Had to reset my phone and all my apps. Calories for yesterday was good. my walking was a little bit over 6 miles. 3 liters of water. working to get all of my apps back and all my data that I lost. y'all have a good, Healthy day.

So glad to hear on your improved condition with legs. Good for you. Mine are definitely progressing well too. I'm trying to be more moderate & not as extreme.

Sounds like healthy days as usual for you. Enjoy your church dinner. Try to find the veggies. You can get salad (if there is any) and put the food on top. If not, enjoy the dinner, have a little of everything, and be back on track tomorrow. Enjoy your time with friends tonight :)

I just left a post on the forum on shoes. It could be part of your problem with the aches and stuff. Though you should listen to HoP--her ordeal with shinsplints is epic and she's younger than you and me:-)

Wearing good shoes is important as we age. You can wear any old thing when you've got a young body. Not so much as we age!

Sometimes when I just keep craving higher calories, it helps to try to eat more balanced - for me it usually includes more carbs and fats and also real food...and less garbage (processed bars & things). You are still eating well & it shouldn't cause any weight gain!
