edit: i had a good day. bad mood during school, at lot due to overeating last night and the test we had AFTER lunch that i had to think about all day....but afterwards i had a very healthy snack, took a nap, and walked 3 miles. had a late dinner around 8pm. gonna read, rest up. I SO WANT to exercise a lot tomorrow, my ankle may not be up to it.... but i'll try.  would have LIKED to go 12 miles.....we shall see....12 miles with rests with snacks.... soon enough i will accomplish this.

snack after school: 2 small peaches, a yellow pepper, a red pepper, drink mix: around 200

snack afer walking: 170 healthy fiber bar about 30 minutes before dinner to get rid of most of my appetite...it works!

dinner: healthy choice mediterranean pasta so good! 360, tons of celery 60 total 420

total cals today are good: 1310. this is as good as it can get. and healthy today.

avg cals between today and yesterday bc it's on my mind: 2230. thank gosh! :) thank gosh....thank you jackie. :) i had to accomplish this, to get over yesterday. i am on a good streak. i don't want to give up, ever.  i just can't. this HAS to be a good rest of the year. a good summer. i need this. i can do it. no matter what, i'm going to get there. i have NO reason to fail.  i have age, parents, and close friends on my side. what more do i need. and thanks to all of you, always.


breakfast: fruit 80

snack: bar 140 healthy kashi bar

lunch: 100 cal pack of cheez its, coffee, another kashi trail mix bar: 300

doing good keeping it low. yesterday's high cal day is really unfortunate. i feel so gross right now.

total so far: 520. if i can do 1200, that would be the best. or, i'll just try keeping it below 1500.

can't wait for it to be the weekend already. decided to go to the hospital libarary for a break at lunch...

remember yesterday when i said i wouldn't be binging....etc...?

well, i did today. i didn't have to, but was exhausted, didn't exercise bc i had errands after school. oh well. it could be FAR worse. but, i need to pull in the reins...i was doing good losing some weight! i need to continue not just gain it back.

today's calories could have been around 1700 without a problem. but i continued to eat....and 4 servings tortilla chips, 5 ice cream pops, and 1 large bowl of granola later: 3150 cals today.  ehh. what can i do now. i can eat better on the weekend....and exercise...but i may take friday's exercise easy....i was hoping to do a lot on saturday, but if my ankle isn't better i may not be able to do what i was hoping.

goodnight all, it's been a week of lots going on. but a pretty good one.

big dinner, but nothing tooooo crazy...

so happy that this week is flying by!

breakfast: 350  oatmeal,eggwhite mix with craisins, cinnamon, then yogurt on top.

snack: only 50 which is good. coffee and a calorie free water drink.

lunch: 300 or so. kashi bar, soy chips, coffee

snack: LOTS of fruit....400 at least.  was too hungry, body needed sugar. and i'm happy we have so much fruit in the house right now!

right before dinner: veggies: 120

edit: dinner: 600 of chips and a pizza pocket thing...followed by 440 cal of ice cream....ew? so 1040 just for dinner (i wasn't gonna exercise, but i think i NEED the gym....going even though my hair is still wet from the shower i took earlier...)

total calories today weren't the greatest, large portions late in the day. total: 2260. i should definitely swing by the gym...YEAH...do the elliptical for an hour and then go to bed...i really, really should!!!! ok...i'm going.... :)


exercise: should do a limited amount. body is still tired. maybe just a short walk on the treadmill in my house. i'm not feeling the gym at all. i don't think i want to binge, so that's good. i do want a shower right now though.... :)  yeah, no gym today... i know i said that yesterday, too, but you can't force yourself...i'm still not over monday night's sleep deprivation... :) treadmill later at home....

calories worked out pretty good despite not sleeping well last night! good. bc i can't take any crappy days anymore with calories...

total calories are 1780....dinner was about 750. high but mostly healthy. and today was mostly healthy. the end.

exercise: at school i did a lot bc i was walking all around the hospital pushing heavy things. not all day, but for some of it. and tonight i'm taking off from exercise. anyways, i did about 20 miles in the past three days....so, i say it's ok to take tonight off! lol.

sheeeeeet!!! I can't sleep! what a wonderful start to this week, i tell you!!!!! :(  It's already 2:30am..........


breakfast: sandwich of egg white 60, greens 10, avocado 150, bread 240 and a yogurt 60. total: 520 good stuff!

snack: strawberries, bar.

snack diet drink

800 cal before dinner.

dinner? (bbq later at my house...) 900 cal at dinner. approx. was healthy stuff actually. lots of meats.

total: 1700-1800 or so. nice job to me!!!! wahoo!

exercise was 9.5 miles walk/jog AND biking for a little while! WAHOO. i CANNOT mess this up....gotta continue. need to look good.....

i am depressed a little over this guy though. :( he's an ass. didn't want to meet up enough. so, i'm not contacting him. if he doesn't make any more attempts (he did but it didn't work out at all....) to hang out, i'm done. just wish there was some other guy waiting lol. that's life i guess......don't want to hang out with this company right now.... :(

i hate it when i get into these moods.....and yes, the guy blew me off. therefore, i'm done. shouldn't this be the other way around!? oh well.  he says he's tired and going to another state for lunch tomorrow to meet up with someone. so i'm NOT texting that a$$hole back. it is unfortunate i wasted so much time with this dude. i think i may delete him off facebook once again. forever. i don't need that crap in my life. however, for the moment, i'm gonna leave him on. i don't want him to think he is able to piss me off this easily.?! yeah, i am not taking it all too well. loser. i know!

