Another article saying the covid virus targets fat cells.   Obesity long known to be #1 risk factor for people <60

Hit lowest weight in many years, 107.8!     This not a lifelong low, always 100-105 in late teens & twenties.   This weight makes me feel peppy & energetic.

Thw WW scale arrived, but I've been too busy with tank  projects to set it up.   I watched the nocturnal pink salamanders a few nights on a wildlife cam connected to the iPad and confirmed the male is after the girl constantly and she never gets any rest.   She spawns constantly & I'm reading all this can stress a female to death, so I set up a new 20 G tank and seperated her from the male.   All this took hours.

Had to return to Walmart for a few forgotten items.   So starving that I ate nearly half a container of cherry tomatoes in the car on the way home.

Love articles like this that say best to do as I am doing!

 https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2011/p0711_sodiumpotassiumdiet.html

Progress as of today: 26.2 lbs lost so far, only 2.8 lbs to go!

bearcountrygg on 11/28/2021:
Those cherry tomatoes...we eat a lot of those here too......WOW...a new low weight!!!! Happy for you.....Have fun setting your new scale up!!!!

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
We just did it! I’m 4 people now! LOL. Almost positive it has algorithms for all the metrics except fat, based upon weight & age. It is going to assume 80 yr me lost bone & muscle mass & 20 yr. old me is mightier. Idk really.

Donkey on 11/28/2021:
Oh my, what an adventure with your fish tanks! I hope the separation helps your girl.

Wow, congratulations on your new low!!!!! I'm happy for you - happy, proud, impressed! :-)

Thank you for sharing the short article on COVID & obesity. Being obese seems to put a body behind the 8-ball in so many situations :-(

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Thanks, Donk.

She was out in the open last night. vs cowering in a hide, Yay!

So much of what ails us is lifestyle.

happy-1 on 11/28/2021:
I don’t get why we don’t treat childhood obesity as a sign of neglect. It impacts us as adults so much… can’t ever make up that health impact as an adult.

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Interfering with parental rights/choices is highly problematic. I’d imagine pediatricians counsel parents & it mostly falls upon deaf ears.

I know fat kids who lost it & are fine. I’m married to one & he is an incredible fitness buff, strenuous cardio & weights.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
good eats on Friday and nice job working on eating better. sometimes it takes the body a few days to regulate itself before losing weight, especially if you start your weight loss plan after high cal days, your body has to burn all that off first!

Your axie caves are sounding creative. i want to see more of your axie pics.

also, please post a pic of your new WW scale...

I cannot believe your stores weren't crowded on black friday. i was not interested in going out on that day.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
.8 loss is a lot. nice job sticking with your goals.

I want photos of all your new fitness spree/gifts to yourself that you talk about in these entries with your review after you use them!

you know, i hadn't looked at your weight until this entry, wow,you lost a few pounds so quickly. opposite of my style! :) I was just around 100-105 in my teens but then got into disordered eating and screwed up my always being in the 10th percentile 10% for weight as a kid based on my height. starting senior year of high school i think i gained like 10lbs almost. i think i was like 110 at prom, compared to starting the year at like 103. I was maybe even heavier before prom by a couple pounds, not sure. gained my weight thru sweets, cookies, cereals lol. then gained more thru college first two years! then got back on track but lost it too quickly and lost my "TOM" for like 2 years.

it's good you could snack on cherry tomatoes, lol...will read your articles soon. it's good to find support of your lifestyle, agreed.

for what i do, i just know whenver i want to really indulge, to find the veggies, lol. but i also love all my snacky foods. currently i'd say i'm low protein / less protein. such a far cry from my 20's to early 30's when i was heavy on the low carb but also binged a lot on carbs during my heavy years.

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
I can lose a pound a week when I work at it. Had to laugh when the PCP said don’t lose more than 2 a week. Never could! And he said don’t go under a 100. Probably couldn’t if I wanted to & don’t. The normal weight range for my slight stature is 100-127.

Losing a pound a week generally involves eating ~1000 calories a day & burning off half.

How fast did you lose & how thin did you get? I’ve only ever heard of anorexics losing TOM & some elite athletes who maintain weights way below their normal range.

bearcountrygg on 11/28/2021:
Is that top ic of the girl thinking she had better just hide out in the cave in case tht BOY comes back....or is it the boy pouting? LOL....Where did you ever find that dog toy????

