5pm early meal picture something like mushrooms in a creamy vodka sauce

walked two miles maybe a little more at park and then stopped bc I was already hurting from being out of shape with my cardio.

dinner: tbd this awesome sandwich (extra from a meeting at work that i didn't attend, but extra food!) some dressing 100, sourdough bread 200, lots of tasty thick sliced turkey 150 ...450 so good.cranberry jell 50 with choc whipped cream 250...750.

Things I want to do tonight / tasks:

Walk home at least 1 mile again :) from the bus.

Look thru receipts (now i take photos/email them back to my email so i don't have to search thru the paper receipts anymore for lost copays) - i have been mailed a bill that i think i paid so i'm checking to see if i have a receipt....

Look thru discharge paperwork from hospital when i was there in fall - need the paperwork in order to being therapy / psych at a more LOCAL an closer place than where i am currently going..

Leg Exercises for strength, haven't done them recently.

On another note, I had diarhea that actually woke me up in the middle of the night last night.  I'm feeling better today. Might have been the whipped cream or could have been the high fiber gummies or a mix of everything i ate last night including a bit too much coffee.

did my situps but was 5min late to work....also got up with time to shower and shave and do my hair :) so overall i did better but best would be to make the bus that was 2 min earlier than when i got to the bus stop!

Tonight's plans: weights upper bod easy workout....

I think i'd like to make some muffins or cookies tonight...or my homemade whipped cream - cocoa flavor is what i really want to make :) (gotta figure the right time to make it when i also am going to eat it...)

breakfast: Starbucks Rice Krispie treat that i gave to Ricky but he said he didn't want :( overpriced grrr. 230, coffee 70, siggi's yogurt 150, extra sweetener. 450

snack: almonds? 100

lunch: will buy veggies 200, i have one of those Multigrain Dave's Bagels 250  and leftover salami 150 and mustard or even cream cheese (we'll see!); fruit 600

snack: fruit 100 (clementine, plum)

Dinner: gummies 100, almond milk splash coffee 50, plum 50 200...     tbd maybe whipped cream and cranberry gel, some coffee...not sure.

finally made homemade whipped cream ! Omg is it good! Flavored it chocolate with cocoa powder just amazing. 400 cal

up early enough for situps but late that i couldn't drive and had to take the bus...oops...R will drive me to my car tonight so i can drive to LI for appt. thinking - will get home around 6-6:15, go straight to car - reach baldwin by 7-7:15. see parents quickly before therapy actually, therapy around 7:45, visit parents at    be able to drive home after therapy, 8:30-reach home around 9:30pm....

snack: tbd - almonds?  atkins coconut bar (should bring the new box to work, too) 200

light dinner before drive to appt: dunkin donuts tea and wrap? or starbucks? something like that...egg bites and coffee 300

after appt: not sure., prob see parents and then drive home blech. 3 heavy candies 200, banana 100

I was going to get up early this morning and do a workout, but when the alarm went off I cried a little bit, turned over and went back to sleep LOL. Just not a morning person at all!

I'm glad R is around to help you out; it's so nice to be able to count on someone from day to day!

breakfast: coworker brought me millet and pumpkin porridge very light thankfully 200, coffee 50, followed by two truffles (need a big break from these soon!) 140.

snack:almonds 150, truffle 100

lunch: same as yesterday cabbage and beef 400, tomatoes 50, fruit 50. 500-550.

snack: tbd coffee and dried jackfruit 100..little choc 50

dinner fruit 150, wrap 120, lox 130, butter 50 450, popcorn 100

You guys have a nice vibe going on there at work....lots of food sharing and taking care of each other....do you work best when you are rushing around ? ( some people do)...or are you most productive if you have a little time to settle in when you get there?).....i always wanted to be a little early....I was just calmer to get started on my work.

I do good work when it's rushed at the last moment and can work like that sometimes but NOT continuously as it has bad effects on my health. I have worked like that over weeks and months, but need some low key downtime too.

right now, work is NOT stressful and i have some time in the morning to eat breakfast and everything. i doubt it will be this way, always, for the rest of my career.

Good Morning! I was late to leave my apt, but, made it on time to work. It would have been better if i left on time, though! As i didn't even get a seat coming in - but it's a good change of pace to have to stand once in awhile (for an hour on bus/train). Good thing: I did my situps this AM. :)

Tonight: biking and use the hair removal device...tempted to bake MORE cookies soon / cook more cabbage tonight for the rest of the week...

Breakfast: coffee 50, carrot cake cookie 150, yogurt 150: 

snack: tbd bar natural 250

lunch: i made a beef/cabbage dish...it's a little fatty bc i used a fatty cut of meat and cooked it from raw in the slow cooker, not removing any fat. it does taste good, though! 2 clementines 100, cabbage and meat dish 400, chips 100. 600. good, filling

3pm snacking dried jack fruit 100, 3 chocolates - heavy truffles (snacky day today!)

dinner: wrap 130 with 2 eggs 150, avocado 150...430...pop chips 120..550, more chips 110, coffee 50

11am  850-900 bagels and whitefish and lox for brunch with parents , more fish and fruit 100

3pm light meal / snacks: leftover cucumber tzatziki dip from Ricky 150, dried jackfruit 100, kombucha 50

6pm -6:45 snack plums 100, 2 of my carrot cake cookies = AMAZING 300. This recipe has been one of my FAVORITES so far. i LOVE it. i think i LOVE the whole wheat flour taste, too, in combo with oatmeal. INNERPEACE, recipe is FABULOUS. yogurt 150, coconut milk with splash coffee 50, chocolate. 50

I slept in too! It was wonderful!

You're doing so well with getting in lower calorie counts. I think this is where I'm going wrong - I'm eating too much. Oh well, so much for intuitive eating.

Yeah, the extra sleep just feels amazing to my body!

I am not sure how coworkers sleep so much less than me!?

Lately it seems i'm having more higher cal days so it's good to get in lower cal days to balance them out. lately, or since after my "injury," my eating has been different than before the hospital.

anyways, if you see, one of my secrets to a lower cal day is to eat "snacks" for dinner. I have so many special things in my diet to help me - low cal coffee, kombucha, dried jackfruit is another new one, fruit, using stevia, last week eating cottage cheese was helpful...my wraps. I don't know what i'd do if i didn't go out of my way to help myself feel fuller...i don't know what i'd do if i couldn't have all my favorite things!?

I am able to eat rather large quantities of food, due to training myself to do it. that's why i love veggies. ricky brought home food that i wouldn't usually choose myself plus i had a little dessert...it all adds up.

i didn't train myself on purpose to eat large amounts, it's a habit and hard to break. so that's why veggies save me along with other things i do. but when it comes down to eating just typical american / american diet ways, i struggle or just eat like any other person would. not smaller quantities.

it was half a "vegetarian sandwich" with cheese and some veggies with a light spread and little bit of avocado, then a lot (2 portions at least) of these large croutons / bread crackers dipped in over a cup of cucumber yogurt, and part of his chocolate mousse for dessert lol.
