breakfast: cereal and chocolate soy milk and coffee. around 420

snack: rice cakes 110, yogurt 150, cereal and milk 680:

lunch: rice cakes, microwave meal: 460

snack: cereal, chocolate soy milk: 330

tsf: 1890...little high...

dinner: tofu 200 and rice cakes (whatever amount i have left, i think 4 of them.) 140 420 for dinner, dessert 700. not great. but tomorrow i plan to get on track a bit.

total today: around 3010 calories.

i really should watch calories today. i think i'm doing ok, actually. (don't ask...)

time marches on. i need to pick up this mess and get this weightloss thing into gear.  I had lost weight, down to 131 near the end of september/early october i think. then, last 3 weeks, i've gained back to upper 130s.  :(  sad. but my choices. so i need to make the decision to stay on track and not be on a roller coaster weight sprial.

wow...i just reviewed my past 30 days and I  had 11 binges in 30 days. now that is not so hot. Now i see how i gained this weight! haha. wow.

exercise: probably walking outside.

yea, today is still on track. i will go to the store after work and buy some nice fresh produce and make somthing healthy for dinner. yesterday i ate a burger, fries and had ice cream. what the heck?

i know it is really seeming harder and harder! i find when i just let my mind wander and not constrict myself so much that i dont think about food as often and my need to binge decreases. get out of the house and force yourself to study in a coffee shop or somewhere there are other people and you have accountability:) love to you!

breakfast: nothing yet. my stomach was feeling queasy last night before i fell asleep.  orange soda before a short trip to the gym. then i have to get ready to teach a flute lesson (not one of my forte...i need to review before i go teach it at the music store.)

before gym: fruit 100

breakfast after gym: pb on roll 300, coffee 50: 350

lunch: another pb on roll but less of it and tea w. milk probably...250

total so far: 700

snack?? spinach feta wrap 300

snack: sucking candies, sugar free, i shouldn't have bc now i have a stomachache...120

dinner: too much. leftovers of chinese, but it was a LOT of very unhealthy. and i didn't stop when i was full. i ate and ate. then had some dessert and more dessert.

sleep EARLY tonight. it's so hard when you have feeling for a guy and you talk to them till 3am to get to bed early!! haha.

binge today again.

off to the gym for some cardio and weights....

You know, I met my husband over the net because of some work matters. We did the long distance thing for a couple months too. And we're supper happy...sickeningly so.... So you never know. Life is funny.

11ambreakfast: fruit 30, coffee 50, diet soda, yogurt 150, 2 pb on rolls 400 total: 630 ok.

2pm lunch: chinese w. extra tofu 500? 

snack:? finer one and milk and tea? 170 for ices, coffee.

total before ice cream: 1300

ice cream out on a date: yea, a date!: my date was weird but the ice cream was good.

total cal today: about 2,000. 

exercise: bike 1/2 hour, elliptical 1 hr, some back and abs.

and this gets weird, after the date, i'm calling florida to see if he can come to NY next weekend. my parents are going on a trip....we started talking about it last night. hahahahah.

i've been experimenting making chocolate cake/fudge/brownie using No Pudge brownie mix. still not great, but i eat it every time. lol.

breakfast: brownie with no pudge mix, diet soda, large coffee. around 410 total.

snack: yogurt? 110

lunch: burger king? lol. you guys are probably wondering what happened to me with all this fast food!  800.

snack?  popcorn 250, yogurt 150

tsf: 1720

dinner: turned into a huge binge including tons of chocolate and fries. the night is done. i had a major talk with mr. florida in a good way. so, we'll see. all in all, i forgive myself for tonight.  checkers fries, burger king fries 2,000...

total cal around 5,000.

exercise: can't wait....  None

got a hair trim yesterday, it feels so much more healthy now!

yay! thursday already!

Breakfast: was hungry. some diet orange soda with an airborne (like vitamins for fighting cold/sickness so i don't get sick!) packet, coffee and large bowl fiber one. 400.

snack: yogurt: 120

lunch: Dunkin donuts and tea w. milk around 410 burger king cheeseburger 350 and fries around 550: 900 good.

snack: yogurt 120

tsf: 1540

dinner:  450, bread 200. 650.

total cal:2190. good.