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
LOL! She doesn’t trust him not to escape the tank next door & climb in hers.

Found axie on Amazon! Where else!

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
lol, you even have a plush axie for your pups, that's adorable!

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
It’s for me. LOL. They’d have it destroyed in under an hour.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
the real pink axie is adorable!

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Isn’t she sweet? Boy looks identical.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
yeah, how in the world did you find the plush axie!?

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Amazon of course!

bearcountrygg on 11/28/2021:
Awwwww...She is so cute....if I was her...I wouldn't trust him either!!!

Jacky82020 on 11/28/2021:
Sally says 1 year of marriage is enough to last a life time!

Horn_of_plenty on 11/29/2021:
i think i went from around 130 down to 110 or approx a little lower in under a year. also i did a lot of low fat, not enough fat. i remember my hair got a little brittle. i just did it wrong and too fast / not a great diet. it was my first time ever losing a bit of weight. i was always thin as a kid, gained due to lots of overeating from ages 17-19, then progrssed to lose it from 20 that college year...from like sept-May i lost the 20lbs at least, prob closer to 25. for my body, it was too fast. Also i was doing lots of exercise.

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
20 pounds in < a year is not a rapid weight loss for a woman of your size going from high average to lower average, I’m 5’1” & the typical range is 100-127. So I have stepped onside normal. but never by much.

I suspect other factors were in play. I’ve never heard of such extreme reactions as those you describe. And I’ve personally known or known of hundreds & hundreds of people losing weight.

That said, everyone is different & your metabolism may very well require very gradual changes. Doesn’t much matter now. You have mastered the arts of healthy eating & exercise & won’t ever go beyond your current excellent weight. You’ll be like the Blue Zone folks & live a long disease free life. You have found inner strength. Go HoP!

Horn_of_plenty on 11/29/2021:
and between the losses, of course i was bingeing here and there. it wasn't just a loss all right away - prob all of sept and october was steps forward, then backwards. got a real handle on it by mid semester!

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
Yay! You resolved it quickly!

Maria7 on 11/30/2021:
Congratulations to you and hope you have a happy day.

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
Thanks! Hope your days go well too,

Horn_of_plenty on 11/30/2021:
the loss was a shock to my body. went to spluging for 2 years to severely limiting food. many 1200 days. my body wasn't used to it, so it was a shock to my body, reason for the loss of period, etc. i'm sure there are other young woman this happens to. plus i did lots of cardio....it was just all slightly overdone when my body wasn't used to it.

Jacky82020 on 11/30/2021:
Like a great man once said All’s well that ends well! You’re doing great!

(CR & Cardio & Exercise)
Weight: 108.0

Finally saw a .8 pd weight loss overnight after a full week of strick CR.   Ate maybe 750 calories yesteday &  burned off at least half.

Excited about the WW scale.   It accommodates 4 users.   So there will be 4 of me, a 20 yr old, 40, 60 & 80.  All bogus.   This is to see if they are using algorithms to calculate their metrics.  I had a scale that worked that way years ago.   One entered age & height and it used those.  No idea how this scale works, too busy lately to google.

After we left Walmart, Matt mentioned he saw a Black Friday Charge 4 Fitbit down $99 to 69.  Wish he had said so sooner!   I have a fkaly Charge 3.  I ordered it online & it can be picked up after 11 today.

Progress as of today: 26 lbs lost so far, only 3 lbs to go!

happy-1 on 11/27/2021:
Congratulations!!!

Jacky82020 on 11/27/2021:
Thanks! I’ll enjoy it while it lasts. Been thinking about fast food all morning.

Saw the Garmin with the Body Battery. Does it extrapolate energy levels from your sleep numbers & heart rate?

happy-1 on 11/27/2021:
Yes. Forerunner 245 at minimum to include oxygenation and respiration. The only sensors it is missing is hydration and body temp which I get from Hdrop and their Garmin connect app. Plus you can add on gear to measure cycling power. It is amazing. It has changed my life.

Jacky82020 on 11/27/2021:
Oh, that’s interesting. Didn’t know a wrist pulse ox existed. I have a few finger ones here. I don’t understand how it could measure hydration, will take a closer look.

Donkey on 11/27/2021:
I look forward to hearing about your new scale!!! How long will you use your fake users? Will it change your viewpoint to use it for yourself?

