what a day, it was alright. but i've been moody bc i haven't been sleeping enough...

anyways...

 

breakfast: (plus earlier calories) oatmeal, yogurt, protein/fiber bar: 550.

calories before working out: 1550

calories after working out: 500.

total: 2050 = good day, especially bc of waking up in the middle of the night.

calorie savings: a nice 200 cal saved = better than eating too much! yup.

exercise; mostly jogging, some walking, 4 miles. pushups, bicep curls.

1am: Can't sleep at all, hungry. big banana and tea. 150. I chose a banana because it is good for my "loose" digestive problems. it binds everything together which is what i need at work...

seriously up all night, now it's 3:30am. cannot sleep at ALL! not a good week for me. my parents are away and i was supposed to catch up on sleep. instead, i have an a$$ of a boss who is making me work extra because they are away. not happy at all. my skin was beginning to clear up...hopefully it will still, despite a major lack of sleep.

my weight: with wet hair, 126 lbs. as you can see, i have maintained my weight these past few months at about a calorie average of 2200-2250 per day. that's very high, thankfully, that i can eat so much and not gain. however, it is hard wark - finding the time for weights and cardio. so, now, it's some "crunch time." i've got a vacation yay yay planned in April. March is not gonna be easy...as i'll pretty much be working straight 6 days per week...but i want to lose about 5 lbs by vacation. i'd like to weigh 120, maybe in the teens, but that is pushing it! :-) i am going to try as hard as i possibly can.....but not too hard, because then it backfires. even weighting in the lower 120's will be fine...why push it!? :-) trying not to worry & be happy...

It sounds like you need to set some boundaries with your boss or he will continue to take advantage of you. No job is worth sacrificing your health and well being. I got mono while working too much in high school and then pneumonia at my first job after college (crazy hours there). You have to say no and set limits, too many bosses will keep pushing you without any regard for you.

(3450)....yay, just under a pound of calories to get rid of....doing better :-)

it's been a rough week. highlight: tonight, on the phone, i planned a visit to one of my guy friends in Toronto. I'll be seeing him our July 4th weekend! can't wait!  :-) 

calories: 1750 cal.

savings: 500 cal :-)

exercise: hour of nice cardio, with some pushups, bicep curls added into the mix for motivation.

basically, my boss knows my parents are away bc i'm really stupid and told my coworkers they were away. you know what that means!? my boss is taking advantage of their being away, by making me work MORE. YEAH. i had that goal, you know, to get sleep this week, to exercise, to get to bed early. well, it's difficult when i need to be AT WORK at 7...leave the house around 6:15am. sucks. NEVER again. I should have known to keep my private info PRIVATE.

it all started off SUNDAY AFTERNOON, my boss texted me to come an hour early, at 7am, on MONDAY morning.  life really sucks right now. i'm lucky i got some sleep.

and yesterday i was supposed to be at work at 7am, but slept through my alarm and got to work at the normal time, 8. worked till 5:30pm. apparently it wasn't enough....................!

breakfast: eggs 200, wheat pita 200, yogurt 100: 550.

snack: bar w. protein.

lunch: microwave meal, bread.

pff, you must not talk about your life at work. They take advantage of everything... It's very dangerous. For example my colleague was sent to a remote office because she started seeing an other colleague and they suddenly started to do less extra hours, as they were leaving together, and the boss said he has been losing two good workers (he failed to see that the contract talks about 8 hours a day, and they were doing this part of course), and separated them like this... Then they broke up but my colleague is still in exile. Doesn't make sense, we're all here, the whole team, and she, some miles away stuck in a windowless office with strangers.

slept through my alarm...actually forgot to set it. thank god. i was supposed to be out work really early, but glad i slept in. thank god. :-) really just going on time, not an hour late.

breakfast: bar 200, protein shake 100. 300.

snack: banana 100

lunch: 650

dinner: 550

snack: 300....a bit much, oh well!

1900, alright. wish it were a 'lil less though!

calories saved: 300 or so (i'm being generous with myself!)

exercise: 3 mi walk.

(4250) calories need to be reduced bc of weekend small binge.

HIGH, PLEASE NOT TOO HIGH!, fiber breakfast: bran cereal w. sunflower milk, high fiber chocolate protein bar, diet cranberry juice: 400 :-)

Snack: protein bar? maybe a banana instead.

lunch: 2 eggs, pita, soup: 450.

total by end of work: 1150

snack: strawberries, yellow pepper, cherry tomatoes...1350....

dinner: pita bread, protein bar. 400.

1750, perfect calories.

exercise: 50 min. good enough right now. just wanna read a book and go to bed. tough with a sucky schedule. wow.

trying to go to bed early. last night was OK. in bed around 10:30, but up at 4:45am.

very tired day and my boss asked me to come tomrorrow at 7am as well....NOT HAPPY about that!

I hate those early mornings. I work mostly mornings which start at 6 am. I like the shifts that start at 9 am.

calories before dinner: 1400 :-)

big dinner, spread out a little though, soy chips 140, two pita breads 300, korean kimchi from the supermarket 50?, fried tofu 260, yellow pepper 30. around 800.

total: 2200 or so. good.

exercise: 4 mi run/walk....and a sucky, sucky weight routine. maybe 30-45 min or so.

snack: soy chips and coconut water 220

snack: protein bar 200

early big dinner: 800

2220.+ dessert = 2700

snack: 400

total 3100, alright.

600 cal burned yay. :-)

weights and slow walking.

long day worked 7am-6:30pm.

mainly, calories were low bc i have my period, i wasn't very hungry, but moreso because i was doing an assignment for my boss and i couldn't take lunch till after 1:30pm. as well, i didn't have a snack all the way from breakfast at 6am until lunch. horrible, but i lost my appetite (abnormal) because of my period (still usually not normal for me). just tea in the AM. wow. good to know it's the weekend.

yay it's already thursday.

nice breakfast: eggs 200, sauteed store bought eggplant in a tomato sauce good! 100, fruit 50, bran crackers 50, yogurt 100: 500 and healthy.

snack: protein bar? maybe nuts...let me think about it....trying to start eating better.

lunch: not great, not terrible, microwave meal, diet snapple, chips: 

1750 cal and a ****Kin horrible fight with my parents.

2:50am up and hungry: protein bar 150 (i hardly had any protein for dinner &this is why i work up!)

big, healthy breakfast: starfruit & apple cinnamon soy chips 200, oatmeal with rice milk 200, yogurt 100: 500.

snack: protein bar 150

lunch: grilled chicken salad, chips, tomato juice

having a bad week, moodwise.

calories: around 2250. not great, not terrible.

exercise: weights and cardio for 45 min.

exhausted, not enough time to sleep.
