Happy Wednesday, tonight, the goal is to make it to the pool for a quick swim after physical therapy which ends around 7. it will be late till I get home, but I am going to try so hard to fit the exercise in...ahhh, even thinking about going to the pool is stressing me out. who am I kidding, sleep is much more important these days. therefore, no exercise tonight.

Happy Tuesday. So far I'm making it through this week pretty well, getting a decent amount of sleep. :-D

my goal is to lose around 10 lbs in around 3-4 months. it's hard to think about for too long, bc it is easy to get nervous about it..since 3-4 months is a long period of time! LOL and if it takes longer, so be it, but still i'd rather not think about it :-)

This may be TMI, sorry, but my urine once again was majorly dark this AM. I had a lot of carbs/sugar at dinner and I have realized for a long time, that when i do this, my whole body takes a major beating so to speak. You can tell my organs must be working really hard to process everything.

exercise: i plan to do weights (upper body) at the gym. weirdly, my legs are still sore,from swimming, Saturday.
the plan is for me to get in the best shape (looking) of my life by September, my 31st bday. enough of this bullsh1t! i did so well for my 30th...and was in good shape last September. but i destroyed myself this fall/winter by injuring my legs. legs-wise i may not be able to do very much by then, but i need to drop a few pounds, as they have been accumulating VERY nicely over these few months that I've been eating and not exercising as much.

I'm not sure about the dark urine, other than the water that was suggested above. I know when I take vitamin b complex in the morning I end up with (and again sorry if this is TMI) like neon yellow urine, but I've heard this is normal.
bigger breakfast: small package raspberries 100, 2 tablespoons almond butter 200, 2 fiber one rolls 220, bar 200, some smart balance spread 20, very small amount of fiber one and almond milk 80: 820, fine. it's expected for my body to be in sorta a "craving mode" after what I had last night - sugar free jello and some almonds. whenever I have too much sugar free I do get a craving for more carbs, more food, more fat.
ugh god. I always do worse on holidays/days when I have get togethers....anyways, 10am snack: 500 cal. a medium banana and a lot of almond butter.
1pm large lunch: big chicken drumstick & okra in tomato sauce all from boss 350?, chips,too many servings, 450, strawberries 50, granola bar 150....my body/mind is nuts...1000 cal right here.
2320...planning on 3000 cal today...after all, going to a bbq for father's day dinner....and I may skip the pool, body is tired & I should listen...I will not buy new pants, but instead will be watching calories, closer, these next few weeks/months. I have a very hard time with overeating sometimes, especially with this lack of exercise...

I was thinking to go to bed around 10pm. Friend called and I didn't wanna "hang up on her" so I was very patient (she needed to talk to me about a guy...), on the phone for an HOUR AND A HALF until midnight. Then, I just woke up at 4:30am...not sleeping well.

lunch: I kinda just want a turkey wrap with mustard...will see if anyone wants to order when at work today...I've had too many veggies and have had the worst gas problems since like Wednesday...where I can't move hardly at all after lunch at work, it's bad.

dinner: LOTS of sautéed spinach, veggies 400? maybe more, but I refuse to thimk about it :-)

took the day off as a sick day as I need to go for mri's of both my lower legs, then to see the orthopedist, and then physical therapy. followed by coming back to my apartment which is going to get power washed / hand cleaned on the terrace to rid it of all the evil the pigeons have left behind! followed by putting up protection against further pigeon attacks! :-) dad will be helping as he works very close by. he will actually be here in the afternoon, while I am at these appointments. if it were to be done on the weekend, I would be here the whole time, but it seems there is too much to do for me on the weekdays, so I am glad my dad can help out. luckily, I am paying for someone else to do the cleaning, not my father, I didn't want it to be a struggle.

sorry not to update on the guy thing last night! and now time is ticking... but let me say, it was a different guy from all the other times. no regrets, ever, as that was my decision!

He IS the assistant at the physical therapy place I have been going to, who gives good massages. Actually, he gave me his card and came over. We just talked and chilled for about an hour, then he started the massage, and did the entire thing (but felt it felt "fast", not rushed, just his technique....must be bc he had other things on his mind!...things still including me...). so it was a decent massage, but he did things, subtly, to turn me on, so to speak. like, when I was face up, he tickled ever so lightly my arms with his nails, which feels good...and went closer to my chest, until he was there...and so on...going lower until he was you-know-where.
I still have to see him, when I go to physical therapy. but I just hope he will not tell anyone at that office, as I will be embarrassed. but even if they find out, that is the chance I took. I am actually NOT attracted to him. he has a nice body & face, but not attractive in what I seek. he has slightly darker skin, dark complexion, middle-eastern look, and I don't usually look into guys like that. but he was nice...and this was different. but, I must say, the sex and everything else did not feel like much or mean very much bc I am not attracted to him. I wouldn't even want to date him. it was an experience itself & I NEVER regret choices that I deliberately make.