EXERCISE: 35in elliptical, tons of weights, some abs.

breakfast: yogurt, coffee, peanut butter later on: 370

late snack: cinn. raisin bagel, cc, large tea: 500

tasty lunch that i liked: broccoli lightly seasoned cooked maybe like 200?, pea soup: around 100? and tea also 50. 350

tsf: 1220.

snack: will prob be hungry for something substantial. brownie mix thing 400 and tea.  some pretzels. 290 total: 690

tsf 1910

dinner: sandwich. drink.

total cal: 2250 good!

exercise: park? elliptical 30 min and walk for one hour. good stuff!

bed as early as possible.

In a bit of a rough patch. dealing with probably never seeing/talking to him ever again. it IS the BEST thing for me. after all, he never did care.

Breakfast: so far, diet orange soda with a packet of airborne. lol, i didn't sleep great and am not in the mood to get sick... 350

snack: yogurt  150

lunch: something from DD probably. tasty mcdonalds. 900 or so.

TSF: 1400.

snack: later on some vitamin water 50

Dinner:  microwavable. who cares at this point. i'm in such a bad mood. sorry. this guy thing has me totally zoned out.  ends up being 550.

total cal: 1950 very good, happy with it.

exercise: 30 min elliptical, weights, abs, back, bike 15 min. good day overall and busy, too.

bed early. probably the gym, then reading some notes and then bed....i really should get in bed around 9pm...unless i really do want to be sick.

love you. sorry about the lack of comments. i'm all over the place right now.

7am Breakfast :tasty/healthy 350

9:30am snack: 2 cookies and large tea and milk and equal: no more than 250 or so.

12:30 lunch: hot pretzel with the works, small soup, water. around 500 or so.

4:00-5:00snack: first, grilled cheese flatbread and coffee 430, diet iced tea which isn't good but i'm not in the mood to just throw it in the trash, and then i made a medium sized serving of brownies for 500 calories. total here: 930.

total so far: 2030. still room for a snack if i'm hungry later, which i probably will be lol.

dinner: around 200. yogurt and some diet soda.

total cal: 2230. not bad. not a binge.

a bit burned out at the gym. elliptical 40 min and some stretching. pooped. bed early and soon.

feeling incredibly sad, incredibly hurt, and incredibly sick. i told the guy i've been talking to in the other state that i don't want to contact him anymore texting or over the phone. he was like "ok, goodnight."  i'm sick to my stomach that this nonsense could go on this long. what a complete ****. i really hope that i could just never think about him again.  very hurtful what he did...and what is that you ask!? to prolong nothing. to think it's ok to text/call as often as we did and never actually meet up. whatever, i know i must be a little too deep into it, i realize this, and that is why it's completely and utterly done. over. what a stupid mess. you live you learn. never thought i'd be that stupid girl though. the obsessed girl. so stupid and done.

Sweety. We all get hood winked. We all want to see the best in men and pray that they see the best in us. Sadly finding the ones that can truely appreciate and love use fully can take some unwanted experience in the finding part.

exercise was good. weights, bike 15 minutes, elliptical 35 min and walking at a fair for the afternoon!

total calories not very good, but not overly bad, i think approximately 2500 today.  hopefully not more, hopefully less. back to the routine tomorrow, back to school.

calories before dinner: 680

D: out to dinner: i know i can order anything i want (trying to overcome overeating) but i may choose healthy salad option, we'll see. lots of bread, not the healthiest dinner. but it was tasty and i left satisfied! very important for me right now! dinner may have been upwards of 1500 cal. could be worse, right?? hopefully not too much more.

Exercise: morning walk/weights. Walking around the apple orchards.

BED EARLY. school tomorrow.

S: rice krispie bar 150

D: 3 red peppers 150, microwave meal 350: 500.

1670. great. dessert brownie and milk: total 2170...2500 grand total. ok....

150 yogurt...and more brownies...600, so: 2900-3000. could be worse, right!? at least it was sorta tasty, before i kept eating and didn't even know what i was tasting anymore. it's all good. not upset.

not sure what my plans are tonight. thought about haunted houses although the plans may not work out...

exercise: 3 mile walk.

will join a new gym today!  ... if the price is right! yup, $151 dollars later. good deal.  planet fitness and it's brand new, sorta close to my house. way better than the $428 i used to pay for the gym i love but too expensive right now!

well gyms can definitely be tricky. I was lucky to find a 24 hour fitness gym that was a bit off the beaten track and wasn't totally filled with tight butt gym bimbos to make me feel insecure lol. I paid around 250$ for 7 months and registration. Which if I go 6 times a weeks makes it like 1.50$ for every time I work out. > the idea is if they look new, or are gimmicky then your probably looking at a higher price. All that matters to me is that the machines look up to date so I stayed to mom and pop/private owner looking gyms. That seemed to hand me a better price.
