reading the study book for stocks, trying to fix my acne issues lol it's gotten worse than usual, will use stepper and bike today for short periods like 20 min each, will watch an open house on zoom at noon - a nice big house!, it's a rainy day here and I'm content staying home. Will perhaps cook a meal of either pork loin or chicken, maybe, or just eggs / tuna can work too!

went to get gas, drop off muffins I was selling on Facebook (individual servings) keto brand I didn't like, and supermarket for a few items like yogurt, pineapple cottage cheese, couple frozen foods, almond milk, chips and crackers, small container tomatoes, one pepper for guinea pigs... not too much since I still have meat in the freezer and still have a bit of veggies....some seltzer I bought too.
1:15pm lunch kombucha 50, small bit of avocado 100, small piece chicken 100, leftover Indian curry carrot mix 150, 2 servings light corn chips 260, 660. Good.
4:15pm-5pmsnacks leftover kombucha 50, leftover strawberries 50, seltzer . 100. While doing weights ....chocolates 100, later 100

fun day today! going with ricky to test drive a nice looking 2010 mustang convertible (rickys car is a 2001 mustang convertible!) so this would be an upgrade. So far, I'm the only one really interested so I don't see him buying it - only test driving and picking on the owner about the defects of the car lol! Bc that's what Ricky usually does - I won't say too much but be kind to the guy showing us the car but I thought it'd be good for ricky to test drive. He's been talking about mustangs and cars a lot lately lol.
then we will go walking and maybe come back home to watch a movie in the afternoon bc why not !
no strength exercise planned - I'll do weights tomorrow. if I have time tonight I'll continue with the stock book.
Accidentally bought jelly beans with maltitol in them so had bad gas all night lol. I usually don't buy anything with maltitol, but forgot to check the package.

The blue apron salmon meal was excellent - I used all the spicy sauce and in hindsight I’d have used a little less on the salmon . The quality of the salmon was excellent !
