Frustrating, but your pictures are coming through on the individual entries. I'm wondering if I should type DROOL on every picture of the rowing machine, lol ;-)

The weight machine you have in this picture is a very nice apparatus to have in a home gym. I can see that it's commercial quality.

This is a better pic.  Weight slowly ticking down.   totally unrealistic of me to think I could hit 120 by the end of the month.   But for sure by end of the following month. I think that's a modest goal. Not sure about 115 by 1/1/21, but soon thereafter.  No quitting this time!    Knee is on the mend, acute pain gone, deep ache lingers, Going to try the NuStep.   Saw it in on some TV show where they exercised and properly feed some overweight person with miraculous results. They showed the efforts from 6-12 months as I recall. Anyways I had to have the machine.   Cost $4,000 plus shipping which was high. Never liked it!  Typically used in Physical Therapy facilities for rehab etc.  Depressing to even look at!   Knowing someday I'll be old and feeble and need it.   one can get a good full body workout, or do light exercise. All in all an interesting machine, but regret the purchase. I'll try to take a pic.

No need to push it. You do so much muscle work that the scale will reflect that since muscle weighs more than fat.

You don't necessarily get feeble or frail when you are old. I've known very fit people in their 90's.

Great to hear! I wanna be one of those! My legs are rock hard from all the hours everyday on the recumbent bike. I use a high tension. This NuSrep does work the arms, but I found it difficult to concentrate on reading while moving the legs and arms. Probably I couldn’t walk and chew gum at the same time.

There had been warnings about Craigs list at the time and apparently there were people that were using Craigs list to plan break in's so we just ended up putting the things out on garbage day because there were people that came around looking for metal ( our house couldn't be seen from the road there.....hopefully someone did take them)...we never knew. I had something that also had the arm exerciser built in and that was one of the things that we put out. You could always listen to audio books......I like to watch youtube videos while exercising.

There are some real flaky goings on at Craig’s list. Many honest listings too. We found our beautiful pug/fFrenchie mix there. I would rather haul something to the dumps or donate to the Goodwill than have ppl coming here. Our old house had a once a year free pickup of all you could haul to the curb. People circled the neighborhood like vultures and took almost everything the nite before. One guy had the audacity to bang on my door and ask if we still had the mirror that went with this junky old vanity. And my husband, Mr. Nice Guy, went up to the attic and found it for him. Lol.

My gym has either this or something very similar to this. I think the brand is Octane, but it's the same movement mechanism. I have never tried it.

There are quite a few cardio machines at the gym that I haven't tried, but I know what I like so that's what I do. Is that wrong, do you think?

Please do be careful with the knee, even if you're feeling better. Perhaps one more day of rest and ice?

Think you hit the nail on the head, Donkey, it is different from what I’ve ever done. Another day of rest sounds great!!! Thanks, had that old afghan for years. Think it came from an estate auction.

Yes, Jacky, be very careful with your knee!

My husband is nearly 72 and very fit. He goes for a 15 mile bike ride (outside) every morning at 7am no matter what the weather.

Great balls of Fire! How can he do that in the snow? My husband did all his running outside when we lived in California, but now it’s all treadmill and elliptical for him & the spinner.