I have an FitBit Alta -- 2, I think? I like it but when it starts to konk out on me, I may switch to Garmin like Husband and Happy. IDK, right now it works so I don't have to think about it.

Let us know about the scale!

Jacky82020 on 11/27/2021:
I just ran outside & checked. Not here! Sometimes Amazon emails pics of porch as soon as a package arrives, but not always.

Not sure if 4 fakes me’s will become integrated into one real me. Depends on how much hassle to switch users & how my 4 girls are doing. LOL

Horn_of_plenty on 11/28/2021:
lol, just coming by to say that's a very juicy looking steak below! and quite thick too! will be back with more comments later today, i'm not done with you!

Jacky82020 - Friday Nov 26, 2021
(CR & Cardio & Exercise)
Weight: 108.8

Went to Walmart at 10.   No crowd whatsoever!   Same as any other Friday.   Had to get everything inside.   No slots available until late today when I tried to schedule on Tuesday.   Then went to Lowe's to buy PCV pipe to make axie caves.   Got some small poinsettias for 2 for $3.   Not really crowded there, maybe a little more than usual.

No fast food lunch out today.   Concerned drive-through lines would be too long, plus I have to atone for that big piece of cake.

Somewhat disappointed that I've been starving myself all week & haven't lost an ounce in 3 days.   But haven't gained ether.   Ok, so not 100% starving.   Broke down during a nocturnal Chicago Med binge & had a big piece of frozen red velvet cake.   Vegetables only for dinner, that Normandy Blend.   Very few calories in a plateful.  Fiber One & coffee with protein mix during the day.

Can't wait to get my WW scale tomorrow!   Due from Amazon.

Progress as of today: 25.2 lbs lost so far, only 3.8 lbs to go!

coffee&calories on 11/26/2021:
I totally feel you in that frustration! I bet your body is readjusting things and you’ll get a big drop out of the blue. I think I’ve heard the term called the whoosh effect.

Jacky82020 on 11/26/2021:
Could be or maybe I need to take a big dump! LOL

bearcountrygg on 11/26/2021:
Restriction causes cravings of the things that really aren't the body's cravings....and too, much fiber can literally get stuck in the gut.....I wrote about it today...and I had to get off the "diet" merry go round....and I feel more free than I have felt in years......I could feel my shoulders drop down to where they belong....they had spent way too mush time up around my ears lately.......It is also possible that you are not getting enough calories....

Jacky82020 on 11/26/2021:
40 gms of the type of grain fiber in Fiber One & the hi fiber English muffins work for me, have gone that way many years. Prone to constipation & long aware it reduces risk of colon cancer. There is another kind of fiber, can’t recall name, that made me nauseated.

Think my rationale differs from most people concerned about their weight. I am after disease risk reduction & longevity, not looking skinny in jeans. Love those Blue Zone diets! Shocking how much of what ails us is lifestyle.

happy-1 on 11/26/2021:
Yum! Cake!

Donkey on 11/26/2021:
I get constipated when I eat too much fiber. Oh I just can't win, can I?

I can't wait to hear about your new scale either -- a new toy!!

Jacky82020 on 11/26/2021:
Any kind of particular fiber? I’m fine with whole grain fiber like Fiber One.

Yep! Excited about getting the scale. An Amazon fulfillment center recently opened in town & sometimes I get stuff overnight, but not this one.

HAPPY!   This is the Air Fryer I really love!   Sometimes wish I got the red instead of Eggplant

Woke up at 4. Tried falling back asleep for nearly an hour, but couldn't.   So turned on light and am on the iPad.   Matt should  be up soon & then I'll grab some coffee and hop on the bike. Failed to pass 20k Fitbit steps yesterday.   Wanted 30K, but too many things to do.

Nothing special for Thanksgiving here.   Family & friends far away.   Will air fry a steak for Mark & bake him a potatoe in the microwave.  Will stir fry my beloved Normandy Blend vegetables & eat only that for dinner. Don't like beef much & only really like the air fried potatoe wedges.

Can't wait to get the new WW scale!   and look into all the fancy things it claims to do. Should arrive Friday.

Progress as of today: 25.2 lbs lost so far, only 3.8 lbs to go!

bearcountrygg on 11/25/2021:
Happy Thanksgiving.

Jacky82020 on 11/25/2021:
Right back at ya, kid!

Matt is up, I’m on the bike reading the newspapers.

