Hi Girlies!

Yesterday's images weren't mine, as I stated. They were downloaded from the net. Now, these are mine ! After a 4-hour walk around the city, my body's screaming for a rest. Today is a local holiday so I'm resting. Tomorrow I have tennis, oh yeah!

Now, enjoy the photos, be patient as I have 14 photos below!

SORRY I don't have any of myself this time, but even if I asked my man to take one or two, he kept saying "Later, later" and of course this "later" never happened... My mother was annoyed, too, as you can imagine! I always have some photos of me taken, especially to her (and for my DD girlies of course!)! But I am unable to turn around the camera and take a shot of myself, hahaha that's so vain and ridiculous! :-)

Anyway I was kinda worried not to cross paths with any pickpockets, so I tried to keep the camera always on my wrist, in a safe place... Sometimes I am able to leave it on self-timer somewhere and shoot one photo quickly, but yesterday was impossible. They would have taken it right after I turned around for positioning...

The sardines in bread (rye bread) are tradition on Saint Anthony day's celebrations, they were selling them all over the place, locally prepared in temporary, improvised barracks along with beer, sangria and ginjinha (Portuguese typical sour cherry liquor). :) The sardines were expensive (1,50€/piece, bread incl.) but were very YUMMMYYYY and healthy, as they were salted and grilled on carbon :) I ate 3 of them, I confess. :)

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

Gosh, it looks like so much fun. Your pictures showed how the day progressed from clear sunshine in the sky to night and more partying. Was that fish on the grill in the shot where the people are preparing food? Looks like a "conga line" in the last picture! No pics of you, though???? Hope you had a great time. Rest up for the week and enjoy your day off.

hollybelle on 06/13/2011:
And I had to laugh at those Big Heart shaped glasses! Lots of people had them on. Cute!

hollybelle on 06/13/2011:
Fish sounds good. We do similar at festivals, too. Temporary "booths" of food vendors, etc. Very bad food for the most part. Funnel cakes - basically fried dough all swirled around in hot grease and then sprinkled with powdered sugar!!! Yikes! About the posting menus - can we do it for a lifetime - I don't know - I guess we can. I am beginning to do well again without writing it down, sort of getting in the habit of "knowing" I've eaten between X number of cals and X number of cals, but I know it is too easy to "forget" several hundred cals here and there if I don't do it most of the time. I used to keep a very small notebook and just jot it down in that then transfer to DD, maybe I'll begin that to stay accountable again.

Em17 on 06/13/2011:
Looks awesome =). Have a good day =)

greengirl on 06/13/2011:
Sardines are really good for omega 3 and 6. I eat them tinned every week. Looks like you had a great time at St Anthony's fiesta!! My friend always prays to St Anthony when she loses things. She says he helps her find them.

mcwoo40 on 06/13/2011:
Hiya I'm stalking you again!!!Looks like you had fun at the fiesta.Love the Elton John glasses, did u buy some :)Hope we have a good week

V on 06/13/2011:
LOVE the pics Kat :) I was hoping to see one of you :( Nope just the lady in the window(do you know her?) and the worlds longest conga line :) They decorated your town really nice :) BTW I have never seen Sardines as big as those...WOW You should see the tiny little tin they come in here..LOL

selina on 06/13/2011:
Cool photos. They bring back good memories of Lisbon.... Santo Antonio casamenteiro, hihi. In Brazil, they put his terra cota image of the saint upside down in a corner until you get your wish of a wedding. How crazy is that? Festas juninas are so cool, remind me of winters in Brazil... drinking quentao in the cold weather.

selina on 06/13/2011:
YOU are my DD idol, Kathy!!!! V-8 juice is quite inexpensive here in the US. Drinking V-8 juice is like drinking a glass of virgin Mary, in fact I like to put tabasco in my V-8 juice and put lots of ice in it. Very tasty!

OMG what AMAZING pictures! Makes me want to go n vacation SO badly! Ty so much for sharing!

legcramps on 06/13/2011:
Those are cool pictures! It looks like you must've had so much fun! Enjoy having a day of rest :)

hollybelle on 06/13/2011:
You went to work on the bike!!!! That's wonderful, Kat! From your comments it doesn't sound like it was that bad. How long to get to your work? Was traffic bad? Were you really hot when you got there? I loved your "hihihihihihihi" in there. I am envious you could do this today! Wonderful!

hollybelle on 06/13/2011:
Great - you are slaying those dragons!!!!!

