breakfast: tons of fruit, oatmeal w. protein shake: 550.

lunch: 400.

snack: 50.

dinner: around 500 i think. dessert: hopefully no more than 700..

after everything, hopefully around 2200. had a lot of dessert.it's ok though, i ate until satisfied.

late night snack: apple huge 150

total: 2350. fine.

exercise: 3 hrs yoga, 3 mi walk.

Progress as of today: 7 lbs lost so far, only 4 lbs to go!

I am pleased to report that I hit my goal this morning: 128 pounds.

Next goal: more challenging, 125 lbs. (i am short, not even 5'2".  This is a very realistic goal.)

I expect it to take more than a couple weeks to reach 125.  I am reminding myself right now that these types of goals take time and that I should not relapse into a binge because i'm either tired or frustrated.

I am doing very nicely. :-D

breakfast at home: fruits, tea, caramel flavored water with stevia: 120.

second breakfast: egg white on toast with tomato....later a protein shake 500.

lunch: same as breakfast, no protein shake, plums chips: 500.

snacking: plums 100, protein drink 160,  2 munchkins 80, coffee 50: around 400.

late dinner: squash soufflee 300, tomato 40, many chips (fat free type) 220: 560.

total: 2080...oh wow. a bit high, but totally normal.

exercise: 45 min cardio, 45 min weights, pushups.

I want to go to yoga tonight but I think weightlifting would be a better option. tomorrow, i plan on two classes of yoga for a total of 3 hours of hot yoga. Sunday I will take a morning yoga class.  Monday I will take at least one class. (Saturday I may not take if i have to see my Grandma, we'll see.)

Progress as of today: 7 lbs lost so far, only 4 lbs to go!

again, a low cal day.

breakfast: fruit and small egg sandwich with tomato: 300.

snack: protein drink 200. other stuff: 50 a candy.

lunch: tasty chips and another egg white sandwich definitely small and light sandwich with tomato, fruit 550.

dinner: plum 50, sandwich (fried chicken on bun) total 450.

snack: orange pepper 50, orange 100.

total: 1650 pretty perfect if you ask me.

exercise: many pushups (probably 200 in all today) and cardio on the elliptical for about 35 min.  i am ashamed that i don't do more cardio but i don't have so much time lately. i started work at 7am and left at 6:30pm. i had dinner in my car, actually got home around 8 and went to the gym after changing and then got home around 9pm. so i really don't want to do much more - not today - no time in my opinion.

Progress as of today: 6 lbs lost so far, only 1 lbs to go!

weight goal: november to be in the mid to high 120's. :-D...

 

i know my weight is getting lower again, i can feel it.

didn't eat much until lunchtime.

Morning calories: only 300. granola bar, some nuts, candies. (5:45am until 1pm)

lunch: 500. light egg sandwich, smallest bag of fritos, coffee, tea.

dinner: 450 another small egg sandwich, apple, monster sugar free drink.

snack: finally, some healthy things: big orange pepper 50,  tomato 40, on the larger side - orange 100: around 200.

total: 1450 - perfecto. i just need to get to sleep soon or i'll never get through the day tomorrow. it's an early one!

exercise: not much cardio, biking to the gym and bike (less than 1/2 hr) and hour of weights, pushups.

Progress as of today: 6 lbs lost so far, only 1 lbs to go!

weight - 131-132 but i am still bloated and PMSing...it will probably drop off soon.

breakfast: large apple 140, hot wheat cereal and milk 200: 340.

weirdest day. i should type about it...but i have got to go to bed NOW. i am overly exhausted, didn't sleep well last night and today was VERY busy.

exercise: NONE. sucks!

calories: 1200...good but i don't really aim to eat this low bc it has a tendency to backfire on me. i tend to binge when i eat too low. but i don't have an appetite and i'm tired. which is good.

goodnight ladies, thanks for your warm comments.  i send you all hugs and love.

aside from the weird day, i worked two hours overtime till 6:30, drove to therapy and 7:30, got home at 9 and now i'm gonna be asleep soon. tomorrow i start work at 7am.. gah!

weighed around 131-132 today. grrr.  my weight chart looks so cool though with the weight slowly decreasing each month! seeing is believing, i've got to continue this....!

