today ends at 2430 calories. not great, but it was OK. and satisfied with the calorie total.
now that i can do over 25 real pushups, my next goal is PULL-UPS (AND NOT THE DIAPER EITHER!) MY GOAL WILL BE TO DO 10 PULLUPS ONE DAY. RIGHT NOW, I CAN DO ABOUT 3-4..WHICH IS STILL PRETTY DARN GOOD.
breakfast: apple 100, oatmeal and soy milk 200, yogurt w. sf syrup and ovaltine 140, peanut butter 100: 540. yum.
lunch: fish 200, stir fry 350, bran/soy milk 200: 750 yum?
tsf: around 1300, very good.
snacks - 2 coffees 100, bar 230 total 330
dinner: tofu 200, taco bell chicken chalupa 380, bran 70: 650...was hungry and indulged in what i wanted.
total: 2280 GREAT, for staying under 2300. haha.
snack: apple and red pepper. 130
exercise: 3 mi walk, 30 min elliptical.

darn...i cooked 3 stir fries and wrote about them, then it got deleted in this entry...
1. shirataki noodles and veggie stiry fry: 3 portions total at 170 calories each, for my info. ingredients: snow pea/broccoli/slaw bagged veggie mix, noodles, scallion, safflower oil, thai seasoning packet containing 180 cal mostly of sugar, but i had it in my house for over a year and wanted to use it!!! and it'll taste great in the stir fry!
2. broccoli and safflower oil, scallions, salt, garlic.
3. spinach and shirataki noodles stir fry, safflower oil, and the other packet of thai seasoning mix, 4 portions 150 calories each (just for me to know)
Breakfast: apple 80, yogurt w. pumpkin pie spice and sf syrup 120, oatmeal w. soy milk 200: 400 total. not really satisfying even though it was a lot of food.
lunch: some of a monster drink while cooking, then an english muffin w. a bran cracker, heated up, and chicken breast deli meat 250, oh and some veggies that i'd cooked, still 250.
snack: slice of pie, coffee: 300
snack: serving of stir fry 170, small piece of fish 180, apple 80, coffee 50: 480, was so hungry!
snack: cereal 200 (bran and soy milk)
dinner: 270
around 1900 calories. very successful.
exercise: 55 min elliptical, over an hour of weights. abs, back.

another good day. 1700-1800 calories. light exercise - bike ride in the AM. busy day so that's really all i did...and wanted to do! :-)

i just don't know. i guess i'm not really giving myself a fair shot in life or reality or really anything.
so, i have had two binges this week...and it should take at least a week or so to even out all these extra calories. of course, the endless sugar and fat are already wreaking havic on my insides, too bad i don't even care.

stir fry came out so-so. i must start cooking better! ... i am new to the world of cooking. also, i am now heading off to the kitchen to a cook an easy recipe i did once before (with success!) for collard greens...but i will make sure to use EXTRA olive oil bc last time it needed a bit more for taste/texture/crisp.
Breakfast: large peach 100, oatmeal w. almond milk 200, plain greek yogurt w. sf syrup 140: 440 (i've been drinking and eating too much sugar free stuff which is what could be spiking my desire to binge.)
Lunch: some of the stir fry cabbage i just cooked, with carrots, onion, scallions, garlic, ginger, peanut oil, stir fry sauce, hoison sauce, sf syrup just a little, a little sweet and low, shirtaki noodles but not the angel hair (for now on i will only buy the really thin noodles, the others don't cook up so well). I also had some grapes and a bag of 100 calorie popcorn. i didn't eat all the stir fry. perhaps 440 for all of what i ate.
900 approx.
snack: sandwich 200
snacking/bingeing: 5 dried apricots 150, nuts 200, ice cream 1050, noodle soup 100, pb and jelly on bran 500, regular fruit yogurts 240: 1240 blah! i feel like i'm forgetting something that i ate!
total so far: 2340...this actually seems low...what did i forget? I'm not mad at myself, i made this decision to binge. and i will not lose weight because of it. this is why i can't seem to lose weight. i constantly take off the same 1-2 pounds!

I was up until 6:20 am...practically read the whole 300 page book in one sitting...My goal is to make today a 2200-2300 calorie day. I will mostly have coffee for the rest of the day...because of the mini ice cream attack i just decided to partake in.

Day ends at about 4050 calories. could be worse. but, i am sorta ashamed at myself...because this didn't have to happen. i could have slept the day away and it would have been better than eating like this...
but it's done. and tomorrow will be a good one. And I will once again not binge for a long, long time...because this is important for me to stop.
eggplant chips did NOT come out very well. they needed to cook MORE and have LESS seasonings...
I binged today...first time since september 3rd. No good reason, but i was feeling EXTREMELY lethargic today and yesterday. not a good reason to binge, but this is usually how i feel before i do.

Real push ups are tough. I don't think my body moves that way - I do them from the (sissy) knees! Good luck on the pull ups - you can do it. I like this goal!
