The blue apron salmon meal was excellent - I used all the spicy sauce and in hindsight I’d have used a little less on the salmon . The quality of the salmon was excellent !

had a very nice 1.5hr phone conversation with French friend in Paris :) was nice bc we only speak every week or 2 so we always have lots to catch up on ! I sat on the stationary bike and slow pedaled for most of the conversation!

I signed up for a free 15 min short walking tour online of The Ramble section on Central Park at 12:30pm - didn't do it oh well. - NOPE
and also signed up for a wine happy hour presentation- free - that I might skip since I might be cooking dinner at the time of 4:30-5pm! - not going to do it, probably not --NOPE
I will also spend some time looking at the free classes again online though I am not too interested at all in them.

I downloaded a book with audio for kindle - stock market trading for dummies :) and this is my reading material going forward and today of course :) cost around I think $25 with everything audible and kindle. Worth it, I know already.
I am stopping with the textbook for project management. I feel I got enough out of it for now. And current focus is on stock trading and legal vocab words
Signed up online for 3 Friday's of hour long chair yoga from 4:30-5:30 for the rest of this month of May :-) each session is $10 and it's through a local park organization. Found it on Facebook events. Also signed up for a few more watch only free Facebook events (not exercise related) to break up the monotony and the next two weeks !

Yes, I want to invest but want to at least do further reading of this book at least before I step into the market !!!!! If I knew something now, I’d prob already be investing at this very moment on the downside of things !!!!! Any tips ?
I hope you enjoy chair yoga! The lady who offers chair yoga at the library is having a Zoom class this month. It's interesting to see each teacher's approach. The library teacher focuses on posture and functional movement. The veteran's teacher focuses on stress relief. The yoga studio seems to focus more on range of motion. Anyway, I hope you have a good class!
One last note, 2 weeks ago? Associate Attorney had KFC for lunch. The conference room smelled like fried chicken all afternoon! YUM

I got a new, totally free, trial from blue apron food delivery last night that I will cook possibly tonight one of the meals :)
starting the day off with cereal, shower, and reading about stock trading. I need an oil change and also to ship a package back to amazon, but, I figure it's best I do the reading about stocks now that I am relaxed and with no other priorities like weight lifting or exercise now. I have my guinea pig on my lap and I'm ready to read a bit today about stock trading :-)
Edit - got the oil change and shipped my package back in the afternoon between 3-5pm got it done :)
went walking a mile during oil change and went with ricky but we went for cover in his garage bc it started to rain and is cold - now waiting to contine our walk :-)

Went walking with ricky and to the garden store - bought cilantro and a strawberry plant :) hoping to feed guiniea pigs with leaves from both !

Yesterday was a rest day - no exercise. And I didn't end up watching stock videos or reading anything - so I'll make up for that today....I get anxiety (that makes me hungry lol) just thinking about looking into stocks - that I must do bc I want to !!!! :-) I promise myself I'll begin.....

It takes away any pressure of expectations - expectations of either learning the material, potential disappointment or feelings of being overwhelmed.
I say, pour yourself a glass of wine, and sit back and watch a video or 2 and see what you think. Imagine yourself at a hotel convention center, walking around to pass time, and then popping into this room where they're talking about stocks, just for the fun of it -- which is more fun with a glass of wine in hand!

Today is upper body strength day - which includes pushups and crunches - I may get these exercises out of the way before 1pm, not sure, but looks like a good idea to finish them up now that I think about it so I don't have to do them after a walk when I'd rather read / relax later

today Will be a most beautiful, lovely weather day around 60F and sunny. I am going out early with Ricky to walk and perhaps we will also walk later tonight again - just around the community for these walks today.
So yesterday I cleaned the bathroom shower area which is awesome! I never did read anything on stock trading although I did find something and saved it. I am soooo uneager, but at the same time it's exactly what I want to do / study. I still have time..
I have started studying the new legal terms but still taking a break from a new chapter of the textbook - but will begin either today / tomorrow and will prob continue with textbook on the weekend since I didn't get into it This week.

therapist mentioned she heard about free Harvard online classes of which I admit I am NOT interested in.

I think an online class might be a bit too much. I guess it would depend on the class? I'd much rather watch TED talks on YouTube.
You seem to be doing well with what you have to read and study already. It's a nice mix: vocab, fiction, textbook. Oh, and then stocks.
Rather than learning about stocks, how about a book on retirement planning? Many of those books are friendlier and easier to read, in my opinion.
Like the Harvard class, it's just a thought. :-)

Weights were yesterday and I don't see myself completing another lower leg workout today...actually, yes I will during people's court followed by bike!.
i will use the bike for sure and possibly a little light stepping though I'm not sure on the stepper....
ordered a cotton quilt for my bed for spring / summer on amazon and tried for the most inexpensive but still cotton. Got a used like new one to save an additional small amount!

Jackfruit...I need to look that up!! Never seen anything like that around here...the midwest can be so ordinary sometimes...LOL
This jackfruit is both dried and slightly sweetened. Bought on Amazon several months ago and I forgot to check If there was added sugars (yes). But it’s obviously tasty or I wouldn’t have eaten it :)