arg! hungry day today...and tired day. i should walk more (went to the park did one mile and came home!?). but i guess all the walking yesterday did me in.

breakfast:  not the best: bar 160, banana100, bar 130, drink 30: 420 or so.

early lunch: sandwich of ham, greens, mustard, 1/2 avocado: 450.  (now i remember i don't love ham...wish there was some other meat in the house!)

total so far: 870...binge of 4 servings pretzels 440 and granola 500

total: 1810...ew. i will allow up to 3000 today.

i buy a gammon joint on a friday and roast it. it is fab apart from that I dont really bother ham prefer chicken. have a good day

exercise: long 9 miles today mostly walk but some jogging. 7 miles were done at once, with a few breaks sitting. then, i drove back home and mostly jogged another 2 miles at the park on the way home! i needed this. it felt great.

today is a day for no worries and wonderful weather. time to move around and do whatever i want. lol.

8am...breakfast was a bit indulgent, filling: 2slices bread 220, 1/2 avocado 150, 1/2 cup egg whites 60, yogurt 60, drink 20. total: 500.  fell right back to sleep after breakfast, now up at 11am....LOL. thankful to have been able to sleep in this morning.

lunch: cherries, half turkey sandwich wih mustard and arugula: around 250.  weighing myself after lunch:

snack: strawberries, bar, drink: 250

snack: chips 120

dinner: microwave meal? the day's menu may change! large, large salad w. dressing: 200, microwave meal 300. total: 500

total: 1620. which is really good, but i am in a bingy mood. there's NO need at all for me to eat anymore though. i can't ruin this great day!

You go girl! Yeah, it sucks to hurt but I do the same thing....keep on keeping on! One day we will have shed this weight and will be stepping lively lol. As far as the guy you've been talking to....dump his a**. There are plenty of fish in the sea and if this one isn't supposed to be, nothing you can do to help it along will work. 2150 yesterday, ok.

today: pretty good so far..... LOL 2150 today too! :)  (a little high for my exercise level but nothing to worry about in the long run.)

breakfast: 350

snack: 150

lunch: 250...then cake for another bday 450 more: 700

snack: 1/2 turkey sandwich 200

dinner: microwave meal, salad, green drink....and dessert of one cup cereal that i let soak a little and put in egg whites to make like a cake dessert: total: 750 approx. could be worse!

exercise was good. 3 mi jog/walk and abs/pushups at the gym, stretching! good stuff. i'm glad i was outside today. i've devoting my day tomorrow to the outdoors too.

the guy is a total a$$.  i am debating really losing touch and not really continuing any kind of communication with him. lol.

i'm hungry but sooo tired....but so jittery too??? and it's almost 5:30. hmmm, i think i'm going to the park soon.

what a strange day at school. good day though.

breakfast: 270 my fav oatmeal and egg white mixture, some yogurt on top. 270 calories.

snack: 190 decaf mostly coffee and a kashi bar

lunch: 350 dunkin donuts egg white and cheese on an english muffin and large coffee (hense, my jitteriness!!!!) haha....

snack: chips (almost forgot i ate this!) 180 or so? not sure.  chips that everyone was eating in class. worked out well actually!

late snack: 160 healthy fiber bar, only 30 minutes before dinner.

dinner: around 400 microwave meal of lean cuisine pot stickers (dumplings)/rice, a whole tomato, lettuce w. light dressing.

approx. total was nice. i'm happy. 1550 approx. :)

going to study and take my mind OFF the boy. i've been thinking about it too much and that's NOT good...lol.  we've been having some communicating issues lol.

exercise: walk/jog 2 miles. nothing huge today. my body didn't want to. lol.

that time of the month is coming and i feel both the pound or so i've regained and also some bloating. it's not as bad as it could be though. and my face is not looking very bad either. i'm thankful for both!

eating as gone nicely. :)

total calories so far: 1050 before dinner! i say nicely done :) and eating was definitely healthy for the most part. veggies will be had at dinner and a microwave meal. yay. i've bought a selection of tasty lean cuisines that are more carby (carbs) but are tasty. i want to eat for the enjoyment bc that will help prevent binging in a lot of ways...

so, calories after dinner will definitely be under or at 1550. i am happy about this and also confident in my ability to be able to lose weight. i KNOW i CAN do this alone. i CAN. not can't.

if i do end up meeting with a psychologist, which i may call to look into on wednesday or so depending on my schedule, it is more to talk about my apprehensions about my future success at any career. otherwise, i'm doing OK. not good, not bad. but somewhat satisfied.

as for the guy, we are in touch right now. nothing more. this is weird, but i wonder if he wouldn't date me bc i'm jewish?? i'm not very religious at all, it's more like my upbringing. i continue with the traditions i've learned. just like anyone who celebrates any religion. i didn't mean to bring up religion to offend anyone on here, sorry if i did.
