Yep ! If I'm not supporting a local band here and there, I'm playing somewhere every night. And its hard to find diet food at the local bars. Sundays I go to nursing homes and give them a show. It keeps me busy.

GoodMorning. 2276 calories,136 ounces H2O, No Exercise. It was too windy to ride my bike again after work. I could have got on the treadmill but i was too tired. I'm using a calorie counting and water counting application on my phone. Its handy and fun to play with.

Your doing real good Raven. The app on your phone must make it easier to calculate and stay on track when you can check how many calories just before you put it in your mouth. I find that helps me. Wishing you a great day.

GoodMorning. 2371 calories,126 ounces H2O, Push mowed grass for about 20 minutes. My calorie counting is getting more interesting. I'm find myself searching a restaurant menu online ahead of time. And I'm tweeking some items, like using 1/2 half a pack of ranch dressing. Have a Healthy Day.

GoodMorning. 1617 calories, 135 ounces H2O, walked a mile. Brought the scale up from the basement and put it in the kitchen. It said i weighed 209 this morning, but I don't really believe it. I think it should be much more. I'll balance it when I get home from work today and try again tomorrow. Have a Healthy Day.

nice job staying on track, at 2500 cals, I am sure you can eat quite a bit and feel good...especially if you include some veggies / fruits, you will feel quite full along with the rest of your meals :)

yes, no hamburger, thankfully! but I did have a small portion of fried rice, it hit the spot ;) and then I just filled up on brussel sprouts and chicken :) had some skin to "really hit the spot"...sometimes it calms my cravings and appetite - the extra fat.

I drink a 16.9 oz bottle with every meal or snack. I make sure I down it. Usually 2 or 3 drinks per bottle.
