wow, today is such a welcome change of pace! I showed up for clinical to find the schedule is empty until noon. how nice is that! so i'm in the library...studying and reading. It's nice to catch up.

1:10 Lunch: little couscous, some lettuce, baked chicken breast, beans w. garlic and oil: around 600

another snow day, thankfully! i did some shoveling, my dad used the snowblower. i cleaned the cars. nice stuff. so glad i didn't have class - gives me more time to study for the test we were supposed to have today.

arg. i went to sleep really late, i couldn't sleep. i hardly ever get cramps but i woke up at like 2am in pain.
breakfast: fruits, warmed up: 240 not satisfying at all, very filling and tasty though.

lunch: 400. pretty healthy, not much fat or protein though. (beans, shells w. olive oil and spinach, lettuce.)

pretzels: around 480 - 4 servings. was good. the end!
