Weight: 111.2

Typical night of poor sleep.  asleep around 11, woke at 3 and got up at 4.   Did half an hour on bike when Matt got up for work  at 4:30.  Reading Washington Post now.  Article about the very painful procedure known as the Brazilian Butt lift.  They inject body fat and sometimes other crap into the butt to make it huge.   They couldn't pay me to do it! Can't imagine having a big fat a$$ everyone would gawk at.

Well, girls, the image won't upload.Probably blew out the DD circuit boards. This lady could eclipse the sun with that fat butt. And to think! She paid & suffered for it!

Back to another bike session.

setting the Hearts book aside.   getting into transplants & I find the animal studies disturbing, even though it had to be done to save human lives.

Finished work on the 110 G.  Painted a semi-gloss over the flat black. Much nicer, easy job with 4" roller. Most difficult part was scraping adhesive from tank interior where the former owner attached some saltwater equip.

More free covid  tests for everyone.People on Medicare can get 8 a month. These new 8 tests are one per house, all ages, Medicare not required.

To do & random musings

Reading fascinating book written ~1970 about the development of cardiac surgery in Houston.   More on this later. It's 3 AM now & I won't get back to sleep, but haven't moved and had coffee, so a bit fatigued.  Seems like 5 hours of sleep is the best I can do.  Fell asleep not long after 10 last night.  Still on ER binge.  Bought all 15 seasons on eBay for $99.

1) Get back on bike & treadmill!  Appears all the steps from running around tending to the tanks etc (up to 18K some days) does not burn as many Cals as formal exercise.   Weight creeping up.

2) Painted over flat black paint on the new tank stand.   Looks fabulous!   Add semigloss clear coat today.   Easy with 4" roller.

3) Laundry piling up.  Do it! Today!

4) Spend some serious time on the stock market accounts. OMG!   I am 25% poorer in 2022 than last year.   Last year was terrific.....but still...

5) Be sure wear socks with my sandals. Got first sunburn in many decades on my feet while selecting rocks for the new tank at some big landscaping company last weekend.   It was hot, nearly 80 & my upper feet still sting.

6) Diet pretty much the same.  Hot Fiber One mid-morning, huge salad later, (adding parmasean cheese now).  Dinner varies.   Eat what I cook for Matt on day one,  feed him leftovers the next day or two & airfry vegan burgers for myself.

Progress as of today: 8.8 lbs lost so far, only 6.2 lbs to go!

Isn't it wonderful to have a series that you can just dive into like that? I'm currently rewatching Downton Abbey because it leaves Netflix on May 31st, and I'm not sure where it will land, but it will probably be on a streaming service that I don't have and won't pay for. (We already have enough.)

I'm about to start reading The Silent Patient.

Jacky82020 on 05/18/2022:
Yes! I am going to see if I can find Abbey. Never saw it. Hear it’s great! I liked that old Poseidon film.

You really must look into a DVR. Matt goes through the TV guide every week & records movies etc. We FF over the ads. Yay!

happy-1 on 05/18/2022:
Tank looks great!

Jacky82020 on 05/18/2022:
Thanks! Can’t wait to add some goldfish that will get very big in there. Will be getting comets & Shubunkins, a Japanese variation. Usually gold, black & white markings. Shark tails. Gentle peaceful fish.

Donkey on 05/19/2022:
I will not understand - probably EVER - the desire to have a big bubble butt.

horn_of_plenty on 05/19/2022:
i'd never want fat injected into my butt either. i've heard of it, yes. dumb. give me muscle, that'd be cool though.

25% poorer hurts....i am trying to get a 23% raise. it sounds so large, bc i have a somewhat small salary....hopefully it goes thru. it's more on if people are willing to push it thru and agree with it; than a change in my work. it's more to bring me up to a higher pay level in general as i did manage 1.5 years on the lower rung which is a little under rate. so when you equal them out; a year or the raise and the year without that i've been doing, i guess i'll be good ;) ....thinking out loud.

horn_of_plenty on 05/19/2022:
hot fiber one sounds good. i enjoy hot food to warm me out as i'm usually cold.

This is the 110 Gallon tank  delivered last night.   I am ecstatic! Cost 1/3 of the 90 G tank & stand & lid.  Reflections and sun streaming through skylights made it impossible to photograph very well.

Do It!

