2eggs1bread1cSoup, beans, got out of McDonald's this morning with just 2 cups of coffee, no biscuits. Applesauce, banana, popcorn, chickenbreast, yogurt, berries, tbsp pb, (starting to drink water again ) bowl o' beans, WendyPotatoAndChili, pb sandwich, CottageCheesePineapple. Warehouse walk. That's about it. Almost like a normal day last year without the pb sandwich. I hope I can slow down this runaway diet I've been on lately. Hope everyone is good. Woke up late, grabbed 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Applesauce, yogurt, "breakthrough" I just had a salad for lunch ! Small bowl o' beans, yogurt n granola, popcorn, 2pcs candy, CottageCheesePineapple. Have a Great Day.
