Dear diary. My weigh in yesterday was the same as last week. 270 lb. I quit eating the junk and am overcompensating on the good stuff I guess. I'm really struggling to find the time to post here I'm trying to do it on Mondays. Still drinking two bottles of water every day. Have been doing a lot of Warehouse walking instead of the treadmill. I'm waiting for some warmer weather to do some work around the house. Hope everyone has a healthy day!
Good morning. My weigh-in is every Monday morning. So I lost 3 lb. I'm sorry I haven't answered sooner. I've just been too busy at work. My mornings anyway. so far in the treadmill I think I've got two tenths of a mile each day. And then I get busy. The ice cream I make is in a bullet blender, with one cup of 30 calorie almond milk two packs of stevia and two heaping spoonfuls of cocoa powder.After it's blended good I put an eighth of a cup of dry roasted peanuts into my Whopper chopper. I break them down just a little bit then I had them to the ice cream. it's really good. It comes out kind of like a milkshake I guess and I think freezing it again would probably be pretty good.
Graindart every time I get over 200 lb I start to freak out.
I found my sauerkraut over the weekend and got two bags of it in a slow cooker and added some imitation bacon bits it's really good. We had a carrying at church yesterday and I BackSlid a little bit but not too much.
I'm hoping to get all my treadmill more this week.

Morning, I drank 2 bottles of H2O. (A big deal for me ) salads, carrot sticks, peanuts and Popcorn. Dinner at Wendy's was a salad too. Fnished the night with ice cream. Which was blended Ice, Almond milk, stevia and cocoa powder. Have a great day.

Howdy, yep, I'm still in the warehouse and put a treadmill in my work trailer. Still playing music. Bought lots of Salad material for both home and work. Looking to buy a couple bags of Sauerkraut for the slow cooker. Where's Puddy ?

GoodMorning, Gang. My diet has been doing good but not great. Im still playing a lot of Frisbee golf around the Dayton area. Still playing lots of music. Still chasing pretty girls. I've got 6 chickens again for my morning eggs. I had to get off the CheeseDoodle Wagon again. Its like a monkey on my back. Im playing with the stock market when I have free time. I havent weighed myself since my last entry but really I've been eating responsibly and my doctor wishes he was in as good a shape. I gave him the FrisbeeGolf website. LOL….glad to hear you are chasing pretty girls. I love to hear some “romance” from the male perspective. Lately my romance is quite bare or actually I should say non-existent. I have actually been hanging out time to time with these two men which is really one right now because the other is not as interesting! Both are from work originally but I don’t work with them in my department at all. They are both too old for me, lol – one is 60 and the other 56. It’s the 56 year old that I am hanging with still. He would like to be more “romantic” with me in terms of his interests – but I have mentioned to him that in public we can enjoy ourselves but that I cannot do more than this.
Good thing with this 56 year old is that he actually looks 10 yrs younger thankfully. He has energy of someone younger than me. He loves going out & doing things and that’s the reason I hang with him so much….we get along, enjoy each other’s company & he shows me lots of cool places and sites! Lucky me.
I enjoy the friendship with this 56 year old. Yes, I have hooked up with him in the past but i am not sexually attracted so i don't plan to do it again. And yes in public we sometimes do weird things like hold hands or sit on a bench the other day and I put my legs over his….but we aren’t dating, just enjoying life….

I don’t weigh myself very often anymore because as long as my clothes fit, I am usually feeling OK.

Dear Diary, this week I played lots of frisbee and played a tournament where I came in 10th in my division. I really thought I would have done better. Really good players out there. My food has been real good except for an unscheduled stop at Taco Bell. I'm playing lots of music with lots of good friends. Hope everyone is doing good. Have a Healthy Day.

Keep up the good work. As you work to maintain a weight, it does get easier once you enjoy making the better choices, which i do know you make. I know you like and eat veggies more than you used to...right?

I know it's a type in your entry (270), but it made me flash back to about a year and a half ago when I did actually weigh that much (283 max April 2017).
So many things affect the scale number (water, salt, bulk fiber, time of day, etc). Stay on track until next week's weigh-in and I'm sure a decent dip in the number will occur.

Sounds like you're doing well, even if the scale isn't showing it. Be patient - your hard work will pay off if you stick with it.

Despite you feeling like you are struggling, you are doing great !!!! No gain ! And sometimes it takes a little bit of time to undo the weight gain :-)