Good morning, Girlies!

It's 11h30 AM, I arrived home an hour ago, LOL. The company party was crazy. I swore AGAIN that I wouldn't go to any more. The place was cool, a disco/restaurant bar (www.delmarecafe.com), of course - next to the ocean shore, with sandy beach and an excellent "massada de peixe com gambas" (translation: pasta w/ boiled fish and shrimps, see the pic below)... but this pretty much covers the positive part.

On the negative part (not only for me but in general!), the music was overall BAD "tucc-tucc" crappy house beat music for the drunk people's extasy... but there were not that many drunks to enjoy that kind of music, as the beer ended BEFORE midnight, the gin-tonic was lacking of gin (they said they had run out of gin, too), and the most annoying part was the ride home - we had company buses available, and I caught one at 1h30 AM.... it took 2,5 hours for the bus to get 1 mile ahead, can you imagine that traffic? People were soooo stupid, the driver had to leave the bus like five times to talk to the car drivers! Geez, it was a nightmare, people looked like zombies (drinking + driving rules!) and no cops could be seen, of course! It's so typical! After getting out of the confusion, the bus reached Lisbon quickly. In the meantime people were talking about taxi night fares, and I got a bit stressed because I only had 20 euros and they were talking about 40-50-60 euros worth lifts. Gosh, then my friend told me to sleep at her house, so I went over to her place and slept with a German girl, LOL... most latino guys' dream would have come true, as I told my man later. LOL...

At a certain point, we were in bed already, more than ready to sleep when the girl turned to me and said: "Can I ask you something?" I replied: "Yes, of course..." Then, the following conversation followed: "I'd like to know your name... because I don't usually sleep with unknown persons, so it would be good to know your name." Hehehehe.... "OK, it's Katalin, and yours?" "Hi Katalin, nice to meet you, I'm Christine." "Good night, Christine, sleep well." "You too, Katalin."

Well, I go to bed now because tonight there's an other party in Lisbon, Festas de Santo António & Marchas Populares:

Saint António is one of the Lisbon's patrons.
He's also the patron of all lovers and known as "Santo António Casamenteiro".
According with the people's believe, this Saint helps the ones who seek a mate to get marry.
During this period is frequent to see candles (begging for his intercession) around the Saint Statue placed in front of the Church with his name on.

We celebrate the Santo António's day on the 13th of June - the city's official holiday. The day before (12), Lisbon watches the Marriages of Santo António. In this day 13 couples get married with all the expenses being paid by the city council.
On the same day, but during the night, happens one of the highest points of the celebrations. It's the Desfile das Marchas Populares, a colourful parade that inch down the Avenida da Liberdade.
Each city old neighbourhood (Bairro) has a group representing that bairro competing for the best presentation.
They come dressed in theme costumes and sing a song during the presentation.

(Source: http://www.lisbon-tourist-guide.com/festas-santos-populares.html)

These are images from the Net, but I'm going to shoot my own photos tonight, and will post some tomorrow!!!!  I know you can hardly wait, LOL!

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

V on 06/12/2011:
Very entertaining post Kat!!! Sorry you didn't have a good time :( You can make up for it at the festival today :)

hollybelle on 06/12/2011:
I'm not sure what bicycling in Lisbon would be like, Kat. Here I can't use it as ordinary transportation. We are too far from everything in the suburbs and traffic is not friendly to bicycles. There are many who ride in traffic, and I used to, but I do not feel confident or stonrg enough to do it now. I do take little side trips on the weekends to the grocery or the hardware store or to the yogurt store, though. I am getting more confident as I go. I used to ride all the time 50 miles was typical. But getting married, having a family, slowed me down. I taught aerobics for 14 years and the bike time fell off. I always wear a helmet, even though I look like a "dork" and I have padded shorts AND a padded seat if I am going for more than a 10 mile ride. It is wonderful fun. Just me, the bike and the pavement. If you start to ride your bike - just be careful and take it out on short trips at first. Build up to it like any other exercise. Make sure you have your seat set at the correct height. I can describe some of the basic ergonomics if you like, but you can find them on line also - under How to Ride a Bike. Proper form is helpful, but most people just haul off and start riding. It takes a while, but eventually the bike begins to feel like an extension of yourself. Like your feet....Keep me posted and let me know how your first ride goes. I meant to mention that the trail I was on yesterday is CLOSED to motorized traffic altogether. So I can really be free to ride out there. Only walkers, runners, rollerbladers and other bikes. The city only opened it up last year. I used to Mountain Bike in the park close to my house, but my joints won't take the jarring anymore. I REALLY love that more. I have to haul my bike to the closed trail, but that is not a problem bc husband furnished my truck with a bike rack that holds 4 bikes 3 years ago when I started to ride again. :o)