We need to stabilize a tank base with 2x4’s. Not sure if there’s enough around & fairly certain Lowe’s is closed. Probably everything is but restaurants.

It will be interesting to see how crowded Walmart is tomorrow around 8 or 9. They open at 5 & people line up in advance for bargains, so it may be ok by then. If not, we’ll leave. Hate crowds, long before covid.

Donkey on 11/25/2021:
Happy Thanksgiving! Having a low-key holiday is special for me. Yes, I miss everyone (sort of - IDK), but I'm glad just to be home.

We're having beef for our dinner too. Just not really big on turkey. I like cold turkey sandwiches, but they aren't a favorite. I didn't want to deal with days on end of leftover turkey.

I have a fancy scale - "Ironman" brand - but it weighs me about a pound heavier than my original scale, so I don't use it. Husband does though, so it's not a waste.

Jacky82020 on 11/25/2021:
Gonna have to check out Ironman! Amazon is very good on free returns. Should I like yours better.

happy-1 on 11/25/2021:
Air fry steak? Post a photo of that!!!! I figure I will get my dad an air fryer for Christmas. Any advice?

Jacky82020 on 11/25/2021:
Yes! It comes out perfectly! No fuss, no muss. About 5 minutes per side for a one pd steak. This is for rare. Be careful, unless you like them well done. You can always add a few minutes, but can’t take away overcooked.

I have 2 Air Fryers. A $60 Bella one from Ollie’s & a bigger one with shelves from eBay. Believe it cost less. Love it! And it’s purple! Came in many colors. Refurbished. But looks 100% new, all original packaging etc,

I’ve seen the same PowerXL (eBay) at Walmart for. $129. Gonna check for you now & see if I can find that eBay seller .

Horn_of_plenty on 11/25/2021:
Happy Thanksgiving! I LOVE seeing that image with all the smiling fruit and veggies!

I like the eggplant AF!

also, i can't wait to hear more about your new WW scale. i see you posted a bit about it down there below. i have a glass scale too, but it's not WW and it's basic, but it workss!

Jacky82020 on 11/25/2021:
Thanks, I always wish I bought the other color on many things.

Looking now at the Ironman scale Donkey has. Pricey. See pic at top.

Donk, which one do you have ?

happy-1 on 11/25/2021:
The ironman scale is super expensive. The garmin scale helps true up the stats from the watch… plus the bodyfat reading keeps me from despair as I gain weight. At least it’s not all fat

Jacky82020 on 11/25/2021:
Yeah, I was surprised at how expensive Ironman is. More than the Heath O Meter triple beam balm balance.

Sounds like you have a very excellent scale there! The WW does fat too. But I know nothing of the accuracy

happy-1 on 11/25/2021:
I guess a big one with shelves makes sense. I don’t see myself buying 2

Jacky82020 on 11/25/2021:
Saw the second larger capacity one with shelves after purchasing the smaller Ollie’s AF. Loved it so much I bought the bigger one. I’ll probably wind up donating the first someday. Have all the instructions etc. Useless to me now.

Donkey on 11/25/2021:
My Ironman scale looks more like the one on the right, but it's not that one. For one thing, I paid about half as much, at least. I don't have a model number but found "BC-553" on the front. The scale is about 15 years old. It measures weight to the 0.2, muscle mass, fat %, water %, bone density, metabolic age. I think that's it, I think?

Hope that helps!

Jacky82020 on 11/25/2021:
Thanks, Donk!

happy-1 on 11/26/2021:
I am going to have dreams about that steak, ty!

Jacky82020 on 11/26/2021:
We get them at a small local Italian market. Less than half the price of other grocery stores.

Jacky82020 - Wednesday Nov 24, 2021
(CR & Cardio & Exercise)
Weight: 108.8

So now Matt is saying the WW scale in the gym is the best one & he only uses the Heath O Meter to weigh the dogs.   LOL.   Will check Amazon & Walmart for it.

Undermined all yesterday's steps by eating too many shortbread cookies around 1 AM when I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep for hours.  My bad! But only up .2 pd.   Was reading about the Fitbit Aria scale I have at the Fitbit Community.  Endless reports of it's unreliability, weights popping up & down inexplicably, in what sounded like reasonable ranges for individuals who are not over weight.   Oddly, everyone blamed the scale & not fluid retention etc.  Matt says his scale, a Health-O-Meter digital scale is highly reliable & I will probably buy another for my bathroom.

