Sounds like a great day! One friend of mine wants to get a metal detector when she retires; she says that's all she wants to do in the summers once she doesn't have to work every day. I think that's crazy-talk, but sort of a cool idea too.

We Rocked out at the pig roast. Elvis was Great. An Awesome, awesome day !

I'm on vacation this week. Staying home, fixing things, metal detecting, bike riding, guitar playing, fishing, gardening, cooking. I really think I'll be okay on my nutrition. Gonna go have some fun now. Maybe sit in McDonald's with some coffee.

That is a really awesome time for your run!! Keep up the great work!! And you're brave, I do not think I could sit in mcdonalds with just a coffee... I don't even like their food (minus the hash browns haha) but just the smell of the fries would push me over the edge!!
