breakfast: "light" goatmilk ice cream: 200 cal. it's not called "light" but it is....you gotta try this stuff: LaLoo's is the brand. wow. the flavors are superb. i had a strawberry/balsamic flavor the other day and i had a coffee based flavor today. some of the best ice cream i've had, and low calorie compared to ben and jerry's. half the calories of ben and jerrys. 150 cal per 1/2 cup. pretty good.

2 hours weightlifting.
calories: 1750 or so. perfect....late night snack: 350
total: 2100. good.
just a bit upset, depressed. went on a job interview yesterday but there was no way i'd get the position bc there were tooooo many applicants and some of them had lost jobs due to budget cuts and i have a job but not in the field i was applying, so these other people that were excessed from teaching had one up over me already...used a half tank of gas to become fully depressed over the course of 24 hours.

134.5 lbs today...wahoo! the scale said it and i was surprised. I am so glad that the exercise (must be the wieghtlifting mostly!!!) that i do puts me in a position to eat more and not have to restrict my diet at all. thank god for that. and if i binged just a little less, which yes, i am working on, i will be able to lose weight quite easily....which i already am!
breakfast: 2 greek yogurts w. some chocolate stevia and nutmeg: 200.
early lunch: 2 homecooked matzahs salt and pepper 240, baked teryaki tofu 160, green pepper 50, orange 100: 550
tsf: 750 good.
snacks 500 (not all at once, 2 granola bars, one big banana), 250 (salted roasted cashews)
dinner: 360 in a sandwich, a gulp of sour milk yuck!!!, and then ice cream (was worth it!!!) 450 more.
total today: 2400 or so?

calories after gym: 1850-1900. good day by far...up late, had chips...total for today more around 2200. that's quite alright ;-)
exercise: weights 1.5 hours (back, abs, arms, pushups)

total: 2500. not proud of my eating, was hard to control.

up way too late, but actually doing some work before i go to bed..important work that i don't mind doing at all....work that consists of scanning and emailing baby photos to a family friend who's brother unfortunately committed suicide...very, very sad. as family friends, we have many photos. we are all very sad about this. especially since we had no idea this was coming.

That sounds interesting, where are you getting it? I require some kind of ice cream in the summer and I'm trying to avoid the Haagen Daaz in my fridge for the boys.
