And Ohio also gave great advice above - keep track of everything you eat & drink - so that you can see what you are doing & start to make some changes in what you eat & drink in order to lose weight. We can also give you some pointers & advice if you write your foods & drinks here, we can comment on it to help you.
Lastly, make best friends with your VEGETABLES :) veggies are healthy & tasty (especially when you sautee & cook them up nicely). eat them up & they will help you lose weight. Eat much more veggies (I do overeat them on purpose) and less grains & meat. What i'm saying is: eat everything, but veggies should be taking up AT LEAST half your meal.
