really healthy things...aside from the black coffee, massive banana (like two servings), and salted/bbq sunflower seeds with their shells...yes, i eat all of the sunflower seed including the shell - GREAT fiber!
anyways, i had a big snack after my walk. the snack was a zone bar, 200, greek yogurt 100, and a smallish orange 50. so, 350.
total cal: not horrible, 2350.
exercise: easy hour walk.
no crazy exercise today and tomorrow as i got my hair done and i cannot really sweat...it needs to stay dry :-)

got my hair brazillian straightened this afternoon, so i cannot sweat till Wednesday night after i wash it when i get home from work lol. sweating/moisture ruins the process, so very light walking for the next few days. that's why i exercised VERY hard this AM with weights and stairclimber!
also, i am a little bit weak lately, i can only do 40-50 pushups per set - no more 70! i need some more rest and then i will get back into it. Wednesday night I hope for a major exercise routine that night....hopefully i will not have to be at work till 8am the next day! lol....we'll see. i have to deal with what i'm dealt, i know that! i am lucky for having this this job.

lately my weight is around 126. decent.
(1900) even though i prob didn't burn 2250, i'm going ahead and lowering the calories i need to burn by 50 lol. i feel good, didn't binge at all, and i am happy!

worked two jobs today. office job from 8-12:30 and left early. then, came home and actually had the time to nap for 20 min and woke up thinking it was the morning! lol i was soooo out of it and exhausted that the nap was perfect! then, went to the other job from 3:30 till 9. then, gym from 9:30 or so till 10:30. home by 10:45pm. tomorrow i will also work (paid job but i volunteered for it - just this month on all Saturdays) from around 8:30-4.

VERY depressed right now. things are challenging with a total lack of sleep. yes they are. nothing you can do when you work 7am-6:30pm with an hour commute each way.
