GoodMorning. 1995 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride. My FitBit said I failed to make it to 10,000 steps. I've made a lot of changes in my diet and I'm trying to be a good Stewart of my calories. It's interesting and kinda fun. Have a Healthy Day Everyone.

Oh, you hit me between the eyes with this comment - that is a good thing - being a good steward of what we have been given - including our bodies! I need to think about this when I am tempted or feeling weaker about making good choices! Hang in there - you are doing well. if you got close to 10k steps and did the bike ride - you did really well! Hang in there OR! You are making it happen!

GoodMorning. 2012 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride. First I want to say I've read everyone's post but didn't have time to respond to anyone. I failed on my calories by only 12. I feel okay with that. On the plus side, I've quit bread totally. I switched from 1 slice of whole wheat toast, to 2 rice cakes. And by doing this I went down 20 calories. (But still went over last night). Have a Healthy Day.

GoodMorning 1938 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride. Last night's dinner was at the Brookville Grill. Salad with grilled chick breast, fat free ranch. And a baked potato plain with the same pack of fat free ranch. So, pretty good in my book. Also, My bike's computer settings went from Imperial to Metric without me noticing at first. I seemed to be going very fast and very far in a very short time. Have a Healthy Day.

GoodMorning. 1822 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride and some push mowing. Things I eat every day part4. Cottage Cheese with blueberries. This is My night time snack. I usually add strawberries but they are going out of season. I'm trying to replace them with kiwi, and they seem to be okay. Going on the road tonight and stopping "who knows where" for dinner. Great eats...lol, at first I thought you wanted us to guess where you'd be headed for dinner! haha. I was thinking the buffet place you sometimes write about - where these isn't much selection but u tend to find something...I forget the name of it!

Kiwis are awesome, haven't had one in maybe 6-12 months at least. Last time was probably in a fruit salad at a party of some sort!

Have fun OR on the road. Great eats. Your calories are good, nice & low! I am sure it gives you a very nice calorie deduction. Even I think I might lose on 1850 per day, not sure. I def don't gain on it, which is quite wonderful! :)

How much cottage cheese do you eat at night, a cup? Cottage cheese must be satisfying with the fruit. Similar to my breakfast this week - full fat greek yogurt with a tablespoon or so of sugar free jelly. The jelly has a little fiber in it - so it's a satisfying, smaller, breakfast. Just a change of pace. Usually I go for a breakfast sandwich of wrap and egg/avocado that I make at home, but sick of it!

There is a group of us. We usually stop at Wendy's on Wednesdays but only if I kick and scream loud enough. Other than that, it might be a buffet. I eat 1cup of cottage cheese every night. About a quarter cup of blueberries.

Maybe cherries would be good in your cottage cheese? We ate a ton of them out west and I'm just seeing them in the stores here now. I know you will make good choices for dinner - wherever you may end up!

Yep, I was thinking it must be 1 cup...much more satisfying than 1/2 cup :) I do the same lately for breakfast but with the full fat greek yogurt and sf jelly. crazy satisfying at work!

GoodMorning. 1967 cals, 102 h2o, No Exercise. Things I eat every day part3; My Evening Meal. Wendy's Plain baked potato with light ranch, Small Chili with extra Onions, No crackers. It's the same thing every visit. I never stray. Except Thursday is HonkyTonk day and there is nothing there but CRAP. Some evenings, at other restaurants, I get a Salad without cheese and go easy on the Ranch. That's about it. ALSO, I'm changing my calorie target at 2000 now. I think I can make it MOST of the time. Have a Healthy Day.