Hello, Girlies!

I'm so annoyed, so sad, so ... not in harmony with myself and the world around me!

I realized I needed an urgent change in my life. I noticed that I felt this need in about every 4 years. Climate change? Sick of it all? Anything you prefer...

Yesterday I arrived to work at 6 AM as you know. Then, around 11 AM I caught the bus and went to our other offices next to river Tagus, to have lunch with colleague-friends and then continue with some works related to them. We received bad news, a guy didn't appear at work in the morning, they tried to get in contact w/ him but no luck - then when he appeared he could hardly walk: to cut the long story short, he has been robbed while walking to work in the morning, fell (was pushed?) and ended up in the hospital. His photo camera was stolen, along with other things in his backpack. I hate this kind of news! I mean, I never felt that safe in Lisbon like in Budapest. I feel Budapest a hundred times safer than Lisbon. I know this is a wicked subject because Gabriela, my colleague from Equador says she feels a million times safer in Lisbon than in Equador, where people walk around with guns to steal, the general idea is that life isn't worth that much around Latin-America. I don't know, but it doesn't comfort me!

So I left around 4h30 PM, went to meet man in the shopping mall. Got a hand pump for the bike tires, and we went shopping. I was super irritated with him, because suddenly I realized that his life was too boring to me, and for him my life was too hectic. He has a schedule that cannot be broken, cannot be changed. Even when he oversleeps, it's every time the same amount of minutes! I'm extremely pissed when he starts to bug me at 10 PM that he wants to come to the PC. Because normally I'm working by that hour, and working means MONEY which he's lacking now, as he hasn't been receiving a penny for months so I sustain the family, therefore every extra money is welcome! And I'm not doing this for pleasure, working all the time... for him I would sacrifice tennis in the morning and would give him the PC at 10pm instead, understand? NEVER.

So I desperately want my life to change. Radically or a bit but for better!

In addition, I ate a whole pack of Hobbits biscuits yesterday. 250 grams (8,82 ounces)... OUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH... my mind is undermining my spirit and my body. So, 3000 kcals yesterday? No exercise, except for all the walking in the mall.

Now I'm off to the gym. I'm going to log in later, but I'm going to the company's "Festa do Verão" (Summer Party). It's in a fancy restaurant/bar next to the ocean. I will shoot some photos.

Have a nice weekend, girls!

Update @5 PM: Thanks for the kind words, girlies! I appreciate your kindness, you mean the world to me! Wish I 'd be able to do the sitting down and thinking thingie, but my mind is so dizzy now! Exercising felt great, and I told a few things to my man like 30 mins ago in the bed (I like to lay down there with him, talking!), but then he felt asleep, LOL... so I'm off to the party! Have to get myself pretty... BAHHH I don't feel pretty at all! Anyway, food has been OK so far - for a change! Now I need to keep this attitude for the next few months. No binges!

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

hollybelle on 06/11/2011:
Co-worker robbed! Wow. I want to say that I understand about wanting/needing change. I am the same way. I worked for the same company for 25 years but my job constantly changed, the industry constantly changed, the products constantly changed so it held my interest. Well, at least for the first 20 years - LOL! You are changing - don't forget how much you have changed in your life already - packet of hobbit biscuits notwithstandng! STOP in your tracks and ask youself - start to meditate in a positive manner, as objectively (unemotionally) as you possibly can what you want to change. Make a list of top 3 thing (anymore is overwhelming) and start to work on it. I am doing same thing bc of boredom and stage of life changes (grown up child, husband and I in last stages -hopefully- of careers, etc.). It is helping me maintain some focus and stopping me from ping-ponging around in my head nd life because of my mostly adult ADD personality! :o)

