Water and food was right on the mark. My knee is another story. I was actually limping at one point. I'm fine now but it seems to slip out of joint or something. I have a Dr. appt. Next week. It's snowing again. Boo ! Have a Healthy Day.

we got a dusting also! As I looked out the window, I was like....wait...why is everything white on top!? omg!

Good luck with the dr. Please be careful. I have a lot of experience with injury. It was horrible. Always rest more than you think you need to...and do one less rep than you think you can. Especially if it's while working out a weaker body part. I HATE this approach, but it's my lower body approach. Upper body, I still train very intensely. Keep us updated with your knee, injuries are no fun.

Good Morning. Food was good, water was good. Exercise included over 6 miles walking, warehouse jogging, stair climbing...then it happened. I strained a Musacle in my knee. Now I have to go easy on it. Have a Healthy Day.

You may have to see a doctor. I would say - throw out the stairclimber & replace it with a treadmill in your warehouse...really.

Good Morning. Good water. Good food. No exercise. I must confess I had the Large chili at Wendys instead of my usual small. I was very hungry and lost my mind for that short moment while ordering. Still cold here. Too cold for a bike ride. Have a Healthy Day.

I don't think it's a big deal to order a large chili...good choice, better than a burger, nice and filling! just drink the water, i'm sure it's salty...I love chili! nicely done, OR!