1) Rake leaves left & right of driveway & brick work. Trim back ground cover, vinca, & ferns.

2) Continue gathering Goodwill donations. Progress: 1/2 done.

3) Install 2 backup filters, one in sump tank & other in tank.  half done!   Install 2 new filters for the 110 to cycle when they arrive Saturday ASAP.

  4) Continue work on backgrounds for tanks by window. Blue cellophane & silk Ivy.
Update: double cellophane on GloFish tank or replace with blue poster board. Algae!

5). housework. Do all bedding from hallway room. Half done.

6) Continue organizing fish equipment. Very slow progress.

 7) More time in gym! More time on bike.

 9) Test ammonia & nitrate levels everyday in GloFish/Syno catfish tank. Suction up uneaten catfish pellets. Udate: levels good.

10) Continue researching how to breed the GloFish. Actually looking at breeding the fish not genetically modified. Same thing.

11) Crockpot soybeans

 12)  Continue researching Oscar fish. Plan now is to add 2 to the 110 G. Gentle giants, will rapidly grow to 1 foot! Can learn to interact with owners! I will be in fish heaven!

Donkey on 04/28/2022:
One of the pictures that you had posted (now removed) looked like fish swimming upside down. But that must be how they normally look, correct? They had whiskers, and were a light brown on the bottom with white on top. But the tops looked more like an underbelly, and the brown looked like it should be on top. Do you know which fish I'm talking about? If yes, what kind are they? Fascinating to look at -- and I bet they are even better to watch in motion!

Jacky82020 on 04/28/2022:
Yes, you’re talking about what is commonly called the upside down catfish, or Synodontis nigriventris. I have 3, an older adult & two juveniles.

But many Synodontis cats, do the same. I tried last night to get a good pic of my favorite fish, Tom, another type of syno who also swims upside down sometimes, mostly when he’s eating flakes off the water surface. Very cute! He looks like a vacuum cleaner sweeping the surface.

Yes! Tom most of all is Poetry in motion. Like a graceful dolphin.

happy-1 on 04/28/2022:
Will you be selling tickets to see all the fish? You’re going pro!

Jacky82020 on 04/28/2022:
Free ticket for you! I have to pull the plug to the sump tank when I feed in this one tank, so it doesn’t filter out the food while the fish are eating. I often forgot. No matter what I did, like using alarms & leaving a lamp on.

Then I recalled your Ranger Beads & began putting a hair tie on my wrist. Works like a charm!

horn_of_plenty on 04/28/2022:
tank is nice and large. i also like the floor design in this room very much.

Jacky82020 on 04/28/2022:
Thanks, that’s the vinyl that was here 11 years ago when we bought the house, probably new. Love it too, really hides the dirt. Dogs always running in from nearby back door.

innerpeace on 04/29/2022:
The joy of having a hobby, I admire that. Your enthusiasm inspires me.

Jacky82020 on 05/02/2022:
You could get a hobby too! Your drawings & photography skills are excellent. So maybe you kinda already have hobbies.

Donkey on 04/29/2022:
That is indeed a great score! Brand new that would be quite expensive.

I wanted to ask you, When you got your new-used gym-quality exercise bike, what did you do with the old one?

Jacky82020 on 05/02/2022:
Sad to say the old bike is still in the seldom used living room. Plan is to give it away free on Craigslist. The old girl has some life in her yet despite intermittent tension problems. Been snowy or rainy every time I think of the ad. Plan is to place in driveway and let someone cart it off. Don’t need strangers in the house checking out a free item.

happy-1 on 04/29/2022:
The ranger beads are also super helpful when it comes to counting sets. I could use a slightly larger one… I’ll put it on my rewards list!

Jacky82020 on 05/02/2022:
I’m so glad they inspired me to plug the sump filter back in when else failed.

I can see how they’d help with sets. Easy to lose track of.

bearcountrygg on 04/29/2022:
Looks like you got another nice aquarium there....and plenty of storage there too.

Jacky82020 on 05/02/2022:
Thanks, it’s coming along. Cleaned some and touched up the paint.