V on 06/11/2011:
Oh Kat I am so sorry that your coworker was harmed :( I am working on a change in my life for the better too...It gets frustrating because we want it NOW..Holly has a great suggestion and I am going to utilize it!! Have an awesome day :) I can't wait for new pics!!

h82bfat on 06/11/2011:
My mindset has been where you're at right now. I decided 3 years ago to make some big changes, I won't go into them as I don't want you to think that what I did is what is right for you. Only YOU know that. First & foremost, you have to sit down & ask yourself what is THE most important issue to you, then work towards making that number one. For example, people always say that they're family is first, but they don't spend any time with them. So, I'm just saying, whatever your number one is - make it number one. Then go from there. Right now (if you can't tell from todays' post) I'm trying to find "like minded" people & I'm finding it to be no easy task, but - I'm still trying. Have you ever heard the song DRIVE, by Incubus?http://youtu.be/DJl2UsiYddo So - Choose your destiny. Don't just go with the flow. Easy? No. Doable? Yes!

Em17 on 06/11/2011:
Oh wow, what a day it was. Get the change in your life I'm trying. Have a good day =)

biscottibody59 on 06/11/2011:
Looks like you're feeling a little like the doormat where some things are concerned. Many other feelings surface when tragedy strikes so close to you. I've been in a midlife crisis to one degree or another for a few too many years now--you're more than 20 years younger than me, so what I'm saying is while you're relatively free--suit yourself--do what makes you happy. Things may have gotten a little too comfortable for "man" and you shouldn't feel obligated where he's concerned.

Hang in there--you're worth it!

thinkpositive on 06/11/2011:
Hope it becomes more obvious to you about what direction to take or if you need to make any changes in your life. Frustrating to be the only money earner, also. Smart to tell your man what's on your mind. You can't be the only person making adjusments. Good luck!

loveray on 06/11/2011:
sending lots of love to you - i know that you will figure things out with your man. it can be so hard when one of you is carrying more of the financial load than the other. xo

Good morning, Girlies!

Well well, yesterday wasn't a low cal day either! Man brought grilled chicken home, so we pigged out a bit. No bad calories though!

Today is Friday but a national holiday as well, such as Monday - but I'm working on both days. It's 6h30 AM now and I'm at workplace because the remote access stopped working yesterday night and I have a compromise to a client that their reports get delivered til 7 AM. So there was me, without access and without the reports - pretty much scr...wed up. So I caught the first bus to town, had a 10-min walk in, got to work. Chilly morning it is... Funny, there's a supermarket downstairs, and I'm seeing a truck waiting for the employees to arrive, and the supermarket's new manager sitting in his car, dressed pretty in his white suit & red tie (the supermarket's colors!), with a long and strict face... Someone's late, I guess... LOL. Poor employees... the public transports are on strike again, on both holidays, so what can one possibly do. The salaries are not enough to keep a car, (foolishness to keep one in such a small and crowded town as Lisbon, anyway!) and taxis don't compensate either...

BTW the strike is very annoying for me, too. Besides the 40-min bus ride I have to take instead of the 10-min train, I planned to come to town with bike, finally. I wanted to bring the lady (white mountain bike I bought in last November, and haven't got the chance to use it since then! To be honest, I never ever used it!) town by train, yesterday morning before tennis (by catching the 6 AM train). I've already fixed a permanent place for her in the company's garage! Then, on Thursday I realized that the tires were flat but I couldn't get to the gas station to fill them up, was already too late and the station's in a problematic neighborhood. Today is strike, so I couldn't bring her either, and tomorrow I'm getting my workouts in the morning... then I plan to handle the situation with the bike, decided to buy a hand pump, it can come handy in the future. I still have hopes that the trains will work on Monday so I can bring her to town... it seems pretty complicated I know, and it indeed is! I live between two problematic neighborhoods and I'd need to cross one or the other to get to town. There's no such thing as a good time/hour of the day to do so, it's a too high risk for a girl to take. Call me a sissy but I'm not looking for unnecessary trouble.

ZzzZZZZzzzZzZz.... I'm still getting too few hours to sleep, 6-7 hours daily. I don't know how, as I don't go to badminton anymore! ...

