no exercise.

tomorrow: gym in AM, teach lessons, stop by to visit grandma in the evening... :-)

7:30 breakfast: 900.

9:30 snack: 440, 120, 200.

11:30 11 chocolates (not sure of calories) 440?

12pm  yogurt and chocolate 260

2360.

crappy tortellini 200

crackers and butter: 500, chocolate 120, jelly beans 80? total here 700.

TSF: 3260...and a yogurt 200.

approx 3500 cal today. would have been worse had i not made a GREAT deal with myself if my email actually worked to send someone the project i did today. and it finally worked, so i said i wouldn't eat anything else today if it worked! LOL.

not caring today.

i've decided i'm getting sick of eating unhealthy. not totally sick, but i am trying to work the veggies back in, slowly. i feel that my lack of energy this past month was due in part to unhealthy eating of high fat foods and low fiber. so, that's my plan - healthier eating. not strictly healthy, though. i am still ready to eat anything i want with nothing off limits.

today is done thank the lord. not kidding. very challenging week. i haven't had acne this bad since....before the summer. ewww. at least it'll have time to improve before my friend's wedding next week.

breakfast: 300  jello, lots of tea and milk and equal, milkshake.

snack: yogurt, tea. 200 or so.

snacking: granola bar 140, celery, diet coke, 1/2 a sweet potato: 300 or so.

snack: marathon bar and some diet coke 150

dinner: spinach and dressing: 80, fried tofu and celery that i cooked 200, microwave dish 350: 630...probably another light milkshake for dessert...love them! so, 780 total here.

total cal: 1730. great....i decided to have a tasty yogurt and fries so 500 more.

TOTAL CAL: 2250 or so. good. AND THEN THE NOT SO GOOD OF DESSERTS...TOO MUCH TO LIST, 1500 MORE: TOTAL: 3750...

exercise: 30 min walk. i meant to go to the gym but got a bit held up. it's 6:35, i'm having dinner. maybe doing schoolwork. and then going to sleep. i plan on the gym tomorrow morning or evening but i just can't right now. i'm seriously exhausted from horrible sleeping and just not feeling right this week. it's gonna be ok though. i'm happy it's the weekend, for sure!

past 7 days calorie average: 2086. good.  past 37 day average cal per day: 2516.  approximately 3.3 - 5.5 lb gain.  This is not bad at all, especially if my gain is closer to 3 lbs!  I am doing good. And this whole week, i've maintained my calories.  I am happy with myself. and I am happy with today. 

i do have a goal that i am going to try to lose the 3-5 pounds I've gained and to continue with healthy weightloss. But, my other goal is to eat within maitenance calories. I can't push things. and right now i'm enjoying being able to eat MORE rather than less.

let's go yankees.

Breakfast: 200 with an episode of complete nausea after. wish i took the day. feeling horrible. what is with me?  i have been extremely lethargic for 3 weeks.

snack: NONE. stomach playing tricks on me.

lunch: sweet potato and salmon w. bbq sauce! 400, celery 20, chicken noodle soup 70 around 500.  (wonderful lunch!)

TSF: 700 all primarily healthy. lunch was leftovers my mom had cooked. i feel the need to start eating healthier at lunch! 

snack: similiar to breakfast which is a lite milkshake. maybe. we'll see!

dinner: i'll make sure to have plenty veggies. probably a stir fry.

snack/dinner: 280 in yogurt/jello, tea 50, fries 300, and then 800 more. total here: 1420, two rolls and pb: 500 more:

total cal: total 2620.

exercise: probably just treadmill for 1/2 hour. maybe nothing. tomorrow will be gym and weights! yay. studying and bed early tonight. last night i watched the yankee game and i'm pooped, again!

TSF: 860.

S:  energy drink?bar and soda. 150

Dinner: sauteed veggies and tofu w. oil 300, microwave meal 300. 600. and dessert 150: total 750 ok.

total: 1760 :-)

GYM right after school for mostly weights. 25 min cardio and lots of weights! wahoo!

BED.

snack: yogurt 170 140 kashi bar. i like yogurt better as a snack.

lunch: 300. chips and soup.

slight binge:snacks/dinner: yogurt 170, yogurt 160, shake 150, roll 200, peanut butter 200: (880),  asian noodle dish 410, roll and pb: 330.