6am: fruit: 120.

later breakfast: egg white and tomato on wheat toast

snack: almonds

lunch: same as breakfast, fruit, chips:

total till after work 1200

dinner: toasted bagel with cheese and an egg: 500. and coffee 50.

after exercising: 2 small plums 60, one large plum 60

total: 1870 = pretty good!

exercise: not much, but 3 sets of pushups of 30-35 per set and some cardio on the elliptical.

i had work, overtime two hours, and then had to go to a shiva call (jewish version of a wake) for someone who had passed away. found out today at work. glad that i went though. i went to the gym when i got home at 9pm and returned home around 10pm. late!

weight this AM: 131.

 

7:30 breakfast: 400. fruit, hot wheat cereal w. milk. and greek yogurt with apple butter and cinnamon. 120 more.

10am snacking: big plum 60, 3 bags of 100 cal natural veggie chips (still a potato chip with no fiber lol) 300: 360.

12:00 healthy and TASTY lunch: a couple meatballs and roasted veggies! 300. leftovers that my mom had cooked recently. happy to eat something homecooked...i should really cook later for work this week. i will probably cook tonight.

2:00 snack/more lunch: seaweed snacks 120, salad 30, three more meatballs 150: 300.

3:30: fruit: 100

6:30 dinner: subway sandwich and chips: around 600.

total: 2200 or so. good day.

exercise: weights for an hour, walk for 40 min.

unfortunately...i do not weigh 129...more like lower 130's....but i will get back there. and when i get to 128, i will record that as my new weight. not willing to record anything above 129 right now bc i just wanna see that weight chart go downwards!

 

fast breakfast before hot bikram yoga at 7:30am this morn! :-D 150 cal BIGGEST banana ever lol...for all you ladies who love to read my banana calorie counts hahaha...

 

HUMUNGOUS lunch after, yum,: 1/2 pound, seriously, nova lox around 300 cal, bran 50, chips 150, milk 80, grilled veggies 30, cucumber salad 40 (not a lot)...ok, that's it! haha. 650 = wow, good job this time, better than in the 900's after yoga. I planned well this time.

total so far: 800...i will be having a big dinner also, chipotle....going to see the hot manager (who is probably like only 21 years old if that lol....he looks so YOUNG!)

after snacking: 950.

after dinner: 1500.

after late night snacking of too many chips 500, fruit and veggies also 250 more: 

total: 2250. not that hot considering not much exercise.

VERY, VERY light (not much fiber and no protein or fat) breakfast of only fruit, got up late, and need to do lots of twisting with yoga: HUGE banana and a plum: I hope i don't have a sugar problem during yoga! 160 cal.

Perfectly HUGE lunch: chips and fruit: 230, butternut squash soufflee 300, microwave butternut squash meal haha 300, pretzels 120: 950 super, not a binge.

total so far: 1110, good!

yoga this AM was great! I was sore from yesterday, but it felt great during the class - I was surprised how easy it was for me, actually, on the second day back. tonight i will probably take just one more class - not two, we'll see...

snack: plum 60

dinner: pretzels and plums: 250, more butternut squash soufflee 300: 550.

total: 1720. success.

exercise: one hour biking, slow but nice one hour walk, 3 hours of hot yoga. success.

7am - banana. 110, fiber one and milk, greek yogurt w. two chocolate truffles slightly warmed and mixed in! 550 total yum including banana.

lunch: 3 sorta big plums 150, 910 calories at lunch, very large after 30 min bike ride and hot yoga.

today is kinda a forget and forgive type of eating day. i have a holiday dinner tonight, not a good day to place limits.

total cal so far: arleady 1460. totally ok. i will indulge a bit today for sure.

I'm gonna be good to myself: no binging at diner. I did enjoy a rainbow cookie, shortbread cookie, and one other cookie for dessert. all in all, very fair and the actual dinner was healthy to boot. I had briscuit (meat) with some roasted potatoes, carrots, and green beans.

I will be kind to my mind!...by saying i had 2200 calories today. NOT a binge, healthy day. wonderful. I feel good.

^^LOL@Kat, dirty Umpqua! I actually entered a medium banana into Myfitnesspal this morning and it came out at 110, which seemed high to me. Oh well.
