Good Morning. 2273 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride. My most memorable DD moment from yesterday was my bike ride after work. Into the teeth of a storm before it made its way to me. It was 20 something mph winds in my face. I was struggling to keep an 8 mph pace. The clouds, rain and lightning were right in front of me and still I pressed on. I finally made it to my 2.5 mile turn around. I turned around and was instantly propelled back down the bike path. I kept a constant pace of 24 mph. Looked in the mirror and it was solid black. Lightning was all around me. It started to sprinkle as I got to the truck. And then all hell broke loose. Looking back, I don't know if I would attempt to do it again or not. Yep ! I probably would. I'm just hard headed that way. Have a Healthy Day.

Goodmorning, 2065 cals, 106 h2o, O exercise. I'm down to 1 slice of whole wheat bread a day. I used to have a piece with my breakfast but I've skipped it about a month ago and haven't missed it. I do have one toasted for my 1st break at work. Have a Healthy Day .

Good morning Raven. Don't you find it amazing how we get use to not having a certain item and question why did we crave it before. I think it is like my sugar problem in not having it I no long have cravings for it. We are capable of making major changes on a permanent basis and live a healthier life. Have a great day Raven

I was just talking to my buddy about how bread can be dangerous. I usually only have 1 slice and try not to eat it every day. The heavy grain bread is not as tempting for me as white.

Goodmorning. 1873 cals, 102 h20, 5 mile bike ride. I'm consistently moving my belt buckle 2 notches tighter, but I still have a belly. We'll keep working on this.

Goodmorning. 196 Lbs this morning. 1943 cals yesterday, 60 oz of h2o, My exercise was gardening. I worked up a good dirty sweat and now I have an automatic watering system for the plants. I did better at the party than I expected. Heavy on GreenBeans. Have a Healthy Day !

Good morning. 2125 cals, 105 oz h2o, 5 mile Bike ride. Sorry i havent been respondind to you all's posts, but I've been real busy here and there. I really don't like going over 2000 calories. But its better than not counting at all. Big Huge Birthday Party tomorrow. Its hard to count calories with so much going on. I'll take a picture of my plate and try to calculate later. Good morning. 2444 cals, 102 oz h2o, 5 mi. Bike. We all stopped at a buffet. I had roasted turkey and lots of green beans. They were tired of Wendy's all the time. Afterwards everyone complained they were too full. I'm pretty sure we'll be at Wendy's next week. Have a Healthy Day.

You did so well with your dinner!!!! Nicely done, Ohio! If I were there, i'd probably order the same thing. Roasted meet, in general, is good. And MUCH healthier than deli meats. you did good!
