206 again this morning. I bet I would have lost something if I hadn't eaten so much on Sunday. I'm sitting in McDonalds parking lot it snowed a little this morning. My car's not steering too well. Hope everyone is doing good.

Good morning Raven. Yes I understand all about the snow. Maybe you should get some anti-McDonald tires and then they would not stir into that parking lot. LOL Would be nice if they had those on the market. Have a great day. Maintaining is good also remind yourself of that.

I was having a good day yesterday until I got to the honkytonk. there I had two chili dogs (no buns) and a French fry and some onion rings. I ate a lot of my mixed steamed vegetables yesterday for lunch. its just too cold here to eat a cold salad. I hope everyone is good I'll talk to you all later.

It's definitely way too cold for a salad... I like to throw all my veggies in soups or crustless "quiches" (I just mix the veggies and meat)... a nice warm, filling and healthy choice during the cold weather!

Honkytonk? Does that involve some kind of dancing? If so, I'm sure it canceled out the chili dogs. :) I think in general, when you get out there and have a LIFE that involves moving around, you can lose so much more weight. I'm such a homebody, so I'm constantly having to force myself to get out there and just MOVE. Anything's better than lying on the couch watching Netflix.

I baked a big pan of acorn and butternut squash with carrots and Brusselsprouts. Added a little pork tenderloin. Good stuff.

Yesterday was good. More water than yesterday. The produce guy came to the show last night and I got butternut squash and acorn squash. More turnips, peppers, zucchini. Not much else going on. You all have a nice day.

Hey, I'm back. Sorry for the pause. I've been a very busy boy. I'm still at 206 and I'm gonna try to get the treadmill upstairs soon. I've been eating well and trying to drink more h2o. I'm scarfing down lots of sweetpotatoes, zucchini, onions and peppers out of the oven. Gonna try to read you all's posts. See you later.

2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, bananna, sauerkraut, jello, popcorn, grapes, 1 whole wheat bread, tsp of pb, 2c soup, more grapes, some pork tenderloin, (not much) (3 bites)found some cranberries at the store. Got stuff to make baked vegetables in the oven. Need to find the time to do that. Water was fair. Have a Great Day.

This is something HP has told us about where she crams a bunch of veggies in foil with olive oil. I myself am adding a little pork tenderloin. Lets see I'm adding Onions, peppers , zucchini, brussel sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli. That's about it. I'm gonna stuff about 3 cake pans full and see what I get. Have a good day, Puddy.

I love roasted veggies... the true flavor comes out with a little olive oil salt and pepper. Yum yum...and I feel like this is the perfect weather to do it. Keep up the good work!