Been going heavy on salad lately, from the 3 prepped bags depicted.   A massive serving of nearly 4 Cups has  ~50 calories.   But I made a big mistake with the 5-15 cal per serving dressings. Way too much sodium!   my BP is good, but even so all that salt is unhealthy.   So I'm experimenting  with making my own dressings.   Tried malt vinegar and a light oil spray.   OK. Then tried Dijon mustard, thinned with water & sweetened with an artificial sweetener.  Much better, but then I looked at the sodium content in the mustard: half of the prepared dressings, still too much.   So my next attempt will be sweetened lime or lemon juice.  Tried hot sauce, too hot!

DD did not allow me to upload images.   not all that exciting!     Three bags of Walmart generic salad fixings. I think considering the waste and prep time they are a good value.

Really cold & snowing here.   We had a few nice days and I opened the Cat Room window to the outside enclosure.  Marble, the new cat, stayed inside, but the other 3 eagerly ran out and climbed to their high shelves.

Progress as of today: 10.4 lbs lost so far, only 4.6 lbs to go!

bearcountrygg on 03/27/2022:
Have you tried cider vinegar and olive oil with herbs? You do need some salt for health. I'm surprised that the new cat wasn't tempted to go out in the enclosure......she must feel very comfy inside now.

Jacky82020 on 03/27/2022:
Of course we need some sodium! And it is inescapable. Very difficult to maintain at the recommended 1500 mg per day. I don’t like olive oil, but cider vinegar with herbs sounds good. Maybe I can figure out an Italian dressing with vinegar & herbs, sans a ton of salt. Was using the Walmart fat free Italian, cheap and 15 cal per serving, but oh! The salt. Probably did an extra gram a day.

I was worried she’d go out and not come back in. I wouldn’t want to leave the window open all night at this time of the year. This cat is slow to come around, generally hides when I enter the room, but sat not far opposite me the other day. Progress! Infinitesimal, but there.

Jacky82020 on 03/27/2022:

Probably HoP’s piggies would like this!

Maria7 on 03/27/2022:
Have you ever tried 'broccoli slaw'? It is real good, especially with a little of the shredded carrots and a little mayo added to it. Yum.

Jacky82020 on 03/27/2022:
No, but I will! Thanks!

happy-1 on 03/27/2022:
I do lots of the slaw mix too. Bulk bags. I love them with chipotle ranch.

Jacky82020 on 03/27/2022:
Sounds delish!

Jacky82020 on 03/30/2022:
Chipotle ranch sounds delish, but salt & fatty. I fell in love with the Taco Bell Crispy Chicken tacos and their chipotle sauce. 120cal per 2 T serving. Not much when I make humongous salads.

Tried making my own variation. Bought powdered chipotle and some in a little jar. Didn’t even know chipotle is a type of chili pepper!

Mixing it with light sour cream. OK, but not as tasty as theirs. Salad dressings are killers when it comes to salt and fat and god knows what.

horn_of_plenty on 03/27/2022:
i enjoy the angel hair cole slaw...easier to cook/faster and thinner so easier to eat / take on flavor of any dressing or other flavors. :) now you excite me into sauteeing the rest of my cabbage tomorrow night!

Jacky82020 on 03/27/2022:
Used to love stir fried cabbage, but got old. Will return to it at some future date I’m sure

horn_of_plenty on 03/27/2022:
piggies cannot have cabbage types of foods / cruciferous...it will lead them to bloating and health problems!

but I LOVE those veggies!

Aw…..poor piggies. They have the best piggie mom ever.

horn_of_plenty on 03/27/2022:

Jacky82020 on 03/27/2022:
Yep! I found lots I’d waste when buying whole cabbages, broccoli, cauliflower etc. Greatly prefer frozen or these bags. I’m lazy!

horn_of_plenty on 03/28/2022:
yes, these bags and frozen items are more convenient; especially as the chopping is already done!

i sure love my piggies.

Donkey on 03/28/2022:
My favorite is red wine vinegar (white is OK, too). I wholeheartedly second the suggestion of broccoli-slaw too, if you like raw broccoli. Has lots of nutrition, and a change of texture and taste.

Having been outside and almost (?) feral, I'd say it's a good sign that Marble chooses to remain indoors. Maybe it's thinking that being a domesticated cat isn't such a bad life after all.

Maria7 on 03/29/2022:
Green Giant Broccoli Slaw is what I buy...had some yesterday...good....I mixed in a little matchsticks carrots and mayo with it...

legcramps on 03/30/2022:
I have to tell you that you inspired me to eat a salad this week...I noted on today's post that it didn't kill me, so that's good. I'm okay with veggies, but salads sometimes kick my butt re: digestion!

