total cal: i think around 1710...and that's just plain fantastic!

gym: 35 min cardio. so glad i got it in today. tomorrow i wake up early to do some early morning cardio. then teach. then a little more gym with weights. then bed early of course.

"...tonight's gonna be a good night..." of relaxation...and maybe all day. we'll see. i'll visit grandma and the gym but as for sticking to my regular times, i'm not.  i'll do what i can and NOT rush. I will NOT speed while driving today. and i'll focus on the little things.

i will get around to diary commenting tonight i hope!

still having headaches and feeling VERY exhausted. never has it lasted this long - since monday.

breakfast: healthy. baked apple with cinnamon 70. bran crackers w. oatmeal and plain greek yogurt. healthy. and it's helping me push all the exccess foods i've eaten in the past week out...lol. around 400 total here! nice.

snack: some coffee drink i had in the house. 100 cal. and water.

snack: apple

tsf: 580...

lunch: i need to go out at get some veggies...i'm gonna try to up my healthy food intake this weekend with far less salts. basically, it means i'm gonna pay the money for expensive precooked foods at this natural food store i love (i know i can cook stuff, too...) and NOT have fast foods this weekend. NO fries, No taco bell.

snack: bar 170

snack: bar 180...later a clementine 60, also some ginger chews 100.

dinner:bran crackers 50, a red pepper40, chopped tomatoes40, tofu200, and FRIES without salt230.total cal: 560 and kombucha. so total around 620 good.

bed early.  watching a movie tonight. probably will comment on your diaries too. :-)

usually I hardly get sick, this year i've been exhausted way too often. and i KNOW its due to my UNhealthy diet!

trying to break out of my 3 day mess-up. doing much better. I DID get to take a 3 mile walk at the park, outside, today! it felt so good. it's the first time i've been outside exercising in MONTHS!

exercise: 3 miles at the park. thankfully. it felt great. i needed this. i think i'll be doing some more outdoor exercise when the weather is alright.

breakfast: large orange 120

snack: bar 230

snack: bar 230

lunch: apple 70, sweet potato: 180    , beans 150  - total 400

snack : apple  70

snack: bar/drink: 250

dinner: large, but much healthier than everything i've been eating: bran crackers: 50, tofu 200, salad 40, cole slaw but a healthy version 150, sauteed veggies probably 250 at most: total: around 700. totally fine for me.

total cal: around 2000 today. GOOD.

feeling MUCH better. i will try to eat much more fiber this weekend as well as less salt. I can tell my body can't handle this binging as well as it used to. especially in this last year, my body gets ill from it. i still look to stop the binging. i will continue to work on this habit.

(i did end up binging...around 6000 calories today.)  no exercise. my body felt like death.

Thursday: 3rd day off from school this week....

breakfast: edamame and fruit: around 400

later breakfast/snack: apple 80, oatmeal w. yellow raisins 300, yogurt 80: 460.

tsf: 860

lunch:230 bar

snack:ice cream 600, microwave eal 430, orange 120, pepper 50  1200.

dinner:

exercise: will probably be weights at gym...although i'm considering taking a walk at the park this afternoon. change of pace. i need some fresh air.

no exercise and binging. probably around 7000 cal.

lunch: leftover chinese and broccoli and mushrooms 600? apple 80, and a little bingy: pretzels 660, yogurt 220: total: 1560...ok....

tsf: 2080...ice cream 1120more...mixed fruit and nuts 750, pizza 1000...orange 130:

tsf: 5100...once per week for the past 3 weeks...not so hot....can't stop this binging...

5pm: brownies 650

tsf: 5750...yucko.

if i can manage, i'm going to the gym to do the ellipitical for around one hour...8:30-9:30 or something like that...and skipping classes tomorrow....

...having a mucho hard time balancing my busy weekends with busy weeks...must not rush as much...must get more rest on the weekend and during the week...

Busy weekends get to me, too. It's hard to keep a good balance sometimes when there are things that must get done. Good luck today ;)

dinner: string beans and almonds 160, microwave meal 350, yogurt and cranberries 130.  yeah. 650 approx.

total cal: 2060 or so.

no exercise...unless i head to the gym now...which i might!  :-)

TSF: 1200.

snacks during teaching: bar and coffee.

snack before gym: bar w. energy drink.

1600....

dinner: taco bell 350, crackers 80, two yogurts 160, cranberries 30, milkshake 150: 770-800 or so.

total cal today: around 2400. ok, considering the type of day it was and the fact i had my first meal at 4am!

bed not too late hopefully.

gotta study tonight...

early 4am: apple 100, milkshake 150, curry noodles and some bran crackers 400.  total: 650. good stuff i tell you.

edit: gym was 45 minutes cardio.  i was BUSY today. running to and fro. and finally, getting home around 11 and going to bed in a very happy and positive frame of mind. good thing. tomorrow i must review my oboe and trombone knowledge before work.

total calories: around 1650. perfect....

goodnight. ended up going to a concert/opera tonight.

1680 cal. great.

snack: probably a bar of some sort.... 200

lunch: probably an apple and some other bar...lol. no whole foods here! no lunch. no choice. glad i had that snack!

snack at 3:30: apple and bar 300

nap? therapy and gym after. i wasn't feeling my best but i also DID NOT feel my worst. glad i went. after 3 days not going, i felt really good there. and i enjoyed it. 15 min cardio but full on weights, back, abs, pushups.

5:30 2nd snack after therapy: monster drink and a very sugary-energizing perfect peanut buttery powerbar! 250

dinner: after the gym, bought a protein bar on the way home and drank the rest of my propel as well. 300 total here.

total cal: 1450. good. and time for bed.

bed early.

no gym.