Ok, I'm concentrating... I'm trying to work here... I'm the early bird, trying to catch the worm, I know, V! :-)

Today's menu:

05H30 - a soy yogurt w/ whole grain cereals (250 kcal)

07H00 - LF milk w/ coffee (50 kcal)

10H00 - a bun (rye + white flour mix) w/ LF cheese cream, a tomato (300 kcal)

12H00 - grilled chicken leftovers w/ salad (500 kcal), 2 plums (50 kcal)

16H00 - LF milk w/ coffee (50 kcal)

Grand total: 1200 kcal

I'm so happy - it's definitely my favorite fruits' season! Plums, national kiwis, nectarines, peaches! Too bad the oranges are getting out of the picture - but they're still on the market so I can pick some more til they go out of season!

Funny: I just won a free Bootcamp Training. So, how tough is it, again?

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

~Moody~ on 06/10/2011:
Wow, definitely an early start to your work day. I had no idea getting to work was such an "ordeal"~I'm used to hopping in my car and zoom zoom zoom, I'm there! I hope the trains are up n running by Monday!I take it you have weekends off, yes?

I wouldn't worry about last nights "pig out" with your Man~Grilled chicken isn't something I'd beat myself up over!! Wishing you a beautiful day Kathy!

Hi Girlies!

Dr's appt.: I still have to do an MRI to conclude the paperwork for the insurance company. I have it already booked for next Tuesday. I got so stressed over the whole subject again that I had lots of comfort foods at home. I haven't updated yesterday's food blog yet - but let's say I had like 2500 kcals for the whole day!

Great tennis day today - unfortunately for the others, Tuesday's scenario repeated itself (raining on their tennis parade... LOL... OK, no LOL's when it comes to aborted tennis trainings. Let's launch a SNIFF... instead!).

Today's menu:

06H00 - toasted bread w/ LF soy margarine, a kiwi and LF milk w/ cocoa powder (350 kcal)

10H00 - LF milk w/ coffee, whole grain fiber buns w/ LF cheese cream (250 kcal)

11H00 - a nectarine (50 kcal)

12H30 - @restaurant (grilled beef, salad and asparagus cream) (600 kcal), cappuchino (100 kcal)

16H00 - whole grain fiber buns (200 kcal)

21H00 - an orange and a soy benecol (100 kcal)

Grand total: 1700 kcal

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

mysterywoman100 on 06/09/2011:
what did the dr say?

Good morning, dearest Ladies!

How are you today? I'm feeling good. The weather continues dark and strange but I managed to have my tennis training again. I played miserably though, no luck today... LOL. The shrimps were still swimming, very crowded, in my stomach - I guess it didn't help my performance either, hehe. Ate way too much yesterday - no regrets.

Today had tennis and gym. I have an appt. with the Dr. (orthopedic) today to put the papers together for the insurance company. Then, I have aquafitness at night.

By the way, I stopped taking the little blue pills on last Sunday, and the Dr. (gynecology) said TOM should come right after stopping taking them. Happened on the contrary - still no signs of TOM. It's only Wednesday though, so it's too early to worry, maybe?

Today's menu:

liza36 on 06/08/2011:
Even if your performance at tennis isn't great, at least you get it in and continue to do something you love.

I love your "no regrets" statement after eating too much yesterday. I need to adopt that too.

Good morning, Girlios!

Dark day it is! Fortunately I managed to enjoy a tennis training before it started raining. I felt sorry for the people who were on court when it started pouring. They looked sad while they were picking the balls up from the court, heading to the showers. Aborted training is the worst!

Today's menu:

06H00 - a slice of corn bread, toasted w/ diet strawberry jam, LF milk (300 kcal)

09H00 - coffee w/ milk (@coffee bar) (100 kcal)

10H00 - LF yogurt, a nectarine (100 kcal)

11H30 - an apple and a strawberry sampling (50 kcal)

12H00 - veggie soup (200 kcal), chicken biryani leftovers (250 kcal), a banana, LF milk w/ coffee (100 kcal)

Grand total: 1100 kcal

Predicting 2000-2200 kcals for today, I'm going for the SUSHIIIIII :-)

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

Good morning, Girls!