Jacky82020 on 03/30/2022:
Horrors! Don’t get sick over it. I strongly feel there are no foods without equivalents. Nothing sacred about nothing

This is Blue, a male Blue Dragon Peacock cichlid,  & a little friend.   he's really happy King Fish is gone!

So I made progress  but did not finish the taxes.   I do not like the way Merrill Lynch does tax documents.  Far more complicated than the ones from TD Ameritrade.   Think I will transfer the ML account to TD & hope they give me a bonus.   I only opened the ML account to get a 1K bonus.   when I told the TD guy that, he said he would have given me 1K to stay.   I hope that still stands!

The iRS gifed me with a huge envelope of forms!  Yuk!  Did  2-3 hours yesterday & will resume today.   At least the state & local will be simple once the Feds is done.

This is King Fish. He now resides in solitary confinement for his refusal to stop bullying the new little cichlids.  HRM is a Red Dragon Peacock cichlid.   I put him at the end of a tub seldom used.   The other fish are much more active now that he's gone.

Been eating a lot of salad lately.  Using  the prepared mix of iceberg, red cabbage & carrots, adding a big tomato and lots of low cal dressing.   Probably around 50 Cals. Will boil some eggs later for a little staying power.   a great addition to my regular diet.

Progress as of today: 11.2 lbs lost so far, only 3.8 lbs to go!

Maria7 on 03/07/2022:
Salads are good. I had lettuce and tomato salad today. King Fish is adorable! Very pretty!

Jacky82020 on 03/07/2022:
Thank you. Fortunately these fish do fine by themselves, not social animals

I found some good Skinny Girl salad dressings

bearcountrygg on 03/08/2022:
So King Fish is getting a time out? Will he be able to return to life as he knew it? Will he get another chance on appeal? Tax day here again today as well......

Jacky82020 on 03/08/2022:
Poor King Fish can’t be trusted in polite society, so he’s in for life. He doesn’t seem to mind.

Hate doing the taxes!

bearcountrygg on 03/08/2022:
Now he is truly King of his own domain.......strutting around being the boss.........I hate taxes too..........I'm going in now.....and will be in isolation for the duration....LOL

Jacky82020 on 03/08/2022:
He’s the King of a sunken pirate ship and a few fake ficus vines.

I haven’t started yet on the taxes. No idea if I’ll owe or get a refund. Usually it’s owe. Sad!

Donkey on 03/08/2022:
He's a beautiful fish.

Jacky82020 on 03/08/2022:
At least he gets to stare at his reflection in the glass all day, the little orange narcissist

horn_of_plenty on 03/09/2022:
BEAUTIFUL closeups of your fish! love the details of the fins.

yeah, the fed part is the biggest part to do.

Jacky82020 on 03/09/2022:
I actually bought a used Google Pixel 5 phone on Amazon because I know this guy who gets stellar closeup fish pics, haven’t had much time to play with it The phone has no carrier, to be used as cam only

Donkey on 03/09/2022:
If you "clean up" your posts, I hope you will leave the photos of these fish. They are so beautiful - yes, even Mr. King Fish.

Jacky82020 on 03/09/2022:
I’m gonna put up better pics of my fish! Someday. Been working on it for months, but I guess not good enough. Fish photography is a whole different animal than pointing and shooting other subjects with a cell, although I see two guys using phones far better than I can. You’re shooting through water & glass & getting all kinds of reflections that can be minimized with sufficient skill. I am determined to improve!

I have fallen in love with Blue and his Friend!!! OH!!! HOW GORGEOUS!!!! I had to separate a bully hen from the other hens and she ended up with her own special coop and she became my favorite hen as she was a 'people person' but disliked other chickens! I miss all the chickens we had that I gave away when we were too sick to keep on tending them, but most especially her. Her name was Speckles.

Jacky82020 on 03/11/2022:

When Mama was still living at her nursing home, sometimes I would take her to the lobby where they had a GIANT fish tank with many very beautiful fish in it and she just loved sitting there in her wheelchair and watching them. We loved them all.

Weight: 107.8

Another article saying the covid virus targets fat cells.   Obesity long known to be #1 risk factor for people <60

Hit lowest weight in many years, 107.8!     This not a lifelong low, always 100-105 in late teens & twenties.   This weight makes me feel peppy & energetic.

