afternoon binge: crackers 500 ritz 600, pb 300,yogurt 150, pie 200, cookies 350, ice cream 100, candy 250, cookies 250, 350 microwave horrible meal. i am gonna gain so much weight eating this way....i'm so anxious with my tests and to see this guy friday...i'm such a dork!

  3050. just on the binge: total cal today: 4400 cal! whoa. ****. i have GOT TO calm down AND take a walk!

dinner: bit overboard on crackers but they were tasty (pretzels and ritz) 7*80 (560), 120, small souflee 200, stir fry 270, milkshake 170: 1320

total: around 2550 which is fine by me!  :-)

exercise: nada. to bed early.  gotta study.  just working on getting through till wednesday...then, wednesday night, my last day of school this week, i'll be at the gym and enjoying it!  lots of weights. tomorrow a walk in the afternoon as i get out an hour early tomorrow. but, wednesday, i may get out really early....and i'll be at the gym for sure!

late breakfast: 300 healthy.

snacks throughout teaching lessons during the day: powerbar 150, large tea with milk 80, yogurt 130 , diet green tea 20: 380

dinner: salad 80, pretzels 100,tofu 200, microwave meal 350, jello 50: 780

total: 1450 or so. nice.

exercise: fantastic: 25 on elliptical, tons and tons of weights, back, abs, pushups. i think i spent almost 2 hours at the gym!

total cal: around 2250. good.

exercise: very good. biking for 30-40 min and a 45 min walk/jog.

Breakfast: nice bowl of fiber one with some pumpkin pie spice added and coffee: 340

snack: orange. 80. :-)

snack: yogurt

lunch: will be a healthy meal made with stirfried spag. squah, tofu, celery...maybe some other veggies too.

snack: a bar of some sort probably.

dinner; out to dinner with two lovely girls!

exercise: cardio day.  will walk and perhaps bike around the community! nice.  so glad i got weights out of the way last night so i can do them again on sunday...then on tuesday and thursday. works out well for me in the upcoming week. i'm glad the gym is open on thursday!

5am breakfast: 750 (cereal, yogurt, tea, 4 tbsp of peanut butter.)

8am snack: 1/2 powerbar

9:45am: other half the powerbar which was 300 cal.

12pm lunch: i would be guessing cal, around 450 from cafeteria healthy with veggies.

2pm 4 candies in class: 200 mini chocolate truffle things.

5pm bar and diet drink: 220

8:30pm dinner: will be a healthy stir fry....tofu, oil, celery, maybe squash also...

total cal today:  around 2250.

exercise: some cardio and weights at the gym....  :-)

got to wake up later again, thankfully. i used the extra sleep well.

breakfast: oatmeal with milk and walnuts, tea: 420.

snack: 130

lunch: 1/2 a wrap, celery, orange 400

snack  bar 100

snack  bar 210, jello 150

tsf 1400

binge: crackers 10.5 servings: 1100 cal here., ice cream 600: 1700.

pizza 900?, cookies 460, ice cream 270: 1630...cookies 300, gummy cand 250, milk 50, candy 150: 750 total here: 2380, or simply 2900.

bed as soon as i study and get everything done. maybe the gym for weights.

going to therapist and may just go straight to sleep when i get home.

up early, 4:30am to get ready and study.

breakfast: oatmeal and milk 210, coffee 40, milkshake 130.: 380.

snack:200

snack: 130

lunch: chips 150, bean salad 150, sandwich 300: 600.

snack: bar 190 mostly carbs

dinner: stir fry of some sort, some jello, maybe a yogurt.

binge around 4pm: jello 60, whole box of wheat thins 960: 1020

total so far: 2520, little more jello. total around 2550.

bed early, hour and 15 min walk today. was nice.

snack:  energy drink, bar 240

early dinner:  stir fry 300, crackers 300, jello 40, yogurt 170: 810

tsf:  2050.

too tired so i overate. yeah, not a great excuse: 5 servings crackers so 600, jello 70.

2080....a bazillian more pretzels:

around 2700 today. fine.

perhaps a walk outside later. maybe not. we'll see. maybe i'll take a walk tomorrow morning....yeah, that sounds good. i have to be at school later, 9:30 intead of 8am!

today.

woke up early bc i had an appointment and then i had to teach 5 lessons at a music store. then, i did important errands, like returns and exchanges at a couple stores. and i finally went to the gym around 5pm till 6pm. GREAT day, i should definitely go to bed early...i am feeling good and happy.

breakfast: 150

snacking: bar and coffee 350

snack: smoothie 250 or so.

dinner: VERY healthy and tasty. around 500.

total 1250.

feels good when i am on track.
