10 binges since January 14...just a good thing to know. it was a rough food month for me!
approx gain of 5 lbs...for 28 days, my average calories per day was 2850, close to 3,000. this upsets me.
i will try for a better 30 days starting now!

It was a good day. both challenging and pleasant. i did teach from 11am-5pm and went to the gym before for 20 minutes, showered, went to work. then, after work, i went back to the gym for 1.5 hours. mostly weights in the PM.
calories were good. i got in some healthy veggies and fruit, as well. along with 3 or so nutrition bars - i find them kinda reliable when i'm on the go. whatever, i could eat candy - that would be far worse. at least the bars i choose have protein and fiber and vitamins.
anyways, good gym, good calories.
i didn't watch the superbowl. i did watch a little of "biggest loser" and it certainly motivated me to think about myself and my own ability to become both fitter and leaner.