The Bluetooth link from the Fitbit scale failed months ago,  so it no longer goes to the iPad app.   I'm back to my old ways of recording my daily weight on a large 1 year laminated calendar taped to the bathroom door.   primitive as it may be, I greatly prefer it to the app.   At a glance, I can see where I was 3 years back on a given day, not to mention yesterday or last week.   I use wet erase markers.

Estimating I ate 1500 Cals yesterday & burned about half.   Going to look into an activity tracker that does cycling.   May be interesting.

Progress as of today: 25.2 lbs lost so far, only 3.8 lbs to go!

bearcountrygg on 11/24/2021:
That's it for me......a fiend a very long time ago told me to pick a weight...weigh in first thing in the morning and eat what I wanted as long as I'm on that or below......If I'm over it....then eat less that day........I'm back at the daily weigh ins and I can see her point.....too easy..no stress. I've put my notebook away and I'm winging it now and I felt the tension just drop from my shoulders when I made the decision.

Jacky82020 on 11/24/2021:
It’s just so easy to write it on the 3X2’ year wall calendar for me, right after my AM weigh in. All there smack it my face 24/7 . A constant reminder of a job well done or time to eat less & exercise more. Been doing that calendar for ~6 yrs, except for when I went to the Fitbit Aria that once connected to the iPad app.

See that Amazon & Walmart have the digital Heath O Meter that Matt likes for ~ $20. The same company also makes triple beam balances. Hmmm….

happy-1 on 11/24/2021:
Sounds like a great opportunity to buy a Garmin scale ;)

Jacky82020 on 11/24/2021:
Already ordered WW! See above, will post pic now.

Jacky82020 - Tuesday Nov 23, 2021
(CR & Cardio & Exercise)
Weight: 108.6

Done for the day!   Hope my toes don't fall off!

Racking up the steps today!  Focusing on peddling/walking faster.    & spending less time at the fish forum.  Typing slows down my pace.

Snacks for later inspired by Bear.  Not sure of Cals, has to be very low.   Matt has exactly the same boring lunch everyday, except when we do fast food drive thru on weekends.  He always has 1 slice of cheddar, 1 slice of deli meat & cherry or grape tomatoes.   Last week he inadvertently bought 2 bags of tomatoes.

Went down a full pound overnight, but it's only a mirage.   No way a diet reboot creates a 3500 calorie deficit that fast.  The rapid weight loss always happens with me early on & I'm actually better hydrated because I drink more liquids when not eating food during the day.  But has to be some fluid related thing.

Had 300 Cals during the day & ~700 during my nocturnal TV binge:  two grilled cheese sandwiches (air fryer) and 4 rice cakes with sugar free blackberry jam.  I never did get a handle on how many calories 20K Fitbit steps burn.   Every calorie display I have is bogus, except the treadmill.  A mile is 100 burned Cals, higher at an incline.   Best guess is I burned 500 yesterday.

Ran out of low cal bread & was surprised to see Walmart is closed Thursday. In the past, they closed only for Christmas.  The morning pickup slots were filled for Friday.  Plan is to get up & walk in early, no pickup.   hope it's not super crowded!   will leave if it's bad.

Progress as of today: 25.4 lbs lost so far, only 3.6 lbs to go!

bearcountrygg on 11/23/2021:
Friday is Black friday....plan on it being crowded. I worked with a gal that did what she called cart shopping on black friday......she literally took things from other peoples carts when their backs were turned.......when she bragged about it at work .....crickets.....and everyone turned their backs to her.........Still not sure if she got the message.....

Yep, it’s BF. They line up at the store before it opens. No idea if it’s settled down a few hours later If so, probably still a mob. Funny thing is when we’ve gone in on Saturday most of the BF items were still there, at the same price. I saw some nice stuff cheap, but just didn’t need it. Some woulda made nice Xmas gifts, but my fam & friends are mostly out of town & shipping is costly. I send gift cards or have Amazon send gifts directly to them

I have literally never gone shopping on black friday....I don't like the crowds. It seemed like every year there were actual fights over things and that is not my bag!!! We send checks now......it seems like we all just get things as we need them and our kids would rather have the cash so we do that. They send lottery tickets...

Jacky82020 on 11/23/2021:
I don’t like crowds either!