Total: 2500.

exercise: NONE. day off. did a lot yesterday, anyway. (was weights and 4 miles)

dinner:  550. pretty healthy.

Total: 1740 :) might have a snack but i doubt it right now.

exercise: lots of weights, bike for 15 min, no walk unless i do that now...which i am going to do. just a short walk, maybe only 15 minutes.

lunch: similiar to breakfast

snack: monster low carb drink before the gym

TSF: a fantastic 1120.

snack:

dinner: will be a lean cuisine (chicken fried rice, extra tofu added in!) and diet soda. lovely day today on all accounts.  and a yogurt and some celery...600

Total cal: 1720. wonderful day!

EXERCISE: I've been slacking bc of timing problems and fitting it all in.  not happy about this at all! and now i'm sorta unmotivated this morning to get moving...i already did weights yesterday, thankfully, so i don't have to worry about that. it's just the cardio that i will be doing today. and abs!  a mix of short bike ride, elliptical, walking, some abs, and pushups!  cardio added up to 1.25 hours.

Thanks for the comments. So far this site seems great. It's good to know I'm not alone in this battle! Seems like your doing great so good for you! I hate those days when your just unmotivated specially the weather I find can really bring you down. I usually pop some upbeat music and I am good to go! I'll keep an eye on your progress...I'll let you know how the gym goes on Monday.

EARLY 5am breakfast: light smoothie 160, coffee 50, and a dark chocolate Wallaby yogurt (wow! these are GREAT) 170: 380.

snack: not sure, but it will be somewhat heavier bc of a test and stuff....need something satisfying...maybe dunkin donuts grilled cheese flatbread and a tea. 400

lunch: healthier...in the mood for veggies again! barley and veggies in a light olive oil: 150 says the package, tea 30, yogurt 70.  250.

tsf: 1030...1100.

snack: very early dinner: 4:45pm: 2 whole butternut squash souffles 500, two jolly ranchers 50, jello 40, coffee 50: 640. ok

most probably a late snack tonight. probably a light milkshake. 150

total: 1890 :-) and yogurt 170: 2060. good day.

picking up parents from the airport today. they were gone 13 days total :-)

ok, off to study for a bit before heading off to school!  have a great day everyone.  so glad i didn't study at night!

EXERCISE: WHAT SHALL IT BE!!?? depends what i feel like, probably not too much cardio today. and probably weights included. i miss the gym. wasn't there since sunday. i was too tired with what i had to do all week, being on my feet most of the day for mon, tues, wed, and then studying. couldn't pull off the gym too without feeling like i would wear myself too thin and get sick from lack of sleep...weights, elliptical, walking. yay!

BUSY WEEK.  NO GYM SINCE SUNDAY. THAT'S OK.   after all, i can't exercise if i'm exhausted and getting sick is not an option right now for me! :-)

breakfast, snack, lunch: 700 cal.

late 5:45 snack: jello 120, coffee 70, smoothie 160, diet soda: 350 :-)

popcorn and ravioli 540

total 1590 :-)

good thing: 2181 calories per day over the past 7 days. :-)

HOWEVER, OVER THE PAST 30 DAYS ON HERE I BINGED NUMBEROUS TIMES.  my daily average of calories over the past month is 2617 calories per day. almost a 5 lb gain since it is at least an extra 500 cal per day on most days. what to do about that? nothing. what to do in the future? breathe and think about my actions and if i really want to reach for more food! is food what i really need at the moment or is my body yearning for something else?

umm, more calculations....and an 89 or so day average (i could have gotten a day wrong here and there haha) of 2415 calories per day. This is still about a 5 or 5.5 pound gain.

so, no matter how i look at things, i gained 5 lbs in the past few months. not bad, not good. it just is.

5 lbs in the long run is not a lot. and it is easily mended. although, i am NOT weighing myself anytime in the near future. i am no longer interested in the scale. I have my clothes and my feelings. that's all i really need right now.

no scale necessary! :-)  well, right now. scales are great for MAINTAINING, but i am not there yet!

I am happy with this.
