upper body weights. some cardio, leg is still not doing well :(

all is good.

Friday I take off to pack to move on Saturday. mostly just moving my belongings, as furniture is being shipped there.

I did have a banana, around 2am, but not counting that in today's calories :-)

breakfast 1:eggs on english muffin w/ avocado and almond milk bran crackers, 2% greek yogurt.  500

snack: tea?? or decaf coffee, bar

lunch:

2000 cal. decent cardio...nothing too aggressive as i am trying to help my leg/ankle heal a bit from the recent overuse. gonna go to the doctor when i can.

i have a special work/family event (yes, both!) to go to in 3 weeks and i want to "lose a pound" by then. unfortunately, this is also the three weeks of moving and getting settled in my apartment, with no or little days off from work to do it in.  eesh. feeling a bit torn in every direction. it's probaby best that i take the two days soon...or maybe i take the 4th completely off!...

11:30pm snack saturday night: 350 - apple and 3 truffle chocolates

6am: pita bread 150, some peanuts but hardly much at all 50, green tea with coconut/passionfruit, lots of fiber one and almond milk 300. 500, great!

850, very good considering how i am feeling lately.

2250, goodnight.

exercise: upper body weights, some abs, 5 mi walk...

5am: pita bread 150 and tea

healthy, tasty, wonderful breakfast: eggs on english muffin with sesame oil spread on both halves, greek yogurt 2%, passionfruit green tea : apprx 500 and delicious. i want breakfast to be like this during the week more often - more often than the cereals and bars..

total cal: around 2200, healthier. got all veggies in.

sleep early tonight!

exercise: 3 mi at park in rain! and then walking at mall.

probably around 5 mi total. good.

early breakfast: 5am: dried lentils 100, banana 120, bread 100, avocado 80, red pepper spread 30, milk 120: 650

will recap about the lentils soon...wanna find the snack bag first...they were snack size and meant to be eaten dried...lol. the were sprouted lentils. i had bought one with sea salt and the other coated in sugar/cinnamon. both 100 cal packs.

exercise: full weights, some cardio.

calories: amazingly 2300 or so.

overeall good. still bad attitude at work though.

i've def gained a few lbs, all due to overeating in the previous weeks. i know what to do, will start doing that this moment.  i guess i'm really anxious about moving, to the point where it's making me tired just thinking about it! i know i am being a big baby, but life changes like this also have me all twisted up. several years ago, i needed to pack for a 10 day trip to Israel and had a breakdown doing just that. sometimes, major change from routine gets me wound up truthfully. i need to work on this, because otherwise i'm going to have many problems these next two months. most importantly, i do need to focus more on my weight, which has drifted up. 

the goal?? well, not so much the number, just that i want it to go downward. in the back of my head, my long-term goal is weigh around 115, not really any lower. i will try. first i need to get back into the lower 120's.

breakfast: salmon 300 on 1/2 pita 100, 1/4 avocado100, milk: 100 600

snack: bar, no coffee 200

lunch:

2150 cals, success. 25 min hard stairmaster, and 10 min light bike. also 15 min at lunch of walking. decent. leg still hurts, gonna do weights tomorrow no matter what :-)

eating today was hard because i was very hungry, especially around 4:30pm. sugar was out of whack after last night. tomorrow will be so much easier!

Relax, take a deep breath and take care of one thing at a time. I am just like you, stressing about so much on my head. Get busy or go outside, it usually helps to distract the worrying mind of mine.

Ahh..you're moving too? Me too. I'm supposed to be out of my apt by May 1st? How about you? I too get stressed out just thinking about it. I know it's two months away but I feel relief just by starting to collect boxes, starting to throw things away, etc. It eases my stress levels a bit and also takes my mind off of the wondering and worrying of, "Gee, where am I going to be living? Will this all work out??" And, keeps me away from food!!
