I am taking a break from eating my cooked (microwaved) cranberries today! I got a pretty good deal on the bags, $2.50 each. Best I have ever gotten is usually around $1.99 each.

GoodMorning. 1773 in / 2565 out (plus 1 French fry). I don't know how many calories in a French fry and I hope I never need to know. 3L h2o. 5.1 miles. Leaving work early today. I'm also a security guard at our church. If you've heard of the little girl in the news (Kinsley Kinner) who was killed by the mothers boyfriend, well that's who's visitation it is. Actually, supermarkets around here still have lots of cranberries. :-D And i'm glad - because I bought the 4 bags (and I had an old one here) and I've already cooked 2 bags :) Thanks for reminding me. Cranberries are probably the lowest calorie fruit!

I am so sorry about it...you are going to the funeral?

Water helps a lot in keeping me satisfied. I drink it often throughout the workday. It's been a healthy day - looking forward to another one tomorrow OR!

A big Salad and some green beans. At work Vendors have been coming into our warehouse and dropping off cookies, chocolates and gift cards to restaurants. Have a Healthy Day. Hope everyone is Good.

Hi Ohio. Looks like only a few of us have the time this busy holiday season to post daily. I'm so glad i'm not the only one.... :) Thanks for posting & giving me the opportunity to take a break from this busy workday & find some nice relaxation and mental freakin' release from this boring as SHIAT work...seriously, I've been measuring the square feet of this building all dayum day long. NOT FUN in the least....

Your calories look good & so does your exercise. Beans & popcorn are good snacks, nice fiber....beans certainly are filling. Popcorn never fills me though. But I do like a small bag of 100cal popcorn with my lunch instead of bread / rice / or another grain. I did that this week, twice. popcorn with my lunch. tasty.

Glad to hear you didn't pig out on all the crap at the music hall! nice job OR & happy to hear from you.!!!

GoodMorning. 2017 in / 2709 out. 3L h2o. 6.1 miles. It's Cold here this morning. I found cranberries last night. The last 2 grocery stores I had been in didn't have any. I put them in my cottage cheese at night. I'll have to find some on sale and freeze them. Hope everyone is safe and warm. Have a Healthy Day.

I guess cranberry season is on it's way out?! yeah...this must be the first year in maybe 3 years that I actually haven't bought cranberries (I have one bag that I bought like 1-2 months ago! in my fridge....). I usually cook them in microwave - stirring every so often - and add stevia (liquid) and it makes a GREAT either hot cranberry sauce OR...after being in fridge, a FANTASTIC spread / preserves for a pb & j sandwich or CRANBERRY PRESERVES to ADD TO GREEK YOGURT or cottage cheese!!!!!!!!

instead of stevia (no calories) you can add a different no cal sugar substitute also. you must add some kind of sweetener, as cranberries alone are bitter.

I am going to make some this weekend. I miss it. And the calories in cranberries are lower than the calories in ANY OTHER FRUIT! way lower. like half.

A whole cup of cranberries is 60 cal. (not cooked).
