GoodMorning. 2439 Calories. 118 oz H2O. 5 mile bike ride, mowed the lawn for 25 minutes. I had to eat a pork chop for dinner but I was happy to stay within my 2500 cal limit. Have a Healthy Day.

nice job staying on track, at 2500 cals, I am sure you can eat quite a bit and feel good...especially if you include some veggies / fruits, you will feel quite full along with the rest of your meals :)

yes, no hamburger, thankfully! but I did have a small portion of fried rice, it hit the spot ;) and then I just filled up on brussel sprouts and chicken :) had some skin to "really hit the spot"...sometimes it calms my cravings and appetite - the extra fat.

I drink a 16.9 oz bottle with every meal or snack. I make sure I down it. Usually 2 or 3 drinks per bottle.

I was having a good day yesterday until I got to the honkytonk. there I had two chili dogs (no buns) and a French fry and some onion rings. I ate a lot of my mixed steamed vegetables yesterday for lunch. its just too cold here to eat a cold salad. I hope everyone is good I'll talk to you all later.

It's definitely way too cold for a salad... I like to throw all my veggies in soups or crustless "quiches" (I just mix the veggies and meat)... a nice warm, filling and healthy choice during the cold weather!

Honkytonk? Does that involve some kind of dancing? If so, I'm sure it canceled out the chili dogs. :) I think in general, when you get out there and have a LIFE that involves moving around, you can lose so much more weight. I'm such a homebody, so I'm constantly having to force myself to get out there and just MOVE. Anything's better than lying on the couch watching Netflix.