Thw WW scale arrived, but I've been too busy with tank  projects to set it up.   I watched the nocturnal pink salamanders a few nights on a wildlife cam connected to the iPad and confirmed the male is after the girl constantly and she never gets any rest.   She spawns constantly & I'm reading all this can stress a female to death, so I set up a new 20 G tank and seperated her from the male.   All this took hours.

Had to return to Walmart for a few forgotten items.   So starving that I ate nearly half a container of cherry tomatoes in the car on the way home.

Love articles like this that say best to do as I am doing!

Progress as of today: 26.2 lbs lost so far, only 2.8 lbs to go!

bearcountrygg on 11/28/2021:
Those cherry tomatoes...we eat a lot of those here too......WOW...a new low weight!!!! Happy for you.....Have fun setting your new scale up!!!!

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
We just did it! I’m 4 people now! LOL. Almost positive it has algorithms for all the metrics except fat, based upon weight & age. It is going to assume 80 yr me lost bone & muscle mass & 20 yr. old me is mightier. Idk really.

Donkey on 11/28/2021:
Oh my, what an adventure with your fish tanks! I hope the separation helps your girl.

Wow, congratulations on your new low!!!!! I'm happy for you - happy, proud, impressed! :-)

Thank you for sharing the short article on COVID & obesity. Being obese seems to put a body behind the 8-ball in so many situations :-(

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Thanks, Donk.

She was out in the open last night. vs cowering in a hide, Yay!

So much of what ails us is lifestyle.

happy-1 on 11/28/2021:
I don’t get why we don’t treat childhood obesity as a sign of neglect. It impacts us as adults so much… can’t ever make up that health impact as an adult.

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Interfering with parental rights/choices is highly problematic. I’d imagine pediatricians counsel parents & it mostly falls upon deaf ears.

I know fat kids who lost it & are fine. I’m married to one & he is an incredible fitness buff, strenuous cardio & weights.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
good eats on Friday and nice job working on eating better. sometimes it takes the body a few days to regulate itself before losing weight, especially if you start your weight loss plan after high cal days, your body has to burn all that off first!

Your axie caves are sounding creative. i want to see more of your axie pics.

also, please post a pic of your new WW scale...

I cannot believe your stores weren't crowded on black friday. i was not interested in going out on that day.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
.8 loss is a lot. nice job sticking with your goals.

I want photos of all your new fitness spree/gifts to yourself that you talk about in these entries with your review after you use them!

you know, i hadn't looked at your weight until this entry, wow,you lost a few pounds so quickly. opposite of my style! :) I was just around 100-105 in my teens but then got into disordered eating and screwed up my always being in the 10th percentile 10% for weight as a kid based on my height. starting senior year of high school i think i gained like 10lbs almost. i think i was like 110 at prom, compared to starting the year at like 103. I was maybe even heavier before prom by a couple pounds, not sure. gained my weight thru sweets, cookies, cereals lol. then gained more thru college first two years! then got back on track but lost it too quickly and lost my "TOM" for like 2 years.

it's good you could snack on cherry tomatoes, lol...will read your articles soon. it's good to find support of your lifestyle, agreed.

for what i do, i just know whenver i want to really indulge, to find the veggies, lol. but i also love all my snacky foods. currently i'd say i'm low protein / less protein. such a far cry from my 20's to early 30's when i was heavy on the low carb but also binged a lot on carbs during my heavy years.

I can lose a pound a week when I work at it. Had to laugh when the PCP said don’t lose more than 2 a week. Never could! And he said don’t go under a 100. Probably couldn’t if I wanted to & don’t. The normal weight range for my slight stature is 100-127.

Losing a pound a week generally involves eating ~1000 calories a day & burning off half.

How fast did you lose & how thin did you get? I’ve only ever heard of anorexics losing TOM & some elite athletes who maintain weights way below their normal range.

Is that top ic of the girl thinking she had better just hide out in the cave in case tht BOY comes back....or is it the boy pouting? LOL....Where did you ever find that dog toy????

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
LOL! She doesn’t trust him not to escape the tank next door & climb in hers.

Found axie on Amazon! Where else!

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
lol, you even have a plush axie for your pups, that's adorable!

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
It’s for me. LOL. They’d have it destroyed in under an hour.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
the real pink axie is adorable!

