Congrats on your loss! I have to work harder, OR. I am splurging so much. I almost got into the mindset to splurge again today!...

I should know better OR! I have to do what you do.

You are good at having low cal days. Maybe it's all that sourkraut. I also do well when my veggie portions are increased even more...

either way, you have inspired me to set my goal and keep it today. To have the low cal day I've been wanting to have, even though I didn't sleep in & woke up early at 5:30am!

Thank you OR, you've helped me think more clearly this AM.

My goal is 1250 calories for today. No exercise. But busy in afternoon out of my apartment, so that should help! Thanks!

Congratulations - a 5K is great!! My knees could never manage that - possibly walking but even that impact hurts my knees :( I'll swim a 5 K sometime - I'll have to figure out how many laps that would be or how many minutes of water jogging LOL.

Cold here as well. I debated a walk outside after work last night but decided also to stay inside and also further rest my legs as they are still sore from my 5 minute dumb (I guess) attempt at stairclimbing in my apt on Satuday. Almost all recovered lol. Have a great rest of the day !!!

it's ok to have an indulgence time to time...are you still on vacation?

just aim to go back the next day. or, if you indulge in a meal or even a full day, be accountable and tell yourself the next day you will focus on your foods that you are eating. sometimes, it's good to take a break and indulge. I actually did that today and last night for dinner. within my calories, but eating more when I didn't have to. now i'm satisfied. and tomorrow I know I can aim for a lower calorie target.
