GoodMorning. 1946 cals, 102 h2o, push mowing. I was hungry yesterday. I thought I would go over on my calories but I didn't. Fast food tonight, but I don't know where. I'm kinda hoping for the KFC/TacoBell/GasStation place down the highway. Have a Healthy Day.

I have outgrown the fast food joints but also I have never been one for the fast food joints either so it was easy to give up completely. Last time I was at one of them was last Winter when I got a craving for a Wendy's burger about Feb I think. You are doing real good keep it up and have a great day.

GoodMorning. 1797 cals, 102 h2o, no exercise. I pulled up to the bike path and had a flat front tire. Went and got it fixed. Too late to ride. Tonight I'll be working late and then push mowing the lawn at church. Have a Healthy Day.

Too bad about the bike ride. RE the loose skin, it should improve with time and as you increase muscle tone. You could also try cocoa and shea butter, Vitamin E cream and other girly stuff like that if it bothers you.

GoodMorning. Yep ! Down another pound. 1318 cals, 1 bottle of water, no exercise. I think I'm about ready to get into Maintenance Mode. I'm not going to anything different really. Add more Exercise comes to mind. I think I'll just level out wherever it is I'm supposed to be. I still have loose flabby skin. I'm thinking it will go away in time. Hope everyone has a good Healthy day.

Good job!

Unfortunately loose skin doesn't all disappear without surgery, but since you've done this gradually the chances are probably better for it to shrink a bit.

You can also strengthen the underlying muscle, which will fill out some of the space left from weight loss.

When I have lost weight in the past and had the loose skin issue - it was my experience that over time - with weight maintenance and ab exercises it gets better! Congratulations on reaching your goal!

GoodMorning. 1651 cals, 2 bottles of h2o, No exercise. I can't believe I did as good as I did with my food. I didn't want to let you guys down. Thanks for the encouragement. I had my usual breakfast at home. Skipped McDonald's, skipped the festival food, and at the picnic I had a bowl of beans, some carrots and a bowl of mixed fruit. Finished my night with some cottage cheese and popCorn. Hope today goes as well. Weigh in tomorrow. Have a Healthy Day.

Great calories and great choices. Veggies and fruit are always the best selections for the least calories. You will def see a decline when you step on that scale! Keep going with your positive mindset. You make me wanna make good choices today and tonight at my family dinner :)

GoodMorning. 2274 cals, 102 h2o, no exercise again. I went to new place we call the HillBilly Night Club and over ate last night. It's a good place with good people. The food is kinda fattening though. I can't see getting on my bike today. I'm at 4 different places today ending with a Country music Picnic. I'll do my best to try and not over do it today.