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Isn’t she sweet? Boy looks identical.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:

bearcountrygg on 11/28/2021:

Sally says 1 year of marriage is enough to last a life time!

Horn_of_plenty on 11/29/2021:
i think i went from around 130 down to 110 or approx a little lower in under a year. also i did a lot of low fat, not enough fat. i remember my hair got a little brittle. i just did it wrong and too fast / not a great diet. it was my first time ever losing a bit of weight. i was always thin as a kid, gained due to lots of overeating from ages 17-19, then progrssed to lose it from 20 that college year...from like sept-May i lost the 20lbs at least, prob closer to 25. for my body, it was too fast. Also i was doing lots of exercise.

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
20 pounds in < a year is not a rapid weight loss for a woman of your size going from high average to lower average, I’m 5’1” & the typical range is 100-127. So I have stepped onside normal. but never by much.

I suspect other factors were in play. I’ve never heard of such extreme reactions as those you describe. And I’ve personally known or known of hundreds & hundreds of people losing weight.

That said, everyone is different & your metabolism may very well require very gradual changes. Doesn’t much matter now. You have mastered the arts of healthy eating & exercise & won’t ever go beyond your current excellent weight. You’ll be like the Blue Zone folks & live a long disease free life. You have found inner strength. Go HoP!

Horn_of_plenty on 11/29/2021:
and between the losses, of course i was bingeing here and there. it wasn't just a loss all right away - prob all of sept and october was steps forward, then backwards. got a real handle on it by mid semester!

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
Yay! You resolved it quickly!

Maria7 on 11/30/2021:
Congratulations to you and hope you have a happy day.

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
Thanks! Hope your days go well too,

Horn_of_plenty on 11/30/2021:
the loss was a shock to my body. went to spluging for 2 years to severely limiting food. many 1200 days. my body wasn't used to it, so it was a shock to my body, reason for the loss of period, etc. i'm sure there are other young woman this happens to. plus i did lots of cardio....it was just all slightly overdone when my body wasn't used to it.

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
Like a great man once said All’s well that ends well! You’re doing great!

(CR & Cardio & Exercise)
Weight: 108.0

Finally saw a .8 pd weight loss overnight after a full week of strick CR.   Ate maybe 750 calories yesteday &  burned off at least half.

Excited about the WW scale.   It accommodates 4 users.   So there will be 4 of me, a 20 yr old, 40, 60 & 80.  All bogus.   This is to see if they are using algorithms to calculate their metrics.  I had a scale that worked that way years ago.   One entered age & height and it used those.  No idea how this scale works, too busy lately to google.

After we left Walmart, Matt mentioned he saw a Black Friday Charge 4 Fitbit down $99 to 69.  Wish he had said so sooner!   I have a fkaly Charge 3.  I ordered it online & it can be picked up after 11 today.

Progress as of today: 26 lbs lost so far, only 3 lbs to go!

Thanks! I’ll enjoy it while it lasts. Been thinking about fast food all morning.

Saw the Garmin with the Body Battery. Does it extrapolate energy levels from your sleep numbers & heart rate?

happy-1 on 11/27/2021:
Yes. Forerunner 245 at minimum to include oxygenation and respiration. The only sensors it is missing is hydration and body temp which I get from Hdrop and their Garmin connect app. Plus you can add on gear to measure cycling power. It is amazing. It has changed my life.

Jacky82020 on 11/27/2021:
Oh, that’s interesting. Didn’t know a wrist pulse ox existed. I have a few finger ones here. I don’t understand how it could measure hydration, will take a closer look.

Donkey on 11/27/2021:
I look forward to hearing about your new scale!!! How long will you use your fake users? Will it change your viewpoint to use it for yourself?

I have an FitBit Alta -- 2, I think? I like it but when it starts to konk out on me, I may switch to Garmin like Husband and Happy. IDK, right now it works so I don't have to think about it.

Let us know about the scale!

Jacky82020 on 11/27/2021:
I just ran outside & checked. Not here! Sometimes Amazon emails pics of porch as soon as a package arrives, but not always.

Not sure if 4 fakes me’s will become integrated into one real me. Depends on how much hassle to switch users & how my 4 girls are doing. LOL

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
lol, just coming by to say that's a very juicy looking steak below! and quite thick too! will be back with more comments later today, i'm not done with you!
