3eggs, 2bread, 2sausage egg and cheese Mc-biscuits, applesauce, banana, tomato, 2 slices of pizza, small salad, popcorn, frozen yogurt, spaghetti, bread, 1/2 piece of pie, pineapple. Walked in the warehouse. Have a Good Day.

Well, I can't remember all of what I ate yesterday but some of the worst was a McDonald'sbreakfast sandwich, Chinese lo-mein, 2hotdogs. I'll try to keep a food diary again and improve on it. Have A Great Day.

Hi Raven. You seem to be maintaining you weight. Little steps - whatever you do will be better then not doing anything. Don't put to much expectation and you will find it easier. I find that if I ask to much of myself I then to let myself down. If I look at it this way anything I do do is a great accomplishment. LOL It might sound crazy but it works for me. Wishing you a as good as you can make it day.

yum! I had a frozen pizza yesterday and loved it...it was the Vita brand type....very low cal, only 190 for the whole thing...I found it in a health food store and when I microwaved it, it turned into more like a big pizza cookie and the dough was completely cooked dry...but I like it that way, it lasted longer / took longer to eat! haha

Everything was going good until a change in my Tuesday routine. I found myself pulling through a fast food restaurant and got 2 DOUBLE fish sandwiches and medium fry. Hit the ditch. Maybe tomorrow...

These things happen. It's what gets me off-track too.

There's a fitness guru radio guy I've listened to for a long time and he solves this issue by being a "food carrier." He knows what he's going to eat and just makes sure he has plenty of what he has planned to eat in a cooler with him at all times.

I haven't pursued this tactic, but it seems like it would be pretty easy to implement. Another new habit to form!

No exercise, left work at 6pm, played guitar in Christian rock band til 8pm, played at The CountryMusicPlace til 10. Food that I can remember was 2eggs, 1 bread, 1c soup, 4 baked chicken breast, 4 peanut butter crackers, 1pickle, 2bananas, 1doughnut,2cookies,1yogurt,4hamburgers,1hotdog,1bigass pretzel w/cheese, CottageCheesePineapple. Went to bed about 11. Up at 4:40am. HaveaHealthyDay !

Progress as of today: 16 lbs lost so far, only 41 lbs to go!

Ohio! sounds like a good day despite some indulgences. sometimes it's ok to indulge right!? and you had lots of fun playing music, I hope! (fyi - I have a masters in music education and used to play French horn in many music groups - amateur ones in the area while teaching for the 4 years that I taught.)

I have been bad...very bad. Co-worker brought in McBreakfast. I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit AND a hash brown. A peanut buttersandwich. And a turkey sausage. My will is so weak right now. On the upswing I did ride 11 miles. Tomorrow is another day. I can't ride my bike tomorrow I have much to do after work. Hope you guys HaveaHealthyDay !

Don't worry. Let today slide. And tomorrow, have green tea the natural kind during the morning and have something like a good protein bar too. Or nuts or something. Know it will feel like crud getting back in track bc of possible sugar cravings like I get, but u will get over that hurdle tomorrow I know it!

The Good : 6mile bike ride despite the rain. The Bad : Vendor brought us Pizza and I jumped right in. I also ate some fish sticks. Gonna keep it up though. The good, not the bad. HaveaHealthyDay !

Good for you biking in the rain! Pizza, that's a hard one. I always tell myself "just one piece to enjoy the taste" but that tastes so good it's hard to walk away! I've never been a fish stick fan, so that wouldn't tempt me. Still no bike ride, I would ride in the rain, but the lightening has been incredible!! Have a great day Raven!

sometimes it's good to eat what the others are eating :) at work, particularly when my boss gives me food such as a sandwich or something, it helps break the monotony of my own food...and it gives me relief that way. I sometimes am actually looking forward to eating what my boss has / orders! it's ok if it's not the healthiest, you are a guy with some calorie needs too! :) nice to see you posting Ohio :) thanks for joking with me and making me feel good even when I am down and upset :)

I also quit buying bagged popcorn because the salt and flavor lead me to bad bingeing...so no more...I do have a few in my apt but luckily I am not tempted to have any lately.

I find that having healthy food on hand...mainly always some cooked veggies along with fruit really helps me. for some reason, raw veggies don't turn me on ;)
