Even if you just start logging your foods again, I bet that would help give you a better overall picture of what you need to tweak!

You can. Get in touch with the inner man and ask him what's up. If you were cutting back too much before - you don't have to go to that extent. Get a reasonable plan going. You may be procrastinating because you think it means to much depravation. It doesn't have to be. You can do it!

Here is what you were doing in January 2013: Just repeat:

1/2c. Beans, 1c. Soup, 2eggs, 1bread.

Salad, cheese, ranch, 2oz turky.

3c. Soup, 1/4c. Beans, sm. Potato, kraut.

1banana, 2orange, 1bigPickle, 2grapeFruit, 1yogurt.

Drank all my water

25 min. Treadmill.

I was hungry after work. Went back to the soup each time until my hunger was satisfied.

OK, Ohio - I am back here and putting one foot in front of the other. There are ups and downs to this health life thing- it's not all a straight path and the important thing is we keep at it as best we can. Everyone's weigh flucuates. After procrastinating oh.....I'd say 6 months......I am getting on my elliptical trainer in about 10 minutes and breaking this slide I'm on. A lot of my slide has been getting out of habits due to change in job, life style (empty nest) and becoming a grandparent. So I forgive myself for now. I have noticed that sometimes after a period of successful weight loss we become disillusioned and regress back to old habits because we have been so focused for so long and it's hard to stay that driven toward any goal forever.....moderation is key. I have a hard time with moderation....I'm an all or nothing kind of person. I have to counteract that and I'll be fine. Maybe you, too???
