die earlier because of this. it is simply  not fair. he is sick because he is overworked. and it is very, very upsetting.

as for myself, my body is constantly tired and sore. my commute ranges, but it can be around an hour each way. this week i worked 7:30-5:30 all week and last week some days. and that is too much sitting. and very, very unhealthy.

calories: around 2250.

exercise: 4 mi on treadmill some jogging and some walking. i got home around 8:45pm.

Progress as of today: 3.5 lbs lost so far, only 3.5 lbs to go!

still getting depressed at work, i think the hour lunch will help...soon i will ask, probably tomorrow.

2050 cal = perfect.

pretty healthy, but still 3 protein bars and a shake. but also the correct amount of fruits/veggies!

exercise: enough uppper body weights (getting used to the new gym!) and a nice hour elliptical :-)

my weight is right around what's posted, closer to the 122/122.5 range though. :-) I am doing well overall with managing. just need to break out of this depression...I am just nervous it's gonna be a long road till the NYPD and this year. like i said though, the hour lunch/movement at lunch should help...

it might take time but im sure you can get there! a year isnt so long if you think about it! and lord knows your fit enough to be a cop :)

You can do this! A year can be broken down into months, and days, so just take things as they come and forget the rest for now.

breakfast: a nice, big 2% greek yogurt and fiber one/almond milk: 350.

healthy lunch: butternut squash, around 200?, chicken: 200?, wrap 100. good! ohh, and jalepenos... :-) maybe spicy sauce too.

snack: couple candies?

big snack: banana....and apple?

gym! cardio only. maybe abs too.

dinner:

BED.

2250 cal. gym was all cardio but i really wanted to do pushups in front of the men...so one set of FIFTY!

exercise: cardio only again, letting my arm/shoulder muscles repair from bootcamp on sat/sun

around 2050 cal. cardio and some weights (need to get used to the new gym by work already!!!)

very difficult day for me. i am becoming more and more depressed and I am having a very, very hard time keeping a positive outlook right now.

over 4mi, mostly jogging!, at the gym on treadmill.

skipping out on most of the traffic, priceless :-)

Hey. It's 1:11am. I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping during this 3-day week and even now.  This happens when I'm ultra stressed and when my mind/body senses that i don't have enough personal/free time.

Happy Friday, Ladies :-)

 total cal was perfect: 1950 and extremely healthy with at least a quart of vegetables considering lunch and dinner. actually, i had about one quart plus 2 cups veggies today....lol. and 3 protein bars....ugh. and other things! now that i think about it, i actually had two servings of fruit (lately it is just one, or none...i don't love to have fruit...it tends to make me hungry shortly afterwards...) what else, i did have the 2 cups coffee in the AM. fiber one and almond milk right away in the AM... that's about it today, yup. good stuff. and one sucking candy. oh, tofu with lunch. and a wrap, which i put only some of the ample veggies in. (i had about 2 cups veggies with me)...but boss cooked too! and for dinner, i had leftovers from him...in a wrap with a protein bar...it was at 7:30pm before i drove home, after the gym. :-)

i am happy. joining the gym was the best thing i could do, well, my 3rd gym membership right now lol. it's right next door to work, i also did it last year right around this time, too much traffic during the year when school is in session. and i am lucky, i joined for 6 months, it ends right when summer begins. so i can decide to rejoin at that point...but traffic will be better so i will probably go home to my own gym more often or jog outside :-)

exercise: 45 min treadmill, lots of running, some walking. stretching. and of course my walk to and from work (only about 10-15 min total..., but better than nothing!)

fitness goal: i am now lifting 17.5 pound dumbells for chest flies and bicep curls! sometimes i reduce the weight also....my goal is to get up to 20 lbs (in my mind, this is definitely a "man's" weight...20 lbs rooo ah!)  I like to work out around guys, lifting weights they lift...it's motivating!

early breakfast: 210

late breakast: 230

snack: 230

snacking also: coffee 80

750, good.

lunch: healthy, update later...big

snack before gym that I joined next door to work until end of June during the rush hour craziness when school are in!....chips? big apple 100

dinner: protein bar (sugary type) and protein drink: 400. good.

 exercise: 45 min treadmill and lifting weights for fun (like 10 min lol)

total cal 2100, good.

and skipping rush hour was GREAT! i got home in half the time! 30 min instead of an hour!

B E D

last night, my dad was going crazy, thinking i took is UNDERWEAR (even if by accident when his gym clothes i kindly do when i'm doing laundry...) but really, he was going CRAZY, keeping me up. then i plain couldn't sleep. i maybe got around 5hrs sleep. gah.
