Good Morning. Down to 185 this morning but I don't know why. I know I cut a few calories but not 4 lbs worth. My only exercise is staying off my ass and walking. I've accepted a challenge from Granny Annie. The workout she does in a day might take me a week. As of the posting I've put in 12 push ups. Have a Healthy Day.

that's so cool you are doing a challenge with Annie! There used to be a really cool member here that i loved - her name was WorkingIt...and she always challenged us too! I used to enjoy trying to keep up with her challenges. She'd have "WorkingIt Points.."

Happy for your weight down. Mine is still partially up and it's been really frustrating me! I know after a few good weeks, i'll be back in the game though :)

Way to go OR!! Hey , what ever works Right!! It is amazing what little waling would do. I agree with you about granny - she's a tough act to follow!! I printed her schedule once in the hopes that I would do all the work out - but did not happen - I'm reading a book about the Power of Habits - hoping to learn a few things here. So far it is all about the brain and how it enhances when it is challenged. Hoping to get to the application soon. Have a good day OR!!

Hi Raven I also have to be a good girl this week the weekend at the cottage are hard the drinking not the food...lol The cottage could easily be called a cabin because it is rustic far from it being anything like a house. Not one piece of furniture resembles the other.... odd and ends but all comfortable. Have a great week Raven and get those lbs down.

Sometimes maintenance is harder than weight loss. It's also hard for me....you can do it. Weight is always going up & down.

to help motivate you, i'm bringing my weight down this week & next until the end of this month!...and down next month too!

hey...i am going thru a brief period of giving into my temptations...it's so not worth it OR. so not worth it. overeating in the evenings when i don't have gym, waking up so bloated, all stuffed up and can't even poop before coming to work bc everything is all backed up...ugh.

it's not worth giving into temptations, i'm also getting back on track. i've learned so much that even binging on vegetables is FINALLY getting a little old. ... seltzer, i'll have to stick with seltzer and extra stevia to sweeten...i'm going to learn how to use liquids to my benefit more...even salty broths?....and not stuffing myself anymore. it's finally starting to grow old! amazingly!!!....but still will enjoy big veggie meals.

Good Morning. 187 again this morning. I'm ready to change my name to FatBoy. I'm eating the same things every day. But I really feel Beat Up and have really low energy. I feel like I'm just mailing It in with my performances. It may be this allergy thing. I don't know. Too tired to post any more than this. Hope everyone is doing good. Have a Healthy Day.

Hello OR! Good to hear from you today. I am sure I speak for the group when I say we have missed you!!

Congrats on being back down again on the scale. I’m constantly up and down on the scale myself. Right now, I’m actually in maintenance mode myself. Not thinking about weightloss this month at all. Maybe for summer I will, but doubting it somewhat. I am just looking for feeling good, at the moment. I may try in mid-June if I need to for a lower weight as my friend is coming from Canada and I have a photo shoot with him at the beach! (Nude beach actually!!!!) If you feel low energy, maybe google things that you can eat to feel better. I usually start to feel low energy when I get into a rut (nothing new in general in my life ) or when I’m really trying to hard / getting run down / not enough sleep & rest. Overtraining, also, will make me feel very low energy…

Also, part of the low energy thing is in our heads. I’m REALLY REALLY REALLY good at telling myself how tired I am. This Sunday I laid around till around 3pm telling myself “how tired” I was. I did laundry way early around 8-9am and then just laid around. Laid around so much that I went back to bed from noon till 1pm! Hey, we all have those days and it’s ok once in awhile to feel tired, just remember that it’s not forever.

I get tired this season as well – allergy season. My body gets tired I guess with all the symptoms from the pollen & all the fighting off these allergens kills me lol. so don’t worry, maybe get your rest for a lil bit, but remember, it’s a HUGE mental battle.

And you are better off and feeling better than you think you are doing.

Good going Coach - O-R you got this, but don't be too hard on yourself, with the weather changes and so much pollen in the air - you are allowed to just be tired and sleep a little. You work hard and you are diligent. Hang in there - we are rooting for you!!

Good Morning. At today's weigh-in I was the same 187. I thought for sure I had gained quite a bit. My belly is Pooching out and my Elvis pants are a little snug... I'm sorry I'm not posting a lot. I haven't been exercising at all. But according to FitBit I'm walking about 7 miles per day and burning about 2500 calories per day. This is mostly walking in the warehouse. My knee has neither improved or gotten any worse. I just know I'd better not press my luck with it. Hope everyone is good. Have a Healthy Day.

Good Morning. Down 1 pound. I've been doing ok (not great) on my diet. And I think I'm getting enough activity at work and around the house. I haven't been to the bike path since last year. Maybe that should change... Have a good and Healthy Day.

Hi OR! I've been doing better on my diet too. It's been 2 days so far & I'm happy that i'm on the road again and making those better choices. I just need better sleep. But it's ok, for now.

Sometimes when I don't sleep enough, I feel less control over my food choices. But, I feel good for this week.

Good Morning. I'm doing ok. My knee has me slowed down. I'm eating the same thing day after day. My water has been about 1 and a half liters every day. The weather has really warmed up. I might try the bicycle after I cut grass. My belly seems to be growing again. I'll know more Monday morning and give you all the news. Good or Bad. Have a Healthy Day.

Sorry about the knee. When I had knee issues I rode my bike and it seemed to help over time. It probably depends on what the exact issue is with the knee. I hate taking arthritis strength acetaminophen all the time, but it sure makes like much easier. :-)

Bad Morning :>( I Ate a mini pizza last night. It was a gift...from a friend...I tried to refuse it several times. It was the first bread I'd had since the Thanksgiving stuffing. I have to go back to this place every 2nd Thursday so I'll do better next time. Water was up to 2L yesterday. Hope everyone is staying fit and active. Have a Healthy Day.

OR! Stop being so nasty to yourself! You are doing GREAT. Stay positive. And next time, when a friend offers you & if you really don't want it, just repeat yourself another time until they stop. I read somewhere how it's not right for people to push like that & that it's ok to stand up for your own decisions & that it shouldn't come across to others are rude or anything....so don't feel bad next time.

And if you enjoyed the pizza, good. it's good for your body to sometimes have a slight shock to the system, to get the metabolism moving along, digestion different, etc. You are gonna be ok as usual. I'm glad you at least I am SURE had a fun night. Cheers to an active & fit Friday. Take care :)
