Breakfast: 2 cups green drink 150 total??, 2 slices small wheat bread with 2 small eggs 250, 1/2 avocado 160, greek yogurt with chocolate stevia 100: 660, good.
snack: coffee / bar 300 at most.

lunch: spinach, chicken, pita bread and maybe chips if still hungry.
full upper body weights & a little leg exercies.
around 2100-2200 cal.

hey all. happy wednesday. I went to physical therapy (just electric stimulation to the muscle, not actual exercise) and then had a healthy dinner at my apt. i started to drive to the gym but made a wrong turn and got lost. it was close to 8:30, which it is now & I decided it would be best to go to bed early & get some much needed rest. tomorrow is a new day & I will swim.
calories around 2100. no exercise except for some situps/abs
i definitely got some fruits and veggies in. good fats including avocado, olive oil, and even almonds. good carbs. good proteins including eggs, egg whites, chicken. only one protein bar. one cup coffee. even a plain greek yogurt.

I felt so much better this morning compared to yesterday. Even more, I felt great after the weight routine I did at the gym yesterday. Today's plan is to NOT be lazy, do some leg work (just upper as I cannot do much else) at lunch & swim in the evening, stopping by my apartment first to see if the goggles arrived...I ordered them with quick shipping as it's impossible to swim laps for long periods of time without them. My first two pairs were dollar store goggles and broke after 1 or 2 uses!

well, i am still concerned with my legs, they aren't feeling too well yet at all. even a little walking tends to bother them after 10-15 min.
workout: 30 minutes in pool. can't wait till i can swim the freestyle stroke well! mostly breastroke.

woke up feeling very drunk, even though i didn't even have a sip of alcohol....off to work :-/ (I KNOW WHY - I WAS SOMEHOW VERY DEHYDRATED...I HAD FOOD BUT NOT MUCH WATER LAST NIGHT, NOW THAT I REMEMBER...BC I WAS FEELING SO BLOATED AT DINNER...)

total: around 2000 = PERFECT. THERE IS NOT SUCH A THING AS DRASTIC DIETING OR REDUCING CALORIES, IT WILL NEVER WORK FOR ME. SO I AM JUST TRYING TO MAKE IT, BY EATING AS MUCH AS I CAN WITHOUT GAINING MORE WEIGHT. IT'S WORKING, A LIL, I GAINED WEIGHT ALREADY BC I WAS EATING IN FULL EXCESS, SO NOW I'M TRYING TO BE A LITTLE MORE MODERATE, BUT NOT SO MUCH THAT I FEEL DEPRIVED. I WILL FAIL IF I DO THAT!

oh, i plan to do upper body weights today at the gym....anything to get out of swimming!!!....and tomorrow i'm getting out of swimming too..well...maybe...i may decide on doing only leg weights after work, and a very litttle bit, just some thigh work, maybe...

7am breakfast: almost 2 cups of fiber one & almond milk, chocolate brownie Quest protein bar, and the entire lb carton of strawberries (only 150 calories for a pound of strawberries, yay....) (at least it was only $1 on sale yesterday!): only 550, good!
11am snack & lunch: protein bar south beach 130 and a fresca...trying to get in the mood to go swimming before lunch for a half hour...not working....tofu 100, sauteed veggies 250, wrap 80, banana 130: around 700, good.
total so far: good - 1250...ok...and some cooked chicken!! bad...1350 hopefully not more!
will swim at pool, even for 20 min i can do it!.....so damn tired, just wanna do NOTHING at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

exercise: upper body weights routine, abs, and pushups! :-D So happy to continue with some of my routine....and nice to NOT go to the pool (I don't love it but I am content that I will use swimming as primary form of cardio for the rest of my life because of the multitude of benefits it provides.)..maybe I will like it more more after some swimming lessons in which start in May!)

3pm late good lunch: tofu and sauteed veggies, salad too, and some of a wrap: 450 or so....and so healthy! thank g-d...i must eat better (at least try for 2 meals a day of "health". really, i only condsider my lunch the healthy meal of the day in general at work. breakfast usually is not fully balanced and dinner is many times non existant and only exists in terms of bars/shakes/etc. i know it's bad, convenience is something i always reach to despite the lack of health and natural nutrtition that bars and shakes will NEVER provide (unless it's a veggie shake made with the magic bullet!)

dinner with best friend: will be primarily healthy, wherever we go!
total calories: maybe as high as 2500. big ass dinner with a lot of oil involved in the veggies that were sauteed. otherwise, i had grilled chicken and some italian bread. lots of oil... i am hoping that calories are more around 2200, of course!!
maybe bed early. tomorrow is nice...need to finish food shopping - but maybe i'll do that tonight....and i will go to the pool tomorrow. Then, gonna go out with a guy i know - for dinner around my new area....and come back here. we'll see what happens after that, we have dated before and have a...sexual...history. we get along real well, i like a lot about him, not sure if we could be a pair marriage-wise, but it's nice to go out with him on occasion & always have a nice time.
I am thinking we will even go to the liquor store to pick up something for after dinner, come back here & watch a DVD....forgive me, ladies, but this is what I like....I am not extravagant or fancy...and i would rather cut to the chase....and like I said, we've dated before. it's just not steady, partly bc of me, i have cancelled a multitude of times or rather just told him i wasn't available. he has a MUCH EASIER schedule than me, no overtime, works close to home, off some weekdays. so, in the past, i didn't make the effort to fit my schedule flexibly with his....maybe things can change for a lil bit...

today was better. at lunch, i did some abs. after work, i forced myself to the gym for weights. after weights, i drove to join a nearby pool for 6 months. i did it all, got home around 8pm & feel so much better having not come home to eat and sit around!!!
