2 steak and egg biscuits, bananna, apple, pickle, orange, popcorn, jello, yogurt, chickenbreast, Wendy'sPotatoAndChili, CottageCheesePineapple with cinnamon. Water was good again. The show was good. I didn't crack at all. My cheecks were full of cough drops.

2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, bananna, orange, apple, applesauce, pickle, popcorn, chickenbreast, yogurt, 2c soup, 1 leftover mini pizza. CottageCheesePineapple.water was good again. Sore throat is feeling better. Body still aches. A show tonight. My voice is scattered ! We shall see. Take care.

Hi Ohio! I hope you are fully better soon! I read you had sweet potato a few entries ago, that is sooo healthy. nice choice. In the back of my head, I know there are certain foods that are soo healthy - potatoes, healthy rices, healthy carbs in general that when I DO eat them, I feel so much better. Sometimes I eat so low carb, I just don't feel right after...almost like I am craving carbs and then I know i'll feel better. now sure if this is in my head!

Have you ever tried plain cottage cheese? I've gotten to really liking it! I usually eat the 2% or full fat versions with tons of added cinnamon...and also I have recently bought a bottle of liquid stevia. I used to use flavored stevia, but this one is pretty natural - just the liquid no cal sweetener from the stevia leaf...I add some drops to the cottage cheese if I want it sweet.

Gonna try that cinnamon. I always get the 2%. Not really trying for a sweet taste. It's how I've always had it. The sweet potatoes are going back on the menu too.

2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, banana, popcorn, salad, yogurt, 2 mini pizzas, 2 cups of soup, more popcorn, jello, 3 pieces of candy, CottageCheesePineapple. Water was over 100oz. My throat is sore, body aches, no high temp. I just feel like crap. Niquil tonight.

210 Lbs today. 2 steak and egg biscuits, strawberries, salad with grilled chicken, 3 mini homemade pizzas, 2c soup, popcorn, 1 piece of candy, CottageCheesePineapple. Water was good. Sore throat yesterday and today. Dang, I'm never sick..

Studies say lots of thinly sliced fresh garlic is good for preventing colds and lowering bp...my parents swear by it.

I have been on vacation the last few days. They were NOT healthy days. 2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, sausageEggBiscuit, jello, bananna, apple, applesauce, popcorn, salad, 2 more jellos, another bananna, orange, jello, big pickle, applesauce, soup, rice, beans, tortilla chips, salsa, CottageCheesePineapple, popcorn. Water was 85 oz. I hit a bump in the road and fell off the wagon. I'm gonna post here as usual, but my comments will probably be short cheerleading and very little advice. I really didn't like the way I felt the last few days. But I'm feeling better now. Starting over again.
