Weight was 122 this AM     Also becuase I had a very light evening meal, but I'll take it!

Breakfast: fiber one and almond milk and a healthier type bar: 450.

snacks: protein bar, healthier variety, and iced decaf: 300.

1pm lunch: very healthy: pita with tofu and avocado & salad: 450...and dessert: greek yogurt with an olive tapanade type preserve that i mixed in and 1/2 another pita: 250 more...very good. 700 total, nice, because it's healthy and satisfying.

maybe around 2200-2300. good.

exercise: some walking. some jogging later in the evening. nothing major. quite a bit of driving though. all in all, a very nice, relaxed, eventful day.

Progress as of today: 3 lbs lost so far, only 2 lbs to go!

2am hungry so i had a snack: lemon greek yogurt: 140.

breakfast: oatmeal, some greens powder, almond milk: 230, bar 190: 420, good.

snack: my fave fucoprotein bar (only bars that have ever, ever sustained me - ever!) 210

lunch: a hearty chicken chili soup and some kinda bread/crackers/chips/potato...

snack: pickled cauliflower, peppers, chips?

dinner/snack:

BED!!!!!!!

total today: 2360, good.

exercise: 4 mi jog and some leg weight workouts.

Pickled cauliflower? Sounds yummy, what brand is it? Does it have a similar taste to the ones that are in giardinara? Anyhoo I am so happy that you get to sleep in the next few days.. Have a wonderful weekend HOP :)

nice, long day at work but really, it did go FAST! i was busy and if felt productive...

worked 7am-6pm! whoa.

calories before after work: 1450.

calories with snacks and gym shakes and after workout protein bar: 700.

total: perfecto - 2150. nice.

exercise: also perfecto for my energy....full upper body weights routine and some abs, leisurely stroll outside after gym for cardio.  ohhh...and i now lift 17.5 lb dumbells!!! i can't believe i used to lift only 7.5! freakin amazing!  and as for the bar, which i sometimes do curls with, it's 40 lbs now!!! i used to lift the 15's and 30 lb bar!  i can't even wait to get into the 20 lb weights...should be a month or two.

home at 9pm

I vow to be a better person today, this month, next month, and the following days, months, years.  I am moving past everything, especially last month!, and vow to continue to achieve all of my goals.  First, my weight goal... I need to write it here, that I gained five months in about 4 weeks. I've had a very bad month of binging each weekend, but I am completely over it.  I vow to do much, much, better :-) and I vow to stop binging. FOREVER.

successful day. very hungry day. lots of spikes in blood sugar while at work, believe me, i could feel it.

2200 cal. good. worked till 6:15pm...home at 7pm. exercised from around 7:15-8:30.

exercise: hour jog and 3 leg weight exercises about 4 reps each at the gym. success.

1150 = great.....BIG BINGE ON Crackers, PRETZELS 1100, then ice cream 800 cal, then tons more cookies 1000 at least ...not sure but too much...bad day, again.

exercise: early morning bootcamp but now just gonna relax at home...