Great day yesterday, food-wise but not so calorie-wise, hehe. Finished around 2200-2500 kcals, with an unexpected treat my man wanted to share at night. Well, it was my first 2000+ kcal night this week, so no harm done. Today there'd be a family gathering, from where I excused myself because I should have gone to lunch with ex and recent colleagues. But... suddenly they cancelled during the day of yesterday, so I'm pretty much fallen between two stools now - not that I'm too worried or sorry, though. I'm foreseeing a great, relaxing day home. I'm keeping kcals low (1400), and I plan to try Turbo Jam AB (http://www.amazon.com/Turbo-Jam-Ab-Chalene-Johnson/dp/B000LBU14S) today, hehe... Am I entering the world of Turbo??!!! DEFINITELY!

I bought a whole cauli-flower and I'm planning to cook it, and eat a dose with a LF yogurt/corn bread crumbs dressing! It's a very low calorie lunch and tastes delicious! :-)

I forgot to tell you girls, I managed to talk to the hospital and the doctor. There had been some kind of misunderstanding, as the health insurance co. was waiting for ME to send my medical documents, and I wasn't aware of that... I thought everything would be treated between the hospital and them, but it's never that easy.
The spine surgery is now re-scheduled to 1st August, Monday. Will be right on my man's anniversary, if it gets approved by the private insurance, because I am unable to pay 9000 euros. Still not being Paris Hilton... :-(

Just invented a shake which tasted soooo good I decided to share!:

ingredients:

a small banana, half pear
ice (like two times the size of the banana+pear, chopped)
two tablespoons of LF milk, two tablespoons of coffee, black
cinnamon (generously!, I'd say one tablespoon)

decoration:
1 tablespoon chopped almond

Blend all ingredients, and pour the chopped almonds on top. To be consumed right away.

Nutrition value: approx. 200 kcals (100 without the almonds)

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

nosetwitch on 06/05/2011:
That cauliflower lunch sounds intriguing and definitely very low-cal. I've been meaning to try an Indian vegetable curry with cauliflower since I tried a sample in the store and it was delicious. Cauliflower is cool because it is rather bland and therefore will soak up any flavors you put with it. Yummmmm. Great job on the weight loss (from 183 to 176.3!).

h82bfat on 06/05/2011:
Congrats on yesterdays loss! I know it's a bummer when you go from having multiple activity options in a day to having none - but it's all good. More time to focuss on yourself, right? Yesterday, I went on TWO walks... my butt was still sore from my 1st ride in 10 years & I have not yet prepped my body for a swim suit, so those options were out!! ;c)

Horn_Of_Plenty on 06/05/2011:
wow, interesting and definitely a low cal shake for all of that volume!!!! i think i may try this soon! ;-) i used to drink a lot of shakes, must get back to that!!!! :-)

Em17 on 06/05/2011:
That shake sounds very weird but also sounds like it tastes good =) have a good day

V on 06/05/2011:

moogy on 06/05/2011:
Oh no! Another one lost to the world of Turbo, I am beginning to think this is some type of cult!!!!! LOL Have a great day Kathy:)

hollybelle on 06/05/2011:
I love ab jam. I do the first half twice because I don't like the second And.... I agree with you - I don't like most instructors on dvds because you have to listen to the same jokes over and over. It is annoying!

hollybelle on 06/05/2011:
Oh that cauiflower cornbread stuffing sounds so good! Two of my favorite things combined! When you have a minute please tell me how to put that together!

Supercheese on 06/05/2011:

Good morning, Girlies!

Ahhh, we are in June already! I don't have the graph constantly descending anymore, it's because I forgot to weigh myself on time. Now I proudly announce a loss, as everything's got back to normal FINALLY!!!!... anyway! I'm not running anywhere.

Well, I gotta go now, busy day today. Yesterday was a great day - 1700 kcals, very tired after the evening's aquafitness class. I am teaching a guy at work and my nerves are constantly pulled, imagine... add the blue pills (last day today, oh yeeeeah) and the recipe is bombastic ...

Progress as of today: 149.9 lbs lost so far, only 31.3 lbs to go!

hollybelle on 06/04/2011:
Good morning! Congratulations on the loss! You are still doing GREAT! Have a good day today, too! Love the quote.