Someone told me about how ppl take meat on sale from other carts at this big place downtown that has good prices. We only went there once, the drive is too far.

bearcountrygg on 11/23/2021:
Great snack choice.......1 cup celery is 16 cals and 1 cup grape tomatoes is 27

Jacky82020 on 11/23/2021:
Wow! Thanks for saving me the trouble of looking it up. I could eat everything in that pic & it’d be under 50 Cals! Yay!

happy-1 on 11/23/2021:
2 bags of tomatoes isn’t a mistake… it’s delicious!

Jacky82020 on 11/23/2021:
Not a mistake anymore! I’ve been munching on them all morning & may be getting 2 bags a week from now on, if not 3. Tried raw baby carrots last week & hated them. Good stir fried with garlic & paprika powder. But actually purchased for the pot roast. They only had 2 pd bags at the store.

innerpeace on 11/23/2021:
impressive step count!

Jacky82020 on 11/23/2021:
Thanks, and the day is young. Most from a recumbent bike, so a lot easier than walking/jogging/spinner steps.

Horn_of_plenty on 11/23/2021:
wait...that's all matt eats for lunch!

nice to see walmart workers have thanksgiving off :)

Jacky82020 on 11/23/2021:
Yes, but he snacks on bananas & citrus & cookies. A lot. Has a only oatmeal for breakfast on weekdays. But again all the snacks. Sure the snacks add up to more calories than those meager meals. It’s like living with a monkey. Every time I look at that man, he’s peeling a banana. LOL

Yep, Target is closed too.

Donkey on 11/24/2021:
That is a very impressive step-count, even if some/most of them are on the bike. I know that getting to 30,000 is a busy day for me. When I get over 30,000, my feet start to let me know that I've reached that point.

Jacky82020 on 11/24/2021:
I could never do this If I had a regular day job

Maria7 on 11/24/2021:
Veggies look good.

Jacky82020 on 11/24/2021:
They were! Dipped the celery in hot mustard,

Did it! 20K.   my toes are sore!

At 18 K Fitbit steps!  Most from bike.   determined to hit 20K, hopefully more.  300 Cals so far, Fiber One & picking at Matt's air fried frozen battered fish & potato wedges, also cooked in air fryer.   Both 20 minutes at 400 degrees.   Easy!

BEAR!   Since Maria is getting the big ear muffs, would you like Santa to send you this?

Healthy eating to resume today! Starting with a cup of Fiber One when I get hungry.   So far coffee & a dollop of chocolate protein drink only.

Challenging myself to hit my college & 20s weight of 105 by 1/1/22.   Matt has never gone over his college weight.   In fact, for inexplicable reasons he lost 5% of his weight last year.   The internet says an unintentional weight loss of 5% or more may mean cancer.   The CT etc showed no abnormalities & he gradually regained the weight.   very strange!  docs had nothing to say.

Progress as of today: 24.4 lbs lost so far, only 4.6 lbs to go!

bearcountrygg on 11/22/2021:
5% of 200 is only 10 pounds....which really isn't much when all is considered......we can gain 10 pounds in a flash....and 10 can easily come off in slight change in diet...like cutting out a calorie drink. Thankfully it was nothing serious.

Jacky82020 on 11/22/2021:
True enough! But he has a fairly constant diet, same old same old. Easy to gain 10 quickly by overeating. He never does. Wish I could get whatever he had. LOL!

bearcountrygg on 11/22/2021:
The hat is very, very cute....BUT my eyes go directly to the part that goes over the ears....SO...PLEASE tell Santa NO THANK YOU!!!!! LOL

Jacky82020 on 11/22/2021:
LOL LOL LOL

It’s a lump of coal for you, girlie.

coffee&calories on 11/22/2021:
My husbands weight has been crazy consistent too. Probably helps that he literally eats the same more or less everyday. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, almost never snacks and mostly eats the same food. Yup that would help one keep trim over a lifetime :-) not to mention he’s always worked out. Sounds like Matt haha

Jacky82020 on 11/22/2021:
Brothers from another mother! LOL

bearcountrygg on 11/22/2021:
WOW....You did it!!!!

Jacky82020 on 11/22/2021:
And my toes are so sore! Using the microwaveable heating pad if they don’t feel better soon.

happy-1 on 11/24/2021:
If your toes are sore, your shoes are laced wrong or you need an insert… your foot isn’t supposed to slide forward
