I always forget to ask you... what is in your soup that you have on a pretty regular basis? Keep up the good work as usual!

Hi, Skinny. 1Lb ground turkey burger Big onion 1/2 jar minced garlic Cabbage, sauerkraut, carrots, turnips, celery, frozen garden stuff = diced tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, canned black beans, canned spinach, Pinhead/steelcut oats, long grain brown rice, quinoa, salt and olive oil. It feeds me and the wife for a week. The daughter still eats Pizza. Have a great Day !
